Hotel a 3 stelle in Provincia di Medina, Arabia Saudita

Il mio soggiorno all'Hotel Odst Al Madinah era tutto a posto. La stanza era accettabile, ma sembrava un po' vecchia. La lampada laterale era molto vecchia e sembrava fissata con la cintura. La finestra era danneggiata e non poteva chiudere correttamente, così il vento continuava a entrare nella stanza; a causa della lacuna nella finestra, la stanza si raffreddò molto di notte e di mattina presto. Il processo di check-in era solo medio, niente di speciale, e il servizio di manutenzione era anche medio.

Ho prenotato una camera da letto tripla, ma l'hotel ci ha generosamente aggiornato in una suite senza alcun costo aggiuntivo. È stata una bella sorpresa! La suite era spaziosa, pulita e ben attrezzata con tutte le attrezzature che avevamo bisogno. Le letti erano molto confortevoli e l'atmosfera generale era rilassante.Grazie all'albergo per il gesto pensativo rendendo il nostro soggiorno ancora più memorabile.

This hotel was supposed to be 3.5 kilometres in a straight line to Masjid Al nabawi but due to road works we ended up travelling 9 km each way. The hotel itself is a converted apartment building that turned into Suites probably because the owner couldn't sell the apartments due to the area not close to any business centres or shopping malls. Prices were reasonable and the staff was friendly and communication is great No USB charging ports provided anywhere including lounge or bedrooms. No towels or any cleaning supplies provided to keep this little apartment clean. Bathroom floors were extremely slippery to the level I would call dangerous. Bathroom fittings, kitchen ,bedrooms and all furniture in living area also large and comfortable , but we booked for six beds they only provided us 5 beds plus a thin single mattress , which was a great disappointment. But for us, the biggest drawback was that it's too far from Masjid Al nabawi and not suitable even at low prices. I would recommend paying more to be closer to Masjid Al nabawi there are plenty of options within 15-20 minutes walk at good price, but if your reason to stay in Madina is not Masjid Al nabawi, then this hotel suite is okay, just consider all the notes I made above.

Beautiful hotel. It’s a new hotel and neat and clean. Near to Haram Al Nabawi from Janatul Baqi. Few minutes walk only.

The hotel is a decent place to stay and not too far from Masjid Nabawi. The rooms and amenities are good enough for a comfortable visit. One tip for travelers: don’t just ask taxi drivers outside to take you to the mosque—they usually charge more than double. Make sure you have the Careem app downloaded; it consistently saved me over 50% on transport every single time. The hotel provides a shuttle service, but it only runs at prayer times (five times a day). This is convenient if you’re sticking to prayer schedules, but if you want to spend extra time in the mosque, you’ll likely need to use a taxi or Careem. Also, just be aware that their laundry service is on the expensive side. Overall, it’s a comfortable stay with decent amenities, but planning your transport and laundry in advance can save you money and hassle.

Un posto migliore di un posto meraviglioso in termini di igiene a letto, molto comodo, un nuovo edificio, ciò che Dio vuole, un amichevole, molto creativo, cooperativo, vicino ai ristoranti e ai caffè.

L'hotel è perfettamente situato dal Miqat. Quindi è molto conveniente. Solo il problema è gli ascensori. È sempre occupato o fuori ordine. Dovremmo costantemente prendere le scale. L'hotel è anche in corso di riparazione e non è stato comunicato al check in che si stava letteralmente perforando davanti alla nostra porta. In generale l'hotel ha bisogno di un sacco di lavoro di manutenzione ma consigliere se si desidera essere vicini al Miqat.

I’m extremely disappointed with the way I was treated at this hotel. When I arrived, there was an issue confirming my booking — despite it being fully paid in advance. Instead of helping resolve the situation quickly or showing any sense of urgency, the staff made me wait at the front desk for over two hours with no clear communication or real attempt to assist. They simply kept saying there was nothing they could do, passing the responsibility without taking any initiative. No empathy, no apology, and no basic customer service. After a long day of travel, this was the last thing I needed. This experience was frustrating, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. I expected much better from a hotel of this standard.
