Hotel a 2 stelle in Columbia Britannica, Canada

Bella proprietà. Molto ridge al check-in e check-out precoce e tardi. Controllo al momento è 1:00 e è un extra $50 per controllare precocemente. Il check-out è 11:00 e può essere esteso al mezzogiorno senza un onere ma oltre che è $50. Il pranzo è leggermente leggero senza cibo caldo. Una grande piscina e un'acqua scorre con un tubo caldo. Ho una suite, e la dimensione della stanza era buona, quasi un mini condominio.

This hotel was built in 1885 with historical background according to the pictures on the wall. It would be more informative if there was a more thorough descriptions next to the pictures and become a museum like Inn. We stayed in the Superior King room with balcony, the river view was excellent. This little town is very tranquil with relaxing vibe. We loved to stay in the balcony, unfortunately, there is no any BBQ or stove for cooking here, or we would love to stay more days. There is also no sun umbrella or shaded place in the balcony, and it could be very bright and hot even during 11C in the summer. Our room is the closest to the car park, but we can’t access the stairs directly down to the car park. Instead, we had to detour in the hotel, walked the a few levels of stairs with passing two doors to the car park. There are more than a dozen of stairs in the hotel. Elderly and anyone with leg or back problems need to be aware of it. 
Our room has been renovated recently. Everything maintains in very good condition, besides of the air conditioning. The air conditioning system was connected to another three rooms in the same isle. If any of the room turns on the heater while everyone is using the cool mode, the air conditioning will be shown in error. Thanks for Meghan that she was willing to come back to the hotel for us in 5 mins even it was out of her work time. She has been very helpful and nice during our stay. She is the best front desk I have seen on this island. We were happy with our stay, even we noticed that the noisy music from the pub right under the hotel level not only on in the weekend until midnight. However, we felt that compressor next to us had been noisy all day. We only felt quiet after we turned off the bathroom ventilator, air conditioning and closed the window. There was also two washing machines and one dryer on site charging only CAD$2 for each laundry. I think this is the cheapest laundry service on the island. The last but not least is the bath towels. We can’t stand with it snowing with crushes. I would suggest people bringing their towels. And the water pressure was too weak like a garden pot watering.

The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast included was definitely the best part of the stay because it wasn't a continental breakfast but a freshly made egg omelet with sausage, waffles, bagels, and of course coffee or tea. The downside of the stay was being close to a busy road and traffic can be a little noisy.

Per il prezzo, è molto sufficiente. Molti aspetti della stanza si sono sentiti obsoleti, ma era tutto completamente funzionale e pulito senza problemi. Personalmente, preferisco questo modo, perché si ottiene i risparmi e la funzione che è davvero importante. Il personale era tutto bello e mi piaceva poter accedere al 2AM con il personale disponibile per aiutarmi.

The housekeepers at this location steal! They not only steal, they lie when found out. I came with my dad and wanted to drop him off for an early flight before coming back to relax before checking out. I specifically told multiple receptionists that I wasn’t checking out as I left on the shuttle. When I got back, not only had they checked me out, they raided my fridge full of food I’d saved for my Ferry ride and ate everything! And since it hadn’t even been 3 hours since I saw the food, it was so obvious that they were lying when I asked where it was. The poor receptionist at least refunded the money I spent on the food but my goodness! Up till the end, the housekeeper kept lying. She even went as far as bringing me a warm bottle of Pepsi to make up for all the food she and her cohort stole, as if that did anything. I was so close to losing it at that point, but I noticed how horrified the receptionist was at the audacity and chose not to make a scene, only to get my food refunded. Some advice, do NOT put anything in your fridge unattended. 0/10 for playing in my face like that and lying.

Il mio hotel è stato un buon posto per stare nel centro di Vancouver. Ho scelto questo ostello perché dovevo aspettare il mio prossimo volo e non avevo molto tempo, ma mi sono davvero apprezzato il personale che mi ha lasciato controllare in anticipo. Sono arrivata circa un’ora prima dell’ispezione, aspettando solo di aspettare, ma la mia stanza era già pronta e mi lasciarono subito, che ero molto grato perché ero stanco e mi serviva davvero un sonno. Non mi sono fermato molto, ma durante il mio tempo tutto era comodo e ho avuto una buona esperienza in generale.

In generale, il mio soggiorno era bello e era una buona esperienza, il forno Barbecue era molto buono e la posizione è molto conveniente, ma il vento era molto sporco e ha un forte odore di fumo, la piscina all'aperto era anche molto sporco..

Che splendida esperienza unica. Il posto intorno al lago era bellissimo. Abbiamo apprezzato che tutte le camere si trovassero al lago. Ci sono state attrezzate le strutture, il ristorante e la zona Giochi. Si consiglia di prendere il tempo per visitare la città Ghost .... condividere la storia della zona. Era incredibile .... amato il museo del treno! Avete un buon soggiorno!

Good room, but terrible guest services and laundry experience We chose this hotel on our road trip because of its convenient location and reasonable prices, but overall, it was a disappointing experience due to their poor service. Check-in was okay, though we did have to wait a bit. The room itself was fine—clean, with a working AC and TV, and we had no issues with the room quality. However, the major issue was their guest laundry facility. We desperately needed to do laundry after a long drive, but their guest machines completely failed and left our clothes stuck mid-wash. To her credit, the receptionist tried to help by letting us use the hotel’s internal laundry machines, but the whole process was a huge hassle. What really ruined the experience was the management's response—or lack thereof. I sent an email to lodge a formal complaint about the issue, and they didn't even bother to reply or apologize. A business that ignores its customers after a bad experience gets zero points from me. If they offer a laundry service, they need to invest in proper commercial machines instead of cheap domestic ones that constantly break down. I will definitely not be staying here again.

Il mio soggiorno era abbastanza comodo, la mia sola denuncia è che al mattino c'era un lavoro di costruzione che andava all'interno della strada molto vicino alla mia stanza. Non era particolarmente rilassante.
