Innanzitutto, un sentito ringraziamento al signor Vickneswaran del team di sicurezza per la sua calorosa guida e assistenza fin dal momento in cui siamo entrati nel parcheggio. È stato incredibilmente disponibile nell'indicarci dove andare e ci ha fatto sentire i benvenuti fin dall'inizio. Con mia sorpresa, uno dei membri dello staff ha persino condiviso una fetta di torta e ci ha augurato una meravigliosa luna di miele: un gesto davvero premuroso! (Ero così commossa che ho dimenticato di chiedere il nome del personale). Momenti come questi hanno reso il nostro soggiorno davvero memorabile. Nel complesso, il personale è stato sinceramente cordiale e disponibile e ci ha fatto sentire apprezzati durante tutta la nostra visita. Ho anche allegato una foto del delizioso biglietto di auguri che abbiamo ricevuto dal team: un altro dolce gesto che ricorderemo per sempre. Grazie ancora a tutto il team per aver fatto iniziare la nostra luna di miele con una così calorosa ospitalità!

Ho prenotato un soggiorno di 3 notti, il check-in è stato piacevole e tempestivo. Una volta raggiunta la stanza, il water era intasato, il vetro del bagno era ammuffito. Il resto della stanza era ok ma c'era un odore di odore proveniente dalla moquette. La TV era come un modello obsoleto e la ricezione era orribile e poco chiara, cosa che non otteniamo al giorno d'oggi se non negli anni '80 o '90. La colazione era davvero semplice, dovresti saltarla e non sembra quella di un hotel. Ho fatto il check-out anticipato di un giorno e ho prenotato un altro hotel perché non mi sento bene.

Il mio primo viaggio a Penang dopo più di 10 anni e il soggiorno al Cititel si sono rivelati un'ottima scelta. La hall dell'hotel è bella, spaziosa e profumata. Gli addetti alla reception, i facchini, il personale del ristorante, il massaggiatore (io e mio marito abbiamo fatto un massaggio syok ai piedi e alle spalle) della City Spa e persino la zia del minimarket dell'hotel sono stati molto cordiali, disponibili e gentili! Anche la colazione era ottima! La posizione dell'hotel era a pochi passi da ottimi ristoranti e negozi! La camera è abbastanza grande, con un comodo letto king size e cuscini. La vista mare era fantastica. L'unico inconveniente è l'insonorizzazione della camera. Ho sentito strani rumori a tarda notte.

This is a new and clean hotel conveniently located between Batu Ferringhi and George Town. I arrived early at around 11:30 a.m., but they kindly allowed us to check in, which was much appreciated. By Grab, it takes about 15 minutes to Batu Ferringhi Beach and around 20 minutes to George Town, although traffic can be quite heavy during the day, so travel times may be longer. The AI system didn’t always respond very smoothly, but I was still able to use it to request items to be sent to my room. I stayed over New Year’s Eve, and the hotel hosted a countdown party by the poolside. There were no fireworks, but the atmosphere was enjoyable. The pool and the beachfront area are both very nice, and breakfast offers a good variety of food. Overall, it’s a good hotel to stay at. It would be even better if they offered a shuttle bus service to and from George Town and Batu Ferringhi Beach.

hotel was quite new some of grab driver said us this hotel was built this year(2025) so clean. easy access to every sightseeing by grab and 5-10mins walking can find local restaurants. satisfied. service quality was bad. hotel staff communication skill was no good . The customer's request could not be fulfilled properly, and the apology was incomplete and unpleasant.

Siamo arrivati presto circa 1 pm e il personale ci ha lasciato controllare presto. Situazione molto strategica si può semplicemente camminare a Padang kota lama, spaziosa camera. Grazie tante per l'ospitalità, rimarrà qui la prossima volta!

The hotel is refurbished - rooms are modern; bed, pillows and the room slippers are very comfortable; toiletries are aplenty and smells really good. The breakfast buffet has a variety of spread, which is really nice. The only downside are the wellness facilities which have yet to be refurbished, including the tiny swimming pool.

The hotel is more than 40 years old and the rumour is tjt a new management has taken over and a major renovation is about to happen in 2026. The only thing we really enjoyed was the view from the rooms overlooking the sea and the Penang bridge. We were here becuase we attended a wedding and wanted the convenience but the Banquet team did not provide us with the best service for the event area and we have sent a separate email to address that.

Ho davvero goduto il mio soggiorno in questo hotel! La posizione è perfetta molto centrale e conveniente. Per i viaggiatori come me che non guida, questo posto è incredibilmente ideale. Puoi facilmente camminare in molti punti, e andare in giro è completamente senza problemi. La stanza era pulita e confortevole, e tutta l'esperienza era meravigliosa.

Indicated for birthday celebration, ignored remark, no service or extra wow service. Requested for bouquet to deliver to room upon receive, reception keep it till evening until we call to request and reception request guard to deliver to us. Overall hotel grade conventional hospitality. No wow service or beach grade 4 stars feel. Parking need to walk very far to next building of you reach on weekend and if there is event. Noisy and dirty beach due to abandoned wood branches and no maintenance
