Le due strutture sono molto vicine. Nessuna cauzione e nessuna tassa aggiuntiva. Una volta prenotato, è tutto organizzato. Si accede tramite codici: uno per il portone d'ingresso e uno per la propria camera/appartamento. È comodissimo poter fare il check-in direttamente a qualsiasi ora si arrivi dall'aeroporto, senza dover passare dalla reception per firmare, ritirare tessere o registrarsi. L'unico lato negativo è che tutti si tolgono le scarpe e si cammina scalzi per andare in bagno e in cucina. Si rischia di scivolare facilmente facendo la doccia. È ideale per giovani viaggiatori solitari. Molto confortevole.

A traditional bed and breakfast type accommodation, with a good commons, and functional amenities. Located close to temples and historic monuments and streets. In any case, this place would be great for travelers seeking some history with their stay.

This is my 2nd time stay in this hotel. Stayed here pre-covid when the name of hotel was ”Heliconia”. Really like the location as it's so convenient and the staff are helpful, especially when I needed help to contact a friend whose phone number was changed.

La posizione è buona.La stazione di bus è molto vicina, il centro commerciale è molto vicina. Puoi camminare intorno a Georgetown, non c'è problema dove mangiare.L'hotel dispone di aria condizionata e la pressione dell'acqua nel tempo è molto forte.E'anche lavatrice di capelli e rivestimento, il vento è molto forte. I had a wonderful stay at this central Penang hotel; the lobby was stunning and the room was very clean, complemented by an exceptionally friendly staff member. For future guests, it's worth noting that a thin ceiling and outside work caused some noise, which a little added insulation could fix. The shared bathroom was functional, though it could use a bit more attention to keep the floor dry. We also appreciated how easy it was to get around from this location.

As a 1 star hotel, nothing much to complain as i booked for my aunty to take care my mother in LGL hospital. It's location is strategic just opposite LGL hospital. Front desk service is friendly, help to educate me on self check-in. Room is simple with tower and aircon, good for simple overnight especially for LGL hospital visitors traveling from abroad.

i like this hotel so much. seems like a new hotel. iron and iron board, hair dryer provided in the hotel room. the aircond is so cool, refrigerator also very cool. got many plugs, no need to use an extension. got kiblat arrow but didn't provide a prayer mat. got place to put a luggage and other bags, no need to put on the floor. the bathroom quite big and the water pressure is good. the water heater also works well. this pictures taken before check out. the most i like is the black totebag given in the room which is very rare. hotels normally just give a laundry plastic bag only. overall, i am satisfied with the interior and the facilities provided in the room. just one thing that you can hear sounds and voices from the outside. other than that, everything is good. would love to come again in the future.

The hotel is located on nice location close to tourist spots and have many cafes and restaurants around. You will not get bored. And the hotel is look new, clean and minimal. The staff of the hotel very nice and helpful his name is “Saleem” he’s very helpful and fast response we were talking about the details online and if I need his assistant he is very fast to respond back and friendly also.
