Hotel a 4 stelle in Prefettura di Aomori, Giappone

Check-in was very smooth. In fact, they allowed us to check in earlier - about 1 to 2 hours earlier, I think. The room was already ready, so they allocated it to us when we arrived. The room itself was rather small but functional and clean, so we don’t really have any complaints other than it being a bit small. I guess this is Japanese standards. The pricing is fairly more expensive than the inns across the road, perhaps because of the location and also because it is very new. The property itself has a very nice onsen. The female onsen had a lot of apples floating in it, which was a very nice touch to showcase Aomori apples. The front desk staff are very nice and very friendly. They also have staff who can speak Chinese. Not that I am Chinese, but I can speak some Chinese better than Japanese, which I can’t speak at all. Nevertheless, the staff could converse in English, or at least some basic English. There’s free yoga and some classes, but we didn’t utilise them as it’s not really useful for tourists who would rather spend time outside the hotel. This seems more suited for locals who want a short getaway, but still a very lovely touch. Breakfast is paid separately and does not come with the room, so there is no comment on that. The property provides Nespresso capsules in the room, and there is also a better Nespresso machine near the check-in counter. I also love that they provide water for free without having to pay extra. The lounge is available for everybody and overlooks the bridge. They provide some free snacks and drinks depending on the timing - different items in the morning and in the evening. That being said, there is no alcohol being served. Also, the coffee there is very bad. I don’t understand why they don’t put the Nespresso machine in the lounge since they have one at the lobby. Overall, everything was quite perfect for this hotel. In fact, the location was the most perfect part. Once you exit the train station, you enter an elevator that goes up to the hotel. Since it was winter, I was afraid I would need to drag my bags for a long time, but it’s right outside the exit after you tap your card and turn left. If I remember correctly, the elevator is right there and there is no need to go outside at all. However, there are only two elevators servicing the entire building, so there might be some waiting time. I would advise leaving earlier if you have a train to catch. The only reason this is not a full-star review is because I requested about a one-hour late checkout due to our train time, and they told us we needed to pay - if I remember correctly, ¥2,000 per hour. I felt they were very rigid about the 11 am checkout time. To be honest, even if they had given it to us, we probably wouldn’t have used it anyway, as we later decided to change our train time to leave Aomori, since there isn’t much to do here. Still, the rejection and inflexibility made us feel very uneasy and unwelcome. I think they could have handled this better by being less rigid and more human. So that’s minus points from us. After all, this is part of hospitality, and it doesn’t hurt.

預訂的榻榻米日式住房，本來計劃去八甲田山景點賞景及酸湯温泉，但是無奈正巧下大雪，寸步難行，無車。所以全程衹能都在酒店看電視堆雪人。 酒店本身景色及餐飲都不錯。 酒店內有小超市（販賣泡麪花生等簡單食物，滑雪板等，無生活用品）。 洗澡為公共浴室，房間也有淋浴但無沐浴露等用品。 推薦去公共澡堂，體驗日式民宿澡堂，有室內和户外泡池，免費冰淇淋。 有早上 9:00 酒店出發到青森站的班車， 下午 3:30 從青森站到酒店的班車（提前預訂）。新青森站 taxi 到酒店 15000 日幣。雪季 uber 根本叫不到車， 依賴酒店班車。 這家酒店適合滑雪人士居住。 賞景推薦非雪季。（附青森的雪山真的很大，雪景很美）

Eravamo due persone. La stanza in cui ci siamo fermati non era grande. Se avete due valigie sarà difficile aprire entrambe allo stesso tempo. Non avevamo valigie, quindi lo spazio non era un problema per noi. Il personale era molto amichevole, gentile e utile. Ho perso i guanti in autobus, e mi hanno aiutato a recuperarli. Anche tu hai il succo di mela come un bevanda benvenuta al desk front (molto bel succo di mela!). Usavamo il deposito bagagli dopo aver controllato, che non era problema. La stanza era molto pulita. Quando eravamo li avevano un piano eco, che era che la stanza era pulita solo una volta al nostro soggiorno di 4 notti, ma poteva avere i tovaglioli ogni volta che volevamo. Anche se è stato buono dal punto di vista ambientale (ma abbiamo deciso di non avere alcuna pulizia). In generale, anche se il nostro soggiorno in questo hotel è stato molto buono.

A pochi passi dalla stazione Aomori, l'hotel e la camera sono ben attrezzati e hanno una bella vista sulla città e sulle montagne e sul mare circostanti.

I had a nice stay at Richmond Hotel. The room was comfortable, clean, and well-appointed, making for a very pleasant experience. Check-in was smooth and efficient, allowing us to settle in quickly. One feature I particularly appreciated was the bathroom, which offered both a separate shower area and a bathtub, giving guests the option of a quick shower or a relaxing soak after a long day of sightseeing. Another aspect I appreciated was the hotel's assistance in arranging for our luggage to be transferred to our next hotel in Tokyo. The process was seamless and hassle-free, allowing us to travel more comfortably without having to carry our large suitcases. I especially love this luggage forwarding service, which is widely available throughout Japan and makes travelling between cities much more convenient. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and I would happily stay here again.

沒想到星野也落到了專做外國遊客生意的地步，日本客人補超過20%。 不是很令人愉快的體驗，除了房間還算寬敞外幾乎全無優點： 1. 我提前將近三個月寫郵件預訂雪洞活動，客服回郵件非常慢，一般2-3天才會收到回信。一會兒找不到訂房訊息，一會兒在我在原始郵件中已經附上活動相片的情況下還要問是哪個活動，前後一個多星期，最後回信説在回郵件前活動已經訂完……我🤬🤬🤬 2. 從酒店大堂走去餐廳和温泉的長長的一條走廊竟然沒有暖氣！來回吃飯經過那條走廊都會被凍一哆嗦。這在室內都要穿短袖短褲的日本是真實存在的酒店嗎！ 3. 最讓人無語的一點，因為聽説當地的金槍魚很有名，我們一行6人額外加了5100/人把晚餐升級到特殊金槍魚料理。那魚端上桌一看就不對，都有點發黑了，一點光澤都沒有！肉質軟軟爛爛，完全沒鮮味，最後所有人都沒吃完就走了。 唯一的優點就是室外温泉的景觀還不錯，但是相同景緻的温泉北海道到處都是。 不推薦！

Posizione dell'hotel: vicino alla stazione ferroviaria JR, a circa dieci minuti a piedi. Nelle vicinanze ci sono molti ristoranti e due o tre centri commerciali dove fare shopping. Colazione in hotel: molto buona, non c'è molta scelta, ma ogni pietanza è preparata con cura. Il succo di mela, il pane, ecc. prodotti ad Aomori sono deliziosi. Servizi dell'hotel: relativamente vecchi, ma ben tenuti e comunque confortevoli. Servizio dell'hotel: molto buono, ho chiesto una camera tranquilla e me l'hanno accontentata.

Important to note that parking is in areas labeled A or B only for daily rate of ¥700. Although the hotel has instructions in Japanese, the chatbot gave me incorrect information to just drive to the driveway and to ask the staff for directions. Location wise, it is near to train station but we drove so to Hirosaki Castle and Apple Park was 15-20 mins drive only. Hotel provided 2 free bottles of water and 2 small packs of local apple juice which was a nice gesture.

Mainly stayed here for ski in ski out convenience to Aomori Spring Ski Resort. Hotel rooms are sizeable for Japan standards. Got the full room and board with 2 meals provided, and buffet selection was decent variety. Lunch options there are limited choices but food is decent. There is also an onsen which was nice.

Ho scelto questo posto per la vista sul mare. Ho fatto il check-in il primo giorno nel pomeriggio e il sole stava già tramontando verso le 16:00, quindi ho registrato un video time-lapse per mostrarvelo. Per quanto riguarda i servizi, c'è un grande onsen (bagno termale), particolarmente interessante per un onsen in riva al mare. Ci sono vasche interne e semi-aperte, e non era affollato. I bagni per uomini e donne sono separati e tutti i servizi erano estremamente puliti! La sera, c'è un'esibizione di 20 minuti di un famoso suonatore di shamisen Karuzu, che vale sicuramente la pena ascoltare. Ci sono anche musica locale e altri spettacoli famosi. Sia la colazione che la cena sono servite in stile banchetto. Nel complesso, sono stato molto soddisfatto! Solo un avvertimento: non ci sono mezzi di trasporto. Per andare e tornare dalla stazione di Asamushi Onsen ci vogliono 700-800 metri a piedi, e di notte fa piuttosto buio. È possibile prenotare un bus navetta per la mattina successiva prima delle 21:00 ogni sera. Non c'erano molti ospiti stranieri e la maggior parte delle comunicazioni avveniva in giapponese. È possibile utilizzare un software di traduzione per comunicare e il personale è stato molto gentile! Personalmente mi è piaciuto molto e, se dovessi guidare ad Aomori la prossima volta, sceglierò sicuramente di nuovo questo posto!
