DDongtiandeyangguangyoLa camera dispone di una cucina con diversi set di pentole e un piano cottura a induzione. Gli appartamenti per studenti si trovano di fronte alla camera e il centro città è a circa 10 minuti a piedi, con grandi supermercati e centri commerciali nelle vicinanze per fare la spesa comodamente. È adatta ai genitori appena arrivati e il prezzo è ragionevole. Anche il sito originale del castello si trova nelle vicinanze.

SSteph RobinsonSempre un fantastico soggiorno nel nostro posto preferito a Newcastle, lavoro breve al tono o al quayside così tanti da fare e vedere e molti posti da mangiare. Le camere sono davvero pulite e ben attrezzate!! Non posso aspettare di rimanere di nuovo!!

UUtente ospiteExcellent location, very near to the train station. Places to eat and see were a short walk away from the hotel. The Angel of north was a 15 min drive. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was great too! We had an amazing time using the spa facilities aswell. Would definitely recommend

UUtente ospiteLa stanza era molto stanca. Questa usava per essere un bel hotel, ma ora, dalla nostra recente esperienza, è molto cappotto di pellicce e nessuna ciambella. Belle aree di ricezione e di cena, ma la nostra stanza non era certamente quello che Hilton usava per sostenere. La nostra stanza era molto stanca, il lavoro in legno era tutto chiuso e sembrava sbarra, il tavolo di testa di piastrelle aveva numerose zone di barba/spazzatura e c'era la forma nel bagno. Non sono sicuro se tutte le camere hanno queste domande, le nostre solo quelle che si ottiene se si prenota attraverso trip.com.

IIslandgalI was unable to make the booking as my father sadly had a stroke the day before we travelled. I called the hotel to explain the situation and to request a change of date for the booking within the next few weeks but they told me it was non refundable and that I booked it with Trip.com so there was nothing they could do. So I lost my money and never got to rebook. Very disappointing under the circumstances.

We had a room that looked into the back courtyard so not much to see and it was a bit on the dark side.
A few niggles. The shower is a bath combined and it's a decent climb in so not for someone less mobile. In addition, the shower head is fixed so difficult to stand under it - it tends to hit you in the chest or back.
I would still recommend it for it's style and convenient location to the city centre.

UUtente anonimoFrancamente, la dimensione della stanza è superiore alla mia immaginazione, un appartamento molto ampio.La cucina dovrebbe essere costruita in tutti. Possiamo fare colazione e cena da soli. Possiamo lavarci i vestiti per una notte. Abbiamo un senso di casa, che le strutture sono più vecchie. E'anche molto conveniente viaggiare, molto vicino alla stazione ferroviaria e al supermercato, e la prossima volta penserà qui.

UUtente ospiteFriendly staffs, fairly clean room and bathroom, decent breakfast. Location rather quiet but if you enjoy the relaxing vibe, it would be a great place to stay. Starbucks is located just at the lobby. Definitely wheelchair or baby stroller accessible. The lift is rather small, perhaps could upgrade to a larger lift? Overall, good stay.

Hotels is old so very creaky and I was woken with lots of gurgling in my bathroom from what I can only presume was someone else using their bathroom at 3am . Overall Good

TThe mighty BantamWe had booked a junior suite. On arrival we were greeted warmly and efficiently checked in. We were given our key and told we were in room 118. We were told that we had to go up one floor in the lift and then backdown the stairs as our room was in between floors. It was the only room at that level. Had I have known that I wouldn’t have booked it as I was travelling with my mum who is post surgery with a new hip, and stairs and luggage were a bit of a challenge. Anyway, once inside our suite was perfect. It consisted of a living/dining/kitchen room with a sofa, TV and pretty much a full kitchen, I.e Hob, fridge with an ice box, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. The bedroom was made to feel a little small as the bed was absolutely huge, it also had a TV in there too. The bathroom was quite standard but spotlessly clean. The only gripe I had was there was only one electric heater and that was in the bedroom, so if you were cold I had to go into the bedroom. Would I stay there again…..yes but perhaps in a room that didn’t need to climb stairs.
