Hotel a 4 stelle in Regione Capitale Nazionale, Filippine

I commend all the staff from security, frontdesk, phone support, bar and resto up to housekeeping team. They are all respectful, attentive, kind and they make you feel at home. The loctaion is superb! The room size is good too and value for money. The buffet breakfast is good too. Its the people that makes you want to come back! My comment is the cleanliness... 1st the room: attached are the photos of the wall beside the room reading/coffee table - it was dusty! The housekeeping was quick to wipe it but didnt vacuum after. It seems there are only few housekeeper per floor as I see them working hard all the time. So it mught be lack of manpower to maintain the cleanliness 2ndnd the kettle - it was a little rusty and it was replaced with white stains :( 3rd pool - it shoumd be clean often as needed as I saw some insects floating around. I love that the water is a little warm but it should cleaned as often as possible. The water was not as clear as expected so it seems it been there for a while. Given the size and number of people and kids checked in, they should clean or replace the water as often. The glass on the pool might need cleaning too as it obstruct the view ( which is Okada and hundres of trees! ) I guess because the water is a little warm, it is always ”foggy” or ”moist” .? 4th Gym - its okay but the doors beside the mirrors are dusty that have web type of dust already. The wooden door has white spots that ” might” be a mould already. They need a good ventallation and dehumidifier or air purifier. 4th - smoking area.. just beside the pool with kids swimming around. They might to find other place.or.increase the tress and plants over there.

Pricey considering the state of the room. Shaking floor tile in the bathroom. Blinking ceiling lights. Bedroom door closes on its own. Main door has no second lock. Glass table top not secured. But relatively reasonable priced compared to the other hotels within BGC. Many staff standing around the breakfast area but not attentive to customer’s need. Good location. Firm bed. Friendly staff.

Purtroppo per me non sono riuscito a rimanere qui, perché mi è stato detto che questo non era disponibile dopo averlo prenotato. Anche se mi sono ridiretto ad un altro alloggio in un luogo diverso non lontano dallo stesso ospite, questo è a mezzanotte e non potevo dire no, perché ero stanco di viaggiare. Dove sono rimasto non è stato lo stesso offerto da questa prenotazione, ma l'ospite ha fatto il suo meglio per accogliermi al meglio della sua capacità, anche migliorando la mia stanza il giorno dopo e permettendomi di controllare molto tardi come il mio volo era alle 11:00. Anche se non ha funzionato inizialmente, è stato alla fine. Le foto sono dalla stanza aggiornata.

posizione strategica nel cuore di Makati, facile da chiamare per Grab e hailing per salire e scendere, vicino a centri commerciali come Greenbelt e non lontano da Bonifacio High Street con quei centri commerciali di lusso di fascia alta, buon lavoro anche per il personale, sono stati molto attenti e anche il personale delle pulizie è stato efficiente! L'unico inconveniente per me è che il tubo dell'acqua nel bagno non scorreva molto bene, devono sistemarlo

PRO: 1. La camera con letto king size era accogliente e ideale per una breve vacanza. 2. La Google TV in camera ci ha permesso di guardare Netflix, Apple TV e Prime TV... se si è abbonati. Ricordatevi di disconnettervi. 3. Il Prime Cafe aveva un tavolo apparecchiato quasi da ristorante di lusso per la cena. Elegante e raffinato. Mark è una risorsa preziosa. 4. A 10 minuti a piedi dalla periferia dell'ATC. 5. L'ampio spazio aperto circostante nel parco commerciale di Madrigal è ideale per fare jogging/correre... se vi piace correre. POTREBBERO ESSERE MIGLIORATI: 1. Il bagno non aveva la doccetta a telefono, quindi le signore potrebbero avere difficoltà a lavarsi i capelli. 2. La stazione di zuppa e congee a colazione era fredda... non c'era un sistema di riscaldamento. Ho dovuto chiedere a un cameriere di scaldarla al microonde. 3. La più grande delusione è la mancanza di una piscina, ma almeno c'è una spaziosa piscina per rilassarsi. I vantaggi superano gli svantaggi, quindi ci tornerò quando avrò bisogno di soggiornare ad Alabang.

Ho avuto un piacevole soggiorno a Shore Residences. La posizione è eccellente, con facile accesso ai negozi, ristoranti e attrazioni vicine. Il prezzo è stato ragionevole e offre un buon valore per la posizione. L’unità era in generale confortevole e soddisfaceva le mie aspettative, ma l’attrezzatura della cucina poteva essere migliorata. C’era solo un panino fritto disponibile, che rendeva la cucina difficile e scomoda per gli ospiti che preferivano preparare il proprio pasto. Il servizio è stato accettabile, anche se vi è spazio per migliorare la reazione e il supporto degli ospiti. In generale, mi sono divertito per la grande posizione e il prezzo ragionevole. Con alcuni miglioramenti nelle strutture e nella qualità del servizio, l'esperienza potrebbe essere ancora migliore. Mi riferirei di rimanere qui in futuro.

Richmonde Hotel Ortigas is a well-aged hotel that has clearly stood the test of time. I originally booked a Standard Room via Trip.com and decided to pay extra to upgrade to a Junior Suite upon arrival. It was absolutely worth it. One of the experienced staff recommended a room with an excellent view, and the scenery did not disappoint. The bed is very comfortable, perfect for a good night’s rest. The pillows, however, are on the softer side; I personally stacked three pillows to achieve better neck support. The air-conditioning is very powerful—almost freezing at times. I wasn’t entirely sure how to adjust it, and it seems to be set in Fahrenheit, but it works extremely well for those who enjoy a cold room. All the room lighting works as intended. The lights are on the warm, dim (orange) side, which seems intentionally designed to match the hotel’s classic and cozy ambience. It gives the room a calm, relaxing feel, especially at night. One small suggestion would be to provide additional plastic trash bags in the room and bathroom. I use food delivery services quite frequently during my stay and prefer to clear waste daily for cleanliness. The Junior Suite comes with a larger Smart TV, which was a pleasant surprise. You can easily log in to your own Netflix account—watching shows in bed felt like having a mini private cinema in the room. Extremely comfortable and enjoyable. The gym is a big plus—open from 6am to 9pm and almost always empty. It honestly felt like I had the entire gym to myself, which made workouts very pleasant. The swimming pool is currently closed for renovation, which is understandable. While the room is generally clean and comfortable, it could benefit from renovation and deeper cleaning. The wooden doors, curtains, desks, and drawers are showing their age and would greatly improve the overall experience if refreshed. That said, for a hotel that is over 25 years old, it has aged remarkably well. The location is excellent—one of the best aspects of this hotel. There are plenty of food and convenience options nearby, including 7-Eleven, Dunkin’ Donuts, Starbucks, Pancake House, and more. SM Megamall is just a short walk away, making shopping, dining, and commuting extremely convenient. Most importantly, the service from the staff is outstanding. There are warm greetings everywhere you go, and the staff are consistently polite, professional, and helpful. Their hospitality truly enhances the overall stay and makes guests feel welcomed. I will be trying their breakfast buffet soon and will update my review afterward to share whether it exceeds expectations. Overall, Richmonde Hotel Ortigas offers great value, comfort, excellent service, and an unbeatable location. I would gladly recommend it to travelers who appreciate classic charm paired with genuine Filipino hospitality.

I stayed at Seda Residences Makati for three nights and was very pleased with the location and amenities. There are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores near the hotel. Plus the staff were very friendly and helpful. Thank you for making my stay comfortable and welcoming! I will definitely book here again the next time I’m in Manila.

Ho apprezzato il mio soggiorno al Manila Prince. Ho prenotato una camera deluxe king. L'arredamento della camera è vecchio stile, cosa che preferisco. È anche pulita e dotata di vasca da bagno e set di cortesia. L'aria condizionata sembra datata, ma svolge ancora la sua funzione. Anche la colazione a buffet è buona. Il personale è cortese e disponibile a soddisfare le esigenze. La sicurezza è impeccabile, con i raggi X per i bagagli e le guardie di sicurezza sono molto educate. Soldi ben spesi.
