We stayed for 5 nights and it was amazing, the hotel is connected to the shopping street and it is super convenient in accessing around the city. The public bath was so gooood, relaxing and clean. Our room was big enough for suitcases and they even got Refa hair dryer to try. The hotel is also closed to the bus stop for airport, really convenient andrecommended.
We came back to this hotel after the journey of Hakodate. The location is idealistic to catch the train early in the morning to the airport.
Excellent staff service, they help to arrange sending the luggage’s to Tokyo and explain clearly to us.
Best hotel of the stay in Japan of this time.👍

I stayed at Bespoke Hotel Sapporo from March 2 to March 9, and I had a wonderful experience throughout my stay.
The hotel was clean and well-maintained, and the room had excellent soundproofing, which made it very quiet and comfortable for rest. The facilities were also very convenient, especially the self-service laundry, which was extremely helpful during a longer trip.
The front desk staff were warm, friendly, and always willing to help. I would especially like to express my gratitude to the team for their kindness and efficiency — my child accidentally left a phone in the public restroom in the hotel lobby, and the staff promptly helped to locate and safely keep it until we returned. We were truly grateful for their honesty and care.
This is a hotel that makes you feel both comfortable and well taken care of. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Sapporo.
Molto consigliato e sicuramente sarà indietro in futuro!
The location is incredibly convenient—just a 2-minute walk from the JR train station, which was such a pleasant surprise after a long and tiring journey.
The staff are highly professional and friendly, always doing their best to accommodate guests’ needs. The room was clean, and the view was beautiful. Next time I visit, I will definitely stay for a few more days!
The hotel is really worth the price!
Cleanliness: good! Nearly perfect; there are still some hairs inside the toilet, but the rest is really good! Keep it up!
Facilities: They have free water to drink near the elevator. I really love that! They also have an express checkout box in front of the hotel to save time! The wifi is good.
The design is also minimal and luxurious~~
they also have shoes adjustment stick!
the staff: They’re nice and do their jobs perfectly!
Location: It’s around a 6-7 min walk from JR Sapporo, and they have a delicious place to hang out next to the hotel!
space: my room has a semi-double bed, so it’s slightly bigger than usual. It’s a normal Japan hotel size! If you are tall or have a big body, you might find it’s uncomfortable, but for me it’s fine, and there’s some space to pack my luggage!

I stayed at Sapporo Hotel by Grandbell for four nights and had a lovely overall experience. The hotel is quite new, and the view from the room was beautiful, which made the stay even more enjoyable.
One of my favorite parts was the onsen — they have several different baths to choose from, and it was a great way to relax after a long day out in the cold.
The convenience is also a plus, with both FamilyMart and Lawson located just downstairs.
The only downside is that the hotel is not very close to the JR station. It’s still walkable, but can feel a bit far, especially in winter. One night, I had trouble finding the correct exit at the station and ended up walking quite a long distance to get back to the hotel.
Overall, I would still recommend this hotel for its comfort, facilities, and relaxing atmosphere — just be prepared for a bit of walking.
The staff services are not awful. After staying for three nights and checking out, the chunky lady refused to store my luggage. She asked for my passport right after I passed the main entrance and in the lounge area but not the front desk. I understand only a small portion of Japanese people understand English. I spoke slowly to her in English and told her I was speaking in English and surely she knows I'm speaking in English. However, she keeps using a Mandarin translation pocket device and didn't realise Cantonese language is different. I see English has been the lingua franca but that's not the lady's and her coworker's views.
Try to avoid this hotel if you're a Hongkongese, *********, Mainland Chinese because more than one staff member is ******. They will just keep rolling their eyes and their facial expressions and fitgets are telling their guests only Japanese people are welcomed.
Molto buono

HHendraeffendiUn servizio fantastico
VvaleriexzyStayed at this hotel recently during my stay and had a pleasant experience. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to help. Location was convenient with easy access to transport and nearby attractions. Overall, a reliable choice offering good value for money.
UUtente ospiteI absolutely love Hanabishi Hotel — I had the best 2-night stay here. The hotel is quiet with no large tour groups, and I really enjoyed the traditional feel and relaxing vibes. I tried all of their room types, and my favorite is the futon room with a private onsen. The futon is very comfortable, and the room itself is incredibly spacious.
The staff are friendly and helpful, even assisting me with arranging taxi service. The location is convenient, only about a 10-minute drive from Hakodate Airport. I also loved both the breakfast buffet and the dinner set — they truly pampered me like I was the queen of the world.
The public onsen is beautiful and huge. I will forever choose to stay here whenever I’m in the area.
UUtente ospiteWe travelled by rental car so the location wasn't a problem and not far from Otaru canal and main attractions. The staff's service was superb. The whole hotel is tatami floor. There were small events like Japanese dancing for guests and camping with free snacks. The hotel's garden was nice. I really enjoy staying at the hotel.
UUtente ospiteFirst time stay in onsen ryotei. Very traditional room but huge! Even though it's old but quite well-maintained. My room comes with private onsen and it so worth it. I don't have to go to the public onsen and can dip into the onsen tub anytime I want. Room amenities is very well equipped. Coffee machine and dessert plus drinks are complimentary. Staff will go into your room during dinner time to prepare your futon or tatami bed. The room comes with kaiseki dinner and breakfast. Both are good especially the dinner. It's like fine dining with 10 courses. All taste magnificent and very good. Staff is very attentive too by explaining every dish served in a private room. I enjoyed the stay and food very much! Well worth money spent! This hotel located a bit deep end and public transport a bit difficult from the KTX station to the ryotei so please take a cab to and fro. That's the easiest way and the hotel staff can help to book for cab back to the KTX station too.
DDeskkThe location is good, and the hotel has a hot spring; the time is 13:00 to the next day at 10:00. Guests can enjoy it before check-out and at night.
The ********* Mr. Lin (林) at the front office provides excellent service, clear explanations, and good manners. He explained the differences between the two breakfast styles and smoothly handled the check-in operation.
However, the service needs to improve. The receptionist named 小林 rejected my request to borrow a phone to call the room without authentication, although I succeeded in borrowing it one day before. I don’t know if this is a personal issue or if the reception standards are different.
The bed sheet and blanket sheet had blood stains; the housekeeper needs to double-check the room before marking it as vacant.
Lastly, if you have a reservation at the restaurant, you still have to wait for a table to become available. This does not make sense in terms of the definition of making a reservation, and it affects the guest’s schedule. The hotel needs to improve its reservation arrangement.
UUtente ospiteThis is definitely a gem in Furano, the room is incredible but it will be better with bathtub! I was given a warm welcome by the staff, her smile was just so warm that it could melt the snow and ice outside the hotel.
The hotel's onsen is fantastic according to my wife and I don't have time to visit Onsen as I spent my time with my daughter inside the kid room, very clean and spacious kid room it has.
The internet speed is also blazing fast compared to other hotels in Hokkaido (Have to work while travelling).
Looking at the price and the room I'm getting, it is really worth every single cent!
EExpat EDventuresReview: 5-Night Stay at One Niseko Hotel, Japan
We recently stayed five nights at One Niseko and overall enjoyed our stay, but there are some important things future guests — especially skiers — should know.
The rooms were spacious, generally clean, and had very comfortable beds and linens. A few small maintenance issues could use attention, but nothing that seriously affected our stay. Breakfast was decent but fairly repetitive, with mostly the same offerings each day aside from a few rotating dishes.
Transportation logistics are probably the biggest consideration. The hotel only offers one daily pickup from the Grand Hirafu bus terminal, and it requires advance reservation. The hotel shuttle itself runs only to Annupuri and Moiwa and does so infrequently, often not aligning well with lift closing times. If the upper mountain lifts close early 3:30pm if they open at all and may unexpectedly close due to wind or snow.Yyou can easily end up far from the hotel in this situation. Without the shuttle, taxis are limited and cost around $30 USD, or you may face a crowded 1.5-hour bus ride — skis included.
The hotel is also quite far from Grand Hirafu, and there aren’t many restaurants within walking distance. We even walked back from Moiwa one day in the rain because the shuttle wouldn’t return for another hour — not ideal after skiing.
On the positive side, ski rental prices at the hotel were actually better than many shops in the surrounding area. The hotel restaurant is flexible too — if it’s not full, you can usually walk in without a reservation.
The onsen itself is nice, but etiquette enforcement could improve. Some guests were not following standard onsen rules and wearing underwear in the baths, which created an awkward atmosphere (I felt like an exhibitionist!). Management may want to either enforce rules more clearly or consider alternative policies to maintain guest comfort (allow swimsuits).
Overall, we did enjoy our stay, but unless you have a rental car, I would strongly recommend considering accommodation in Niseko Village or closer to the lifts for convenience. One Niseko is comfortable but somewhat isolated, and transportation can become challenging quickly depending on weather and lift operations.
