Fantastic hotel with great service and amenities. Rooms are clean and well maintained, with provided humidifier and window mesh if you want fresh air. Room service is prompt and unintrusive. The provided breakfast is free flow buffet, with a solid variety of locally sourced food, in typical japanese style, or western (japanese) breakfast style (scrambled eggs, pasta, baked sweet potato with cheese (gratin style). Dinner is catered to each guest. Almost every night will have a different meal, and will be prepped specifically for you. Do not miss it, it's as good or better than most restaurants in the area. You can get free flow of additional rice, or additional side dishes. The typical dinner would come w a local appetizer, sashimi platter, main course of hotpot, pan stove, or mini barbeque, another side dish, and a dessert. Can range from icecream, melon, or small cake. You can also book bike rentals (power assisted for uphill) at 2200 for a whole day, and other guided tours like surfing or fishing (you should speak japanese). Location wise, it's around a 40min-1h long walk to the town center, or a 15min cycle. It's close to nearby Hitachinaka fish market, Oarai aquarium, and beach. There are not many street lights at night. It is recommended to be back in the hotel by around 6pm for dinner etc. Water dispensers are in every level, and onsen in the basement. There is also vending machines and washing machine (500yen for both wash and dry - 2h)

Next to Mito station .👍 Around have ma1ny shops for eating and shopping . Bus terminal just next to JR station buy a one day ticket ..you can go to the main scenic sight very convenient and costly. Hotel room is clean with adequate spacious . They have 大浴場located at basement. After Hitachi sakura half marathon to take a relaxing bath 👍💯

My stay at this accommodation was absolutely fantastic and far exceeded my expectations! The place was impeccably clean and wonderfully quiet, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The hosts were incredibly kind and attentive, making me feel right at home. One of the highlights was the food—breakfast and dinner were served daily, and each meal was unique, prepared with incredibly fresh ingredients. Its a coxy house in a residential area. Best to be there before it gets dark. But no worries too,as young English speaking lady will guide you if you are lost. Elderly man also makes great effort to speak in English. That's really very kind of them. Knowing that we are not Japanese.. Ryokan very well kept. Clean . Room was big and comfortable. Onsen was nice and cozy. Clean. Breakfast was good . Elderly guy walked us to the Inari Shrine ,1 min walk away. Very nice of him. If in that area, I recommend to stay here for a cosy clean ryokan experience. .

Situato alla stazione ferroviaria, grande hotel per un soggiorno veloce o overnight. Hotel tipico che era buono, pulito e grande

Honestly it’s really normal, same price you can find a better choice. The front desk looks busy all the time and they didn’t give me any clothes (that they ask all the customers need to wear) and towels (in a bag). Most of device makes me confused, fortunately, the people who lived with me helped me. And the shower you need to push it almost all the time. When I check out I asked the front desk Is it possible to store my luggage, and they refused. Well at least, the food is good and the bed is clean. Not that bad, but I’m not gonna highly recommended.

The hotel staffs are very friendly and breakfast was great . The only problem was when booking through website Trip.com there is a small fine print message indicated only 2 days cleaning service at the bottom of the booking page. We have booked 8 days and only gets 2 days make up room service during that period.

Nice clean and convenient hotel by the train station. Staff are friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay with them again next time I pass by Mito.

第一次入住星野集團的飯店，可能因為該地區觀光資源較少，因此價格並不貴。整體從接待辦理check in到離開check out都能感受到工作人員的熱情，他們認真看待這份工作。房間內部設計和裝潢非常好，讓人覺得CP值高。總體而言，這個是管理得非常好的飯店，儘管看起來入住率偏低，這飯店對星野集團來說應該不怎麼賺錢，但是員工們依舊認真打掃和管理。 茨城縣之前在觀光上推廣自行車道，希望吸引旅客前往茨城。土浦市有一個非常大的湖——霞ヶ浦，因此也有一個很完整的自行車道。只是可惜的是，這個飯店作為該市的門面，要推廣自行車之旅，但是員工們對自行車道一點都不了解，實在建議他們自己騎或開車繞一圈（自行車道經常跟汽車共用一條路）。實際騎過自行車道後發現，原來這計劃失敗不是沒有道理，自行車道沒有什麼特色，就只有田園和湖景，沿路沒有什麼商店或景點，我騎在路上覺得很無聊，甚至路上的人看我騎自行車覺得奇怪。 儘管有這些小缺點，但是優點挺多的，包括他們提供租賃的自行車其實非常高級，但是收費卻相當合理！ 總結，如果你只是要入住飯店非常推薦；如果你想到土浦市騎自行車看風景，那你可能要考慮一下，是否有其他更好的自行車道，而不是土浦市；如果你只想挑戰騎完霞ヶ浦，那麼90km的自行車道非常適合你。
