Hotel a 4 stelle in Regione Capitale Nazionale, Filippine

We booked a Fort King Suite for a celebration. Here's what stood out: The positive feedback: Ground floor staff and the security team were warm and welcoming. Housekeepers were kind and helpful, though they didn't replace our toothbrushes and slippers during cleaning. Not a huge issue, but should be a standard for a 4-star hotel. Food was great, and the breakfast buffet trainees/new hire outshined everyone—they actively greeted and assisted us while old staff just stood by watching. The negative part: No welcome chocolates at check-in despite what was advertised for the room type booked. The AC had weak airflow even at max settings and was leaking; the maintenance guy tried but failed—same airflow as before. We then asked a lady housekeeper for help, and she managed to fix the issue, which was unexpected since maintenance should have been the one to handle it. But it eventually returned to its original weak airflow after an hour or two. We decided to let it go rather than ruin our trip. The real problem occurred from the 3rd floor and 5th floor—it felt hostile. One non-straight/fruity guy receptionist rolled his eyes when I smiled at him and a female colleague glared at me then looked away. Most staff looked miserable. I could sense that there is some kind of feud among the staff that is affecting their behavior, because I saw them gossiping with each other while they were on duty. They're either gossiping about their colleagues or about other guests, and it's very off-putting. It ruins the vibe and is not very professional. This must be stopped. Most of them will just ignore you when there’s less guests around, but if there are too many guests around, only then will they perform their duties and show hospitality. I've stayed at many 4–5 star hotels; this was my worst 4-star experience. I would not mind if the property were in bad condition—you could have saved the reputation by being kind and warm to your guests. Instead, the negative energy made the experience even worse. Wish I'd trusted those bad reviews. To management: Retrain your old employees. The new hires remember what hospitality means; your tenured staff don't. Thanks to ground floor staff, guards, security dogs, housekeepers, trainees/new hires, and kitchen crew—you saved this stay from being a total loss. Hope that 3rd floor reception team learns basic courtesy and hospitality from you.

adoriamo la posizione qui molto accessibile e vicino ai centri commerciali e alla stazione LRT. La vista dal balcone è incredibile. Abbiamo anche fatto colazione gratuita durante il nostro soggiorno, prenoteremo sicuramente di nuovo ☺️

Great Stay at Kingsford Hotel We had a really pleasant stay at Kingsford Hotel. The room was clean, and comfortable, making it a great place to relax after a long day. What I appreciated most was the service. The staff were courteous, accommodating, and attentive throughout our stay. The location was also convenient, especially if you’re looking to stay around the Pasay/Entertainment City area. Overall, we had a comfortable and enjoyable experience at Kingsford Hotel. It’s a good option for a relaxing stay, and I’d definitely consider staying here again.

La posizione è ottima, c'è un minimarket nelle vicinanze e un bar delizioso e ben recensito, quindi non ci sono problemi con il cibo. La camera era molto pulita e confortevole. C'è anche il Triangle Garden nelle vicinanze, quindi c'è molto verde in città. Mi piacerebbe soggiornare di nuovo qui quando andrò a Manila.

Abbiamo avuto un ottimo soggiorno a B Hotel Alabang e rapidamente è diventato uno dei nostri punti preferiti a sud della metropolitana Manila. La posizione è fantastica. È a Madrid Business Park, a pochi passi dal Molito Lifestyle Center e Alabang Town Center. Ci sono molti ristoranti, caffè e un negozio di comodità vicino, che ha reso tutto super comodo. La navetta in zona libera era anche un buon bonus. Il personale era davvero fuori. Tutti erano caldi, attenti, e veramente utile da check-in a check-out. Ci hanno fatto sentire benvenuti e uscirono dalla loro strada per assicurarci che ci fosse comodo. Il servizio qui si sente costantemente personale e di cura. Le camere erano pulite, spaziose e confortevoli. I letti e le mutandine erano eccellenti abbiamo dormito molto bene ogni notte. Tutto si sentiva bene mantenuto, e l'atmosfera generale dell'hotel è moderno e rilassante. Il buffet ha offerto una buona miscela di preferiti e altre opzioni Filippine, e tutto è stato fresco e soddisfacente. Ci siamo aspettati ogni mattina. È anche un grande valore per i soldi e per gli animali domestici (che è un grande plus per molti ospiti). Siamo sicuramente tornati. Grazie all'intera squadra per un soggiorno memorabile!

Il soggiorno era davvero grande. Noi prenotamo per nessun balcone perché è più economico, ma ci hanno ancora dato con il balcone senza alcun costo aggiuntivo. Internet è veloce. Puoi cucinare, la pressione dell'acqua è grande, puoi guardare Youtube e Netflix sulla TV. Se c'è solo un basso che posso condividere, c'è NO HYGIENE KIT (che è già indicato sulla prenotazione) per poterlo acquistare meglio presso i negozi. Il loro servizio clienti è 24/7 per poterli chiamare in qualsiasi momento. In generale, il soggiorno è stato molto bello. Grazie mille!

Amo questo hotel perché è molto vicino all'aeroporto e ha un ambiente rilassante con grande personale. Kudos al personale da pranzo per essere molto attento e amichevole. Jade è stato particolarmente utile, sempre sorridente e attento alle esigenze degli ospiti. Vorrei tuttavia che fossero disponibili più selezioni alimentari e spero che la stazione frutta possa essere riempita regolarmente mentre ci sono ancora ospiti a cena.

Abbiamo avuto un ottimo soggiorno a Richmonde Hotel Ortigas! La stanza era molto pulita, spaziosa e ben mantenuta. Il letto era comodo, e tutte le strutture erano in ottima condizione. Il personale era amichevole, professionale e sempre pronto a assistere con un sorriso. È stato un soggiorno rilassante e piacevole per la nostra famiglia, e apprezzavamo davvero l'atmosfera tranquilla.

Abbiamo apprezzato il nostro soggiorno al Seda Residences. La posizione è ottima, vicino a tutto. Ci hanno persino permesso di fare il check-in anticipato. Il personale è stato gentile e disponibile, soprattutto Louie (HSK) e Clarisse (F&B). Per colazione, offrono piatti filippini e occidentali, con un'ampia scelta. Infine, i servizi sono ottimi per le famiglie con bambini: hanno una sala giochi e una piscina aperta fino alle 22:00.

Il nostro soggiorno era bello. Il posto è vicino a diversi stabilimenti alimentari. L'aria condizionata era molto fredda, anche se è un po' vecchia, e a volte ci ha fatto rumore che ci svegliano. Ho già menzionato questo in forma di feedback, così spero che possano correggerlo. In generale, il soggiorno era piacevole e la cena era buona.Tuttavia, non consiglio di andare nei fine settimana perché non si può godere pienamente la piscinaci sono solo troppe persone. Non hanno nemmeno un bidet nei loro CR, che è qualcosa che noi filipinos sono molto abituati a, quindi è stato piuttosto difficile e incomodo.
