Hotel a 3 stelle in Columbia Britannica, Canada

There is no lobby welcoming you, but a Front desk running 7am-12am everyday in a room served with free drinks and magazines. We appreciated the early check-in at around 2.30pm, which was 1.5 hour before the normal check-in time. The check-in was quick and smooth. There was no hair dryer in our room. When you wanna make a phone call for help, there is no landline telephone in the hotel room, meaning that you have to walk out to the office to ask for a dryer. Luckily, we found it out an hour before mid night and the front desk was in the storage room. There is no amenities here besides of a free access to the mini golf course opposite the road. It will be boring during rainy days, especially the shops nearby closed early around 5pm. The location is great, right to the main road. This hotel company also owns Tide’s Inn and the Mini Golf Course where they are at other two corners of the intersection. Mini golf is free to access and the pool table is CAD2 for each game. The upside of this hotel room is that everything in this room is newly built. Many plugs on the wall. There is a. Work desk, containers for your belongings, a fridge, a microwave, a TV, a clothes rack, a luggage rack and a coffee maker. We love the mattress here, unlike those in the old hotels. They are firm and supportive to my back. Also, the car is just outside our door, it makes the luggage unloading very convenient and quick. There is a big window with mosquito net in our room, but the window faces inside the car park, where people would walk around, drop on and off their luggage. We don’t feel private not to put the curtain down, and the sun light couldn’t come into the room when the curtain is down. Especially during the days we don’t use the air conditioning or heater, we can always hear the noises from next door, outside the car park and the main road. Also, we found that the bedsheets were wrinkled when we flipped over the duvet. Not sure if the bed sheet was not ironed or was not changed to a new one. There is no desk lamp on the desk meaning that if I turn on the main lights, the lights on top of two beds will be very bright and disturbing to whom is sleeping. There is laundry room with 1 washing and drying machine on site. It charges CAD1-1.5 for each laundry by card payment via an app according to the front desk. There is no iron equipment in your room, not sure if you can borrow one by asking the front desk. Reminded to bring your own slippers, tooth brush and paste. And always check what you need is missing for your stay before the front desk closing.

Hotel is convenient located near eatery and airport. Sharon the front desk was extremely helpful to locate my reservation . Trip.com gotten my reservation thr agoda and Sharon spent fair bit of time to trace my agoda booking number. As trip.com booking number is not found in trip.com. Sharon worked extra hour to trace my booking to avoid me to make any payment as couldnt locate trip.com booking. Overall, my stay was plesant and shittle service is good and prompt.

La stanza era buona, pulita e spaziosa! La navetta era conveniente. Il grande disappunto era la colazione, che credo sia davvero solo il livello Comfort Inn e non giustifica il prezzo della stanza.

Quattro famiglie con bambini hanno un'attività nel fiume Campbell, quindi le strutture di prenotazione per un giorno sono un po' scomode, ma in generale buone

La cabina era più vecchia, ma molto affascinante, abbiamo fatto il più grande del posto in fiamme nella stanza e abbiamo goduto di una vista sul lago dal nostro balcone. Il bagno era pulito con tutto quello che ci serviva. Il caffè era anche fornito nella stanza che era bello. Ho letto i letti erano inconfortabili su altre recensioni e ho parzialmente concordato - non il migliore ma ancora una volta non la ragione principale o la speranza di visitare il lago emerald. Dirò che le mutandine erano estremamente sottili e inconfortabili.  Il personale era molto amichevole e attento. Il servizio di navetta era facile. Il ristorante era prezioso ma in generale buono. Nessun WiFi o segnale nella stanza è qualcosa di cui essere consapevole, ma ha aumentato l'esperienza secondo me. In generale, grande!

Ho avuto un ottimo soggiorno al Grand Park Hotel & Suites Downtown Vancouver. Quello che si è appena scoperto è stato il servizio. Il personale era eccellente, veloce a rispondere, e molto affidabile ogni volta che mi serviva qualcosa. Ha reso l'intera esperienza senza stress. Le strutture superavano le mie aspettative, soprattutto per il prezzo, e tutto si sentiva ben mantenuto e confortevole, quindi si sentiva certamente come un grande valore per i soldi. Devo anche menzionare il cibo, che era davvero delizioso, con ingredienti di buona qualità e porzioni generose, che è stata una piacevole sorpresa e ha aggiunto un sacco al soggiorno generale. In generale, avrei decisamente raccomandato questo posto se si sta cercando comfort, buon servizio, e solido valore nel centro di Vancouver.

It was my second time staying at this hotel. There were two things I really needed to mention. First, I turned on Netflix and started watching a movie around 8:00pm but I fell asleep shortly after. Around 9pm someone started knocking on my door very loudly, which woke me up. I then heard someone outside saying, “Hey, lower the volume.” I was honestly super confused because the TV wasn’t even that loud???? and the knocking itself was louder than the TV and was what actually woke me up. I didn’t open the door because I found it creepy. After that, I called my friend, and he suggested I contact the front desk. When I called, the lady told me their housekeeper had already checked and there was nobody in the lobby anymore (which makes sense because it had happened around 20 minutes earlier). She also said other people shouldn’t be able to access guest floors without a key card. When I asked whether anyone staying beside me had complained, she said nobody was staying next to my room, and the guest next door had only just checked in. Maybe it was just someone passing by, but it was still really weird and uncomfortable. I’ve stayed in many hotels in different countries and have never experienced something like this before. The second issue was that both the internet and TV stopped working at night and were still not working the next morning when I checked out, which was really frustrating. I mentioned it during checkout, and the front desk staff simply said the whole building was having the same issue and they were trying to fix it 🥲 The good thing is they’ve now fixed the access issue, so everyone needs a key card to access their floor. The hotel itself is brand new, very quiet, and clean, which is why I chose to stay here again. Since it’s owned by Hilton, I honestly expected the staff to be a bit more professional when speaking to customers. The housekeeping staff were all super friendly though.

La camera sembrava essere stata ristrutturata di recente, quindi era pulita con un letto comodo con asciugamani bianchi. Al momento del check-in, la reception ha dichiarato che non avevamo la colazione inclusa e che era richiesto un deposito di $ 100, ma lo avrei ricevuto indietro entro 2-3 giorni sul mio c. carta. Ho già pagato in anticipo online per la camera che costava $ 386 tasse incluse. Successivamente ho controllato il mio voucher e diceva che avevamo fatto colazione per 2, quindi l'ho portato alla reception e ci hanno dato 2 buoni per la colazione. Il costo della colazione è pari a 15 USD a persona meno il 20% come ospite dell'hotel. La colazione non comprende le bevande, solo acqua. C'erano bacon, uova strapazzate, tortini, pane tostato e frittelle di patate. Sono andato alla reception dell'hotel e ho preso caffè e tè dal distributore automatico della reception. Al momento del check-out, l'addetto alla reception ha detto che un deposito di $ 200 sarebbe stato rimborsato in 2-3 settimane! Ho chiesto perché finché posso ottenere i miei soldi per un reso in negozio in un giorno!?! Non aveva una risposta chiara. Ad ogni modo, immagino che dovrò aspettare e assicurarmi che continui. Non sono sicuro del motivo per cui è stato addebitato un deposito così grande e perché ci sarebbero volute settimane per il rimborso... qualcosa di sospetto da questa parte, ma siamo stati lì e non possiamo cambiarlo. Tuttavia, dubito di utilizzare nuovamente Choice Hotels - Quality Inn & Suites poiché sembrava incoerente che il personale sapesse perché addebitano un importo elevato e l'orario di restituzione. Avevo anche prenotato un Choice Hotel per il nostro ritorno a casa e avevo inserito la data errata di un giorno. Non lo avrebbero modificato e lo avrebbero solo cancellato e mi avrebbero comunque addebitato! Quindi la loro fatturazione è dubbia per me e quello era il mio rapporto con 2 delle loro unità Choice Hotel

I had a really great stay at this Airbnb. The place was exactly as described clean, cozy, and very well organized. Everything I needed was provided, and it felt comfortable from the moment I arrived. The location was convenient and quiet, which made it easy to relax after a long day. The host was also very responsive, friendly, and helpful whenever I had questions. Overall, it was a smooth and pleasant experience, and I would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and reliable stay.

La stanza è situata a Main Street. Il personale è così amichevole e veloce nel loro servizio. La stanza è pulita e le strutture sono abbastanza complete (soprattutto come la famiglia di quattro, il mini frigo, le lamiere, le spalle, il coltello, le tazze, la microonde, sono molto utili). L'unica cosa sgradevole è che possiamo sentire i nostri vicini parlare e sono piuttosto alti, ma non durante la notte.
