Hotel a 4 stelle in Hokkaidō, Giappone

We stayed for 5 nights and it was amazing, the hotel is connected to the shopping street and it is super convenient in accessing around the city. The public bath was so gooood, relaxing and clean. Our room was big enough for suitcases and they even got Refa hair dryer to try. The hotel is also closed to the bus stop for airport, really convenient andrecommended.

Really new hotel, convenient as it is underground accessible. Would stay there again but do note that the underground is only open at 6am, taking earlier train to airport and you’ll have to walk ok ground level with your luggages to Sapporo Station which could be quite an hassle with the icy slippery floor. Told front desk that there’s old lady with us but they wouldn’t accommodate too. Most probably with security reasons.

Our stay at Bespoke Hotel Sapporo was great! The hotel is very clean, modern, and stylish, with a cozy atmosphere. Rooms are a bit compact (as expected in Japan), but well-designed and comfortable. The location is very convenient—close to shops, restaurants, and key spots in Sapporo. Overall, a great choice for travelers looking for a clean, aesthetic, and well-located hotel.

La posizione è fantastica, a pochi minuti a piedi dalla stazione Sapporo. Da l'hotel è facile raggiungere altri luoghi come Suskino a piedi. La stanza e l'hotel sono fantastici, puliti. Il personale è amichevole e utile. Offrono anche un bar a snack gratuito con un sacco di bevande molli, caffè e cookie che si può usare quanto si desidera durante il giorno e la notte. Molto consigliato e sicuramente sarà indietro in futuro!

La posizione è incredibilmente comoda: a soli 2 minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria JR, una piacevole sorpresa dopo un lungo e faticoso viaggio. Il personale è estremamente professionale e cordiale, sempre pronto a soddisfare le esigenze degli ospiti. La camera era pulita e la vista meravigliosa. La prossima volta che tornerò, mi fermerò sicuramente qualche giorno in più!

The hotel is really worth the price! Cleanliness: good! Nearly perfect; there are still some hairs inside the toilet, but the rest is really good! Keep it up! Facilities: They have free water to drink near the elevator. I really love that! They also have an express checkout box in front of the hotel to save time! The wifi is good. The design is also minimal and luxurious~~ they also have shoes adjustment stick! the staff: They’re nice and do their jobs perfectly! Location: It’s around a 6-7 min walk from JR Sapporo, and they have a delicious place to hang out next to the hotel! space: my room has a semi-double bed, so it’s slightly bigger than usual. It’s a normal Japan hotel size! If you are tall or have a big body, you might find it’s uncomfortable, but for me it’s fine, and there’s some space to pack my luggage!

Non si deve preoccupare di neve o pioggia ogni volta che si desidera trasportare il bagaglio tra l'hotel e la stazione Sapporo, perché hanno un passaggio sotterraneo che collega all'hotel senza esposizione al cielo. Il bagno pubblico è pulito e ben mantenuto. Inoltre forniscono asciugamani per non dover portare dalla tua stanza. Mi hanno permesso di immagazzinare il mio bagaglio all'hotel un giorno prima di entrare, che mi aiuta a risparmiare il mio costo in cassetta di moneta alla stazione.

Vedo che il proprietario cerca di organizzare il viaggio, ma ci sono molti problemi.Non sapevo di fare le scale in anticipo, e avevo così tanti bagagli, e' davvero inconveniente fare le scale.Se lo sapessi, non avrei prenotato il viaggio. Inoltre, il suono è molto cattivo, e la strada di sopra ha sentito, e non dorme bene tutta la notte!Il bagno e il bagno sono molto vecchi, ma è pulito!

Questa è la mia seconda permanenza all'anno all'hotel. La stanza è pulita e spaziosa rispetto ad altri hotel locali e la vista è sorprendente. Il parcheggio è anche facile, poiché c'è un parcheggio al seminterrato. (Si paga un canone di parcheggio) Altrimenti, si trova a circa 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione Sapporo in buon tempo. Credo che, a causa del numero elevato di camere, può essere ubriacato nel lobby e nella zona calda di bagno a volte.

I had a very pleasant stay at Mitsui Garden Hotel Sapporo. The hotel is conveniently located near Sapporo Station, making it very easy to get around, especially with luggage. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay, which made the experience even better. Check-in and check-out were smooth. Overall, it was a good stay and I would consider coming back again on my next trip to Sapporo.
