Hotel a 2 stelle in Prefettura di Kyoto, Giappone

Ho prenotato questo hotel con breve preavviso e ho fatto il check-in il 2 aprile, fuori stagione. La stanza era economica, aveva una vasca da bagno, il servizio dell'hotel era molto buono, c'era il caffè al piano di sotto e c'era una lounge da usare, quindi era un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo.

This is the worst accommodation experience I’ve had during my trips to Japan. In the past, my visits to Japan have always been perfect—truly a paradise for travelers from around the world. However, lately, I’ve noticed a surge of Indian people in places like convenience stores and hotel front desks, which has led to some negative experiences for me along the way. I usually brushed them off as minor, but this hotel stay was unacceptable and I have to speak up. At check-in, the Indian front desk staff was indifferent and dismissive, which already set a bad tone. Then, when I went to bed around midnight, I discovered that the room only had two flat bedsheets—no duvet cover (comforter cover) and no pillowcases at all. It was very late, so I didn’t want to disturb anyone by calling reception again, and I ended up sleeping uncomfortably without proper bedding—yet another hassle caused by the Indian staff. If the hotel management sees this review, please seriously reconsider hiring Indian staff. They are ruining Japan’s reputation and its world-famous service industry! I hope this feedback helps improve things for future guests.

Fantastic brand new hotel, everything was perfect. Very clean and the staff were really kind. The location is slso really good

L'alloggio era molto buono, molto simile a Kyoto, e molto vicino a un negozio di convenienza di ventiquattro ore. Le camere di pavimento dovevano camminare attraverso un piccolo giardino aperto. La privacy era eccellente. Il personale dell'hotel era molto amichevole e poteva comunicare in inglese. Uno dei problemi era che alcune delle camere avevano scarsa ventilazione e nessuna estensione di energia nel bagno. In generale, tuttavia, era un buon soggiorno.

Anche se il bagno è in comune, l'igiene e i servizi sono decisamente migliori rispetto a quelli degli hotel della catena! Il motivo principale è che zia Amei è una donna molto gentile e può fornire molti consigli e aiuto ai cinesi in termini di trasporti e dieta.

my second time here, nothing to complain except for the dusty window. the bed is super soft, and they gave me lower bunk. has a full kitchen, working space, and also fridge

Очень специфичный отель. В нём нет центрального отопления, из-за чего по вечерам и ночью невозможно было засыпать. Работает кондиционер, который как бы должен заменять это отопление, но он не справляется со своей задачей. Из минусов отмечу — туалет и раковина для умывания находится на улице. Вам, чтобы умыться с утра, нужно собрать все силы в кулак, чтобы в ноябре выйти на улицу в лёгкой одежде и умываться исключительно холодной водой. Еду я не бронировала в этом отеле, хотя по утрам давали водянистую рисовую кашу, которую ели неохотно. Из плюсов выделю то, что зданию уже 100 лет и это действительно самое традиционное жильё, которое можно снять по низкой стоимости. При этом будьте готовы тому, что за ВСЕ необходимые услуги и принадлежности вам будет необходимо заплатить. Полотенца для тела и лица - платные, зубные принадлежности тоже. Однозначно, при поездке в Киото в этот отель больше не вернусь

西大路駅からは少し距離があるので、荷物があると結構しんどいかもしれない．古い民家を改造した宿のせいか、部屋に入ると少しカビ臭かった。また、2階の足音が結構気になった。

Excellent location. Very close to a konbini and all transport. Fast wifi. Free coffee. They provide towels and you can change your towel every day. On the 1st floor you can dry your hair with a Dyson hair dryer. There's also a hair dryer (a simple one) in the room. The shower has a shampoo, hair conditioner, shower gel and a garbage bin located very conveniently. There are also swabs, tissues and paper towels. There's a fridge and washing machines for 300 yen (coin activated) and a dryer for your clothes for 100 yen. I would definitely recommend this hostel for a friend

Ero preoccupato per le condizioni dell'alloggio quando ho guardato le foto prima di partire. Quando sono arrivato, ho scoperto che era molto più alto del previsto e le condizioni igieniche erano migliori. La signora alla reception parla cinese e consiglia cibo delizioso Voi. Uno svantaggio è che è vicino alla stazione di Umekoji Koen e alla stazione di Kyoto, e il rumore del traffico è relativamente forte, ma per me non è un grosso problema. È già la residenza per una persona più economica durante la stagione della fioritura dei ciliegi .
