TTherprasEverything is good, and fun fact. From Friday to Sunday the Pool are use the heater, so the pool are in warm water. Very recommended

HhunsbickieUn soggiorno sorprendente! Molto consigliabile per le famiglie, perché le camere erano spaziose e le camere erano di buona dimensione anche. Le camere erano pulite, spaziose e avevano abbastanza strutture. Il servizio era davvero buono anche. La cucina era un punto più con la sua microonde. Camminare a distanza dal negozio di comodità e stalle di cibo stradale. In generale, una grande esperienza. Molto consigliato!

twin bed yg satu sudah goyang , takut jatuh pas tidur ,, ada tambahan bed tapi tanpa bantal & selimut ,,
kamar mandi luas tetapi cermin sudah banyak noda jadi agak horor 😅
Sarapan pilihan sedikit dan rasa kurang, menu habis pun di tunggu 1 jam tak kunjung refill ,, ekstra sarapan 75k jadi berasa mahal 😟

Location: it's not in the city center, the way to get here it could have traffic jams at certain times, with some rough patches. But if you’re looking for a quiet, peaceful place with beautiful lake views and a village vibe, this hotel is the perfect escape.
Room: since this hotel is newly built, the room is quite clean and neat. The furniture in some parts already has a dent, and the glass cup is not clean enough.
It will count in the Cleanliness part, although we see it as clean, but at some parts of furniture or amenities it needs more concern, as like the tissue box. A little suggestion from me, the hotel management needs to consider the environment of this hotel because it's too humid, so mold can be easier growing and pop up in some areas.
Breakfast & Restaurant: the breakfast is good enough, they serve indonesian food and a simple western style (toast bread). I got a chance to enjoy dinner there, and I like the fried banana.
Rate, Price, & Payment: They require a deposit of IDR 100,000 at check-in. The hotel prices are very affordable and fair for the service and facilities provided. Food prices at the restaurant are also reasonable, although some items are a bit overpriced. Unfortunately, when I checked in, the EDC machine and QRIS payment system were not working, so they only accepted cash or QRIS/bank transfers to a staff member’s personal account.
Environment & Vibes: The hotel is quiet and peaceful. During prayer times, the call to prayer (suara adzan) from a nearby mosque can be heard, but it is not disturbing. The parking area is spacious, and there is also basement parking available.
They have several meeting rooms & ballroom.
Overall, This hotel is great and value for money. You may try and experience the peaceful vibes here.

UUtente ospiteThis is a hard one cause me and my girlfriend really like this place. But like some of the other 1-3 stars comments regarding the entrance and accessibility of it. Maybe the management could install more signs o along the roads. Or even send a tutorial on how to get there with photos (landmarks) or waza/Google maps links through WhatsApp.
We would've appreciated if we were informed ahead of time about the additional entrance fee to enter kawah putih as well (we wasted another 1.30hours finding our way up). We really wanted to explore more of the area. But we're just too. Mentally tired to do so.
Service wise... We booked the grand cabin with hot tub. Our room had no Light (literally, the lightbars are missing). We called the technician/receptionist, but it still took them 30mins to arrive...
Oh about the hot tub area, we stayed in cabin 27 (basically we're at the most front part). Theres actually not much privacy if you want to enjoy sometime in the hot tub. The cabins behind you can see moreless everything...Maybe you could plant more trees for privacy😂.
Room rating wise. It was actually really nice... It really has everything I need and more... Bed and blankets all were great... But again I just find it hard to enjoy after that long and confusing drive.
Summary... I think it worth it to try least once. But ya'll really have to do a lot of research especially on how to get up there (In order to not waste money, energy and ESPECIALLY your time).

YYusaku5221Sono giapponese. La mia prima impressione era che l'hotel è molto più lontano dalla stazione di Bogor di quanto mi aspettassi. È necessario più di 30 minuti a Grab. C'è un hotel e un resort Aston vicino, quindi sembra che ci sia un'area vivace con ristoranti e negozi. Potrebbe essere bello prendere una Grab la sera.
Il check-in era pulito, e il personale parlava inglese, che era molto utile. La camera Deluxe Twin era un po' piccola, ma era pulita e ben mantenuta. Il Wi-Fi funzionava bene, e la TV Google era facile da usare.
D’altra parte, non erano fornite in camera le tovaglie e un asciugacapelli, quindi ho dovuto chiamare il desk per chiederle, che era deludente.
Purtroppo, probabilmente a causa del tempo, non potevo vedere il Monte Salak dalla finestra.La piscina era piena di bambini, quindi non mi piaceva molto usarla.
C’era un indomaret a piedi, che era conveniente; il snack di benvenuto era una strana torta di riso, e non ero sicuro di cosa fosse.
La colazione mi ha offerto una buona varietà di cibo, che mi ha piaceto. In generale, non sono sicuro se mi sarei scelto di rimanere di nuovo qui.
