Hotel a 4 stelle in Prefettura di Miyagi, Giappone

Everyone especially cleaning workers polite & helpful. Room small but locution great & toilet well equipped & clean. Lots of restaurants around. The local market nearby is a must-go. One minus though, counter staff can't easily understand our requests. Sendai is a great place but English is not a common tool for communication.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to help, creating a welcoming atmosphere from the moment I arrived. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the essentials provided. The facilities were impressive, especially the dining area and overall cleanliness throughout the property. Location was convenient, making it easy to explore nearby attractions and access transportation. Breakfast offered a good variety and everything tasted fresh. Overall, the hotel delivered great value for money, and I truly enjoyed my time here. I would happily return and highly recommend it to others.

The ryokan location is excellent. My room has a huge picture window facing east. I can see the famous bay with its many islands, including the Fukuura island (福浦𡷊), in the morning with wonderful sun rise view. The Japanese breakfasts were excellent especially the one on our second day… fresh grilled fish, etc.. The Kaiseki dinners for both nights were wonderful with fresh grilled fish and high grade wagyu beef plus oyster cooked to perfection. The Onsens on the other hand are just Okay. However with the view of Fukuura island and its red bridge … nice.

Si trova a piedi dalla stazione JR Sendai, la zona è piuttosto tranquilla, dal momento che è al lato est della stazione, il personale è stato molto attento e utile, la condizione della stanza soddisfa certamente tutte le aspettative bene, specialmente pulita e nuova. Sicuramente consiglia questo hotel senza dubbio. C'è una volta che abbiamo perso un pezzo di calzini dalla lavanderia, sono riusciti a trovarlo e a restituirlo a noi. Molto grato al receptionista e al personale(a.g. Gab) hanno trovato le calzini perdute.

La posizione è grande, camminabile per negozi, treni, parchi e attrazioni. La stanza è di base e un po 'di rumore/luce, buona zona di doccia/bagno. Alcune strutture libere sul desk front e nessun problema con bagagli, la lavanderia con moneta operava bene.Abbiamo rifiutato di pulire dopo la prima notte, perché non era molto bene fatto, ma abbiamo ancora degli asciugamani freschi ogni giorno

Il luogo di autoconduzione sarà più conveniente. L'hotel non offre gratuitamente il bus di shuttle. Ma devi prestare attenzione a una sola classe per un'ora 🫡  Una volta che entra in camera con Wi-Fi,  Vai sul desk front e ti aiuterai a togliere la mano sinistra.Lo spazio della stanza è pieno. Questa volta, due cibi, diversi tipi di cibo sono di qualità 👍🏽 Il grande casinò di giardino è consigliato di andare presto molte volte.  Perche' la notte è nera,  è completamente svuotato in scena 🫣 

L'hotel è un hotel di grande servizio, tutte le strutture disponibili sono di lusso, e forse un hotel di business, viene con tutto quello che si può immaginare nella vostra stanza. Frigorifero, caldaia d'acqua, piaghe, notepad e penna, orologio di allarme (sì, analogo Casio), convertitore USB C-A perché il letto ha ancora una socket USB A, forme taubi (consegna dei bagagli), stampa di pantaloni, scarpe, ecc., ecc. Credo che il loro motto non sia aspettato finché l'ospite non lo chiede, assicuratevi che sia disponibile. Hanno davvero anticipato tutto. Starbucks e 711 al primo piano. Volevo provare il ristorante al 13° piano, ma perché non avevo alcuna prenotazione, e ci erano già molte persone, purtroppo mi hanno distolto.

Upon arrival, there was no reception or greeting. Unfortunately, due to an issue with the reservation, the hotel did not show flexibility in resolving the matter, and the interaction felt unfriendly. As a result, the check-in experience was disappointing, and the hotel felt rather cold and unwelcoming.None of the front desk staff spoke English, which made communication very difficult. If the hotel does not intend to accommodate international travelers, it might be more appropriate not to list the property on international booking platforms.

Very nice and clean. The public bath is a plus for travellers who wish to have one in an urban area. The cost per room per night is also very attractive!!!

L'hotel è situato in posizione strategica, proprio accanto alla stazione di Sendai. Nei dintorni della stazione si trovano numerosi ristoranti e grandi magazzini, rendendo molto agevole lo shopping e la ristorazione. Tornerò sicuramente in questo hotel la prossima volta che sarò a Sendai!
