Wasn’t feeling well but the hotel room was very comfortable and next to a shopping streets with lots of good foods and there is a pharmacy that helps me with the right medication. Very nice bed and comfortable pajamas. Will stay here again. Fantastic stay and yes I fully recovered.

The staff is friendly and provide good service. The bath house is normal, but can tell its age. I feel the room is very dusty, it’s making my hand itchy and nose sneezy all the time. The bathroom is also old with water marks and mould. I am a fan of Dormy Inn and have stayed in Dormy Inn branches at Aomori, Hachinohe, Tokyo, and Osaka before, but this Kumamoto branch has the most room for improvement. The hotel is in walkable distance to the castle, so it is great.

Comfortable stay with a room that had a good size picture window with gorgeous views. The location is just across Aso Roadside Station where visitors go to look and buy local products including fresh fruits and vegetables. There was a communal kitchen and dining area which we used for a pleasant meal on a rainy day.

Очень понравился приватный онсен с кедровой ванной. Рядом остановка автобуса, недалеко продуктовый магазин, кафе. В рёкане так же есть кайсеки. Хозяева очень приятные, доброжелательные люди. Хозяин встретил нас и отвёз. Нам очень понравилось пребывание здесь и мы обязательно вернёмся)
