Hotel a 5 stelle in Provincia di Guanacaste, Costa Rica

Just returned from our stay at the Planet Hollywood and have mixed feelings.  There were some excellent aspects… but also a few areas for improvement!  Let’s start with the good stuff: Edu (bartender at the lobby bar) was a STAR.  Trust him to make your drinks, just tell him the flavor or preference for liquor) and he will spin you up something completely magical!! We LOVED spending our nights sitting at the bar watching Edu make peoples evenings.  We also loved the included watersports like paddleboarding and kayaking ( unfortunately the big water tricycle was out of order).  The Fuel Coffee bar is also a fabulous addition and great place to escape the heat for a cold coffee.  Now, the negatives - the front desk staff was pretty subpar and didn’t seem to communicate very well - one girl was actually very rude when I was trying to sort out a room situation and I wish I got her name.  The pool drinks are SO bad.  Not sure what type of bottom shelf alcohol they use at pool bar, but we tried so many different drinks and they were all disgusting.  The only thing somewhat drinkable was the Mojito.  I ended up switching to non-alcoholic drinks after day 1 and they were much better at the pool.  Did my real drinking at the lobby bar with Edu in the evenings.  Otherwise, the room was clean - resort was nice and entertainment was entertaining.  The food was decent but the buffet was SO hot and humid without any air conditioning. Overall, this was far from the best all inclusive experience I’ve had, but, we still made the most of it and had a nice time.

A se stesso un hotel splendidamente situato, grande e lussuoso con un servizio eccellente. Ma purtroppo, soprattutto mirato a festeggiare gli americani. Pertanto, continua soffocamento acustico. Il primo giorno del nostro soggiorno festa alla piscina con molte persone bevande in piscina e musica molto forte con DJ. Il t****esimo giorno è stato realizzato un grande schermo nella piscina in cui è stato mostrato il Superbowl partita di 16-22 ore. Molto rumore. Il nostro pranzo nel ristorante non è stato divertente e deludente. La gestione reagisce coinvolto e positivo, ma non può fare bene alla nostra esperienza negativa. Conclusione: chi vuole un'esperienza di lusso con molte feste, musica impegnata e dura è qui perfetto. Chi viene per la tranquilla esperienza pura-vida con la natura in Costa Rica non deve essere qui!

Personale cordiale, molto educato, e sempre attenti alle esigenze del cliente. Bell'hotel, più opzioni per la cena, bella posizione.

Anche se era la stagione delle piogge quando andavo, era un grande autunno. Circa dozzine di piscina non sono affatto ingorghi. E la piscina per bambini con un scherzo. La colazione è un ordine, c'è un ristorante tutto il giorno. Un panorama molto bello.

Situato sulla penisola con splendide viste. Tutte le attività sono divertenti e familiari. Che piacevole soggiorno.

Questo villaggio di vacanza è lontano dall'aeroporto della Liberia, e ci vuole circa un'ora e quindici minuti di guida.Il posto è molto grande, in gran parte un edificio a due piani (otto suite per bar).Il ristorante del villaggio di vacanza è incluso, e alcuni ristoranti speciali devono prenotare la mattina in quel giorno. I piatti sono molto ricchi, ma non c'è un sapore sorprendente.L'acqua cocktail è anche sgocciolata.Il servizio è di prima classe - il tempo è caldo. Quando cammina in villaggio di vacanza, ci incontra spesso con un camion passeggeri.Il conducente spesso sottolinea gli animali selvatici incontrati e ci mette a fare delle foto. Il villaggio è vicino alla spiaggia, e altre strutture sono complete.Ho chiesto alla reception di avere un kit Bala, un mascherino e un massaggiatore, e presto sono arrivati.
