KKarenThis hotel has more pros than cons. Staff very professional. Excellent food for breakfast so pretty pricey at 27 Euro. The rooms look very old fashioned and could do with a bit of touch up but I think that's part of the hotel's charm. I got a single room and it cost me about 98 US Dollars on trip.com's wonderful website. An excellent value for that price even an excellent value for $150 after that find someplace a little newer. Breakfast is really excellent except the eggs were undercooked and the bacon was undercooked and when I asked them to take it back to the kitchen and cook it a little more they would only cook the bacon for me. Maybe in Luxembourg people eat their eggs sweat but no way I could stomach that it would probably make me ill so I skipped the eggs. However the cheese
was top notch and the meal was worth 27 Euro if you could eat 27 euro worth of
cheese. I would even go so far as to say I would stay here again. The bathroom is a little outdated but charming and had birds and flowers on the tiles. The hotel front desk man acted as a concierge but clearly he had been there for a long time and was very well trained and had very good advice about where to eat and what to see. I like the whole staff and an added asset was the bar downstairs brings you back to many years ago. I was lucky enough to get a balcony in my room and it would be a wonderful idea if I had trouble with somebody to have wine on the balcony and watch the world go by. I will post my view from my balcony. I call this hotel room with a view. The hotel had more more pros than cons and I was happy with my decisions to stay there.

UUtente ospiteI recently stayed at the Doubletree by Hilton in Luxembourg for four nights and had a delightful experience overall.
First and foremost, I must commend the lovely staff who made my stay exceptionally pleasant. Their warmth and hospitality added a personal touch that truly stood out.
The breakfast offered at the hotel was good, providing a variety of options to start the day on a positive note. I also appreciated the gym facilities, which were well-maintained and adequate for my workout routines.
Additionally, the hotel is in a great location, conveniently accessible via Luxembourg's free transport network. This made getting around the city a breeze
I was also pleased with the early check-in option, which made my arrival smooth and convenient. The toiletries provided added a nice touch to the overall comfort of my stay.
The TV with English channels was appreciated, making it easy to unwind with familiar programming.
However, I did find the pool to be a bit too busy during my stay, which made it difficult to enjoy a relaxing swim. It would be great if the hotel could manage this better, perhaps by implementing a booking system or extending the pool hours.
All in all, my stay at the Doubletree by Hilton, Luxembourg, was enjoyable, and I would recommend it to others.

KKevniWe were here only for 2 days, but the location was nice, staff super friendly, parkering easy, rooms with a lot of space, good breakfast and only 10 min walk to the old town with the square with all the restaurants and etc.
I would definitely stay here again!

Purtroppo, la mia esperienza non era buona e sento che la Regina di lusso mi ha rubato! Ho risposto a un'e-mail e ho condiviso il mio tempo di arrivo.Più di tre ore dopo, quando sono arrivato lì a tempo 30 minuti dopo il check in tempo, ho dovuto aspettare che la signora pulizia finisca, 20 minuti dopo.
Ci sono stati molti capelli intorno (al pavimento, nel bagno, anche la copertura del letto.
Ho avuto problemi con la loro internet e non potevo accedere al sito e completare il mio lavoro. Ho chiesto il loro aiuto alle 10:35 e fu promesso un tecnico immediatamente. Ho dovuto usare il Wi-Fi del caffè vicino. Cinque ore ancora nessuno! Mi sono richiamato e mi è stato detto che il tecnico ha dimenticato di venire cercando di risolvere la questione, e alla fine hanno raggiunto il punto di aiutare, ma un giorno prima sono andato.

CChak Heng AndrewI recently stayed at Novotel Luxembourg Kirchberg and found the location to be excellent, with easy access to key attractions and public transport. The room was spacious, providing plenty of comfort and room to move around, making it a pleasant environment to relax in. However, I did find the bed to be a bit too soft for my personal preference, which affected my sleep quality. Overall, it's a great hotel with a fantastic location and generous room sizes, but if you prefer a firmer mattress, you might want to consider that aspect before booking.

UUtente ospiteBella camera da letto, il bagno è un po' strano, perché il bagno è separato dalla doccia e la doccia non ha porta. Facilities limitate in hotel e personale un po' inamici quando si chiede per cose semplici come un ferro e un bicchiere (solo una nella stanza quando prenotato per 2).
La buona cosa è che la fermata dell'autobus è vicino all'hotel e il trasporto pubblico gratuito in Lussemburgo, il che significa che si può essere al centro meno di 20 minuti.

UUtente ospiteQuesto hotel è appena stato aperto nel maggio 2021, è molto nuovo e vale la pena soggiornarvi una volta. C'è una macchina per il caffè in camera e anche gli accappatoi sono molto belli. Questa serie grigia ci ha fatto sentire molto rilassati. Ci sono anche ricordi d'infanzia. Lo stile più classico degli altoparlanti Playstation 1 e Marshall può cantare sul comodino. UUtente ospiteDie Lage ist etwas abseits, der nächste Bus hält etwa 150 m vom Hotel entfernt.
Die Zimmer wirken etwas veraltet, und trotz des ”Bitte nicht stören”-Schildes an der Tür klopfen die Reinigungskräfte.
Der Duft von chemischen Reinigern ist sehr präsent, und die Betten sind extrem weich, was Geschmackssache ist.
Abgesehen davon waren die Zimmer sauber und wurden täglich gereinigt.
Die Wellness-Einrichtungen wie Sauna, Schwimmbad und Fitnessraum sind im Vergleich zur Gästezahl recht klein.
Das Essen entsprach meiner Meinung nach nicht dem Niveau eines Vier-Sterne-Hotels, ich habe schon bessere Erfahrungen gemacht.
Die Mitarbeiter waren jedoch fast alle ausgesprochen freundlich.
Insgesamt würde ich dieses Hotel nicht erneut buchen, da mir das Bett zu weich war und das Hotel etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist
