Hotel a 3 stelle in Columbia Britannica, Canada

There is no lobby welcoming you, but a Front desk running 7am-12am everyday in a room served with free drinks and magazines. We appreciated the early check-in at around 2.30pm, which was 1.5 hour before the normal check-in time. The check-in was quick and smooth. There was no hair dryer in our room. When you wanna make a phone call for help, there is no landline telephone in the hotel room, meaning that you have to walk out to the office to ask for a dryer. Luckily, we found it out an hour before mid night and the front desk was in the storage room. There is no amenities here besides of a free access to the mini golf course opposite the road. It will be boring during rainy days, especially the shops nearby closed early around 5pm. The location is great, right to the main road. This hotel company also owns Tide’s Inn and the Mini Golf Course where they are at other two corners of the intersection. Mini golf is free to access and the pool table is CAD2 for each game. The upside of this hotel room is that everything in this room is newly built. Many plugs on the wall. There is a. Work desk, containers for your belongings, a fridge, a microwave, a TV, a clothes rack, a luggage rack and a coffee maker. We love the mattress here, unlike those in the old hotels. They are firm and supportive to my back. Also, the car is just outside our door, it makes the luggage unloading very convenient and quick. There is a big window with mosquito net in our room, but the window faces inside the car park, where people would walk around, drop on and off their luggage. We don’t feel private not to put the curtain down, and the sun light couldn’t come into the room when the curtain is down. Especially during the days we don’t use the air conditioning or heater, we can always hear the noises from next door, outside the car park and the main road. Also, we found that the bedsheets were wrinkled when we flipped over the duvet. Not sure if the bed sheet was not ironed or was not changed to a new one. There is no desk lamp on the desk meaning that if I turn on the main lights, the lights on top of two beds will be very bright and disturbing to whom is sleeping. There is laundry room with 1 washing and drying machine on site. It charges CAD1-1.5 for each laundry by card payment via an app according to the front desk. There is no iron equipment in your room, not sure if you can borrow one by asking the front desk. Reminded to bring your own slippers, tooth brush and paste. And always check what you need is missing for your stay before the front desk closing.

Sharon ha lavorato un'ora extra per rintracciare la mia prenotazione per evitare di fare qualsiasi pagamento come non poteva localizzare la prenotazione trip.com. In generale, il mio soggiorno era piacevole e il servizio di caccia è buono e tempestivo.

La posizione è alta a notte e se stai in camera al piano di sopra, sentirai la porta chiusa tutta la notte nell'altra parte dove sono le camere principali. La mattina occupati per colazione difficile fornendo forniture e aspettando il bacino. Anche difficile entrare nel bunk, direi che gli hotel pod sono migliori per i viaggiatori soli.

La stanza era comoda, ero accanto alla lavanderia/manutenzione e ho notato qualche rumore durante il giorno, ma non nelle notti o nelle notti, non mi ha mai disturbato. La mia stanza era vicino al tubo caldo e ho sentito delle buone volte, ma non mi ha disturbato e era tranquilla al letto. Vaffle, uova, patate, bacon, salsa, avena, cereali, yogurt, mele, pompelmo, arance, muffin, bacon, e vari pani e biscotti. I cibi caldi sono alternati, così tante opzioni, è stato fantastico e a volte fatto per lente mattine. Il personale del colazione era benvenuto, grande al magazzino e al ricevimento.Le mattine erano molto piacevoli. La fermata del bus era vicina e il desk front dava i biglietti per l'autobus quando le ho chiesto. Inoltre c'era un servizio di navetta gratuito nel centro, all'Hotel Regent, solo una richiesta dopo le 17:30. Il personale era amichevole, le camere erano pulite, la mia camera e il mio letto erano confortevoli, e avevo un buon soggiorno, anche se non era nel centro e non avevo una macchina. Denny's, McDonald's, Tim Hortons e a&w sono a piedi. Buona posizione e soggiorno confortevole.

The room was good, clean and spatious! The shuttle was convenient. The big dissapointment was breakfast, which I think is really just Comfort Inn level and does not justify the room price.

Quattro famiglie con bambini hanno un'attività nel fiume Campbell, quindi le strutture di prenotazione per un giorno sono un po' scomode, ma in generale buone

Hotel di recensione Recentemente ci siamo trasferiti all'Hotel Century Plaza a Vancouver e abbiamo avuto una grande esperienza. La posizione dell'hotel è molto conveniente, situato nel centro di Vancouver. Ha reso molto facile l'esplorazione della città e l'accesso ai trasporti pubblici. La nostra camera era spaziosa, grande, pulita e ben attrezzata con una cucina. Il letto era estremamente confortevole, assicurando un buon sonno notturno. Abbiamo apprezzato anche i pensieri come il caffè e il tè. Il personale di Century Plaza era sempre amichevole, utile e pronto a assistere con qualsiasi richiesta, che ha migliorato ulteriormente il nostro soggiorno. Uno dei punti di forza è stato il ristorante C|Prime, che ha servito deliziosi pasti italiani con una vasta gamma di opzioni. In generale, il nostro soggiorno al Century Plaza Hotel è stato fantastico. È sicuro che torneremo al nostro prossimo viaggio in città!

La cabina era più vecchia, ma molto affascinante, abbiamo fatto il più grande del posto in fiamme nella stanza e abbiamo goduto di una vista sul lago dal nostro balcone. Il bagno era pulito con tutto quello che ci serviva. Il caffè era anche fornito nella stanza che era bello. Ho letto i letti erano inconfortabili su altre recensioni e ho parzialmente concordato - non il migliore ma ancora una volta non la ragione principale o la speranza di visitare il lago emerald. Dirò che le mutandine erano estremamente sottili e inconfortabili.  Il personale era molto amichevole e attento. Il servizio di navetta era facile. Il ristorante era prezioso ma in generale buono. Nessun WiFi o segnale nella stanza è qualcosa di cui essere consapevole, ma ha aumentato l'esperienza secondo me. In generale, grande!

Hotel a bit outdated, soundproofing not very good. But apart from that, everything went well, location is in a safe and convenient place for public transpo. Cozy room. Only wish 2 things were available: slippers (bec the floor becomes very cold) and drinking water.

It was my second time staying at this hotel. There were two things I really needed to mention. First, I turned on Netflix and started watching a movie around 8:00pm but I fell asleep shortly after. Around 9pm someone started knocking on my door very loudly, which woke me up. I then heard someone outside saying, “Hey, lower the volume.” I was honestly super confused because the TV wasn’t even that loud???? and the knocking itself was louder than the TV and was what actually woke me up. I didn’t open the door because I found it creepy. After that, I called my friend, and he suggested I contact the front desk. When I called, the lady told me their housekeeper had already checked and there was nobody in the lobby anymore (which makes sense because it had happened around 20 minutes earlier). She also said other people shouldn’t be able to access guest floors without a key card. When I asked whether anyone staying beside me had complained, she said nobody was staying next to my room, and the guest next door had only just checked in. Maybe it was just someone passing by, but it was still really weird and uncomfortable. I’ve stayed in many hotels in different countries and have never experienced something like this before. The second issue was that both the internet and TV stopped working at night and were still not working the next morning when I checked out, which was really frustrating. I mentioned it during checkout, and the front desk staff simply said the whole building was having the same issue and they were trying to fix it 🥲 The good thing is they’ve now fixed the access issue, so everyone needs a key card to access their floor. The hotel itself is brand new, very quiet, and clean, which is why I chose to stay here again. Since it’s owned by Hilton, I honestly expected the staff to be a bit more professional when speaking to customers. The housekeeping staff were all super friendly though.
