初めてのフロリダディズニーワールドで、こちらに宿泊させていただきました。送迎トラブルで夜中というか明け方に到着しましたが、スムースにチェックインできました、 こちらはディズニーワールドやユニバまで無料のシャトルバスが出ています。私はディズニーワールド４パークを1日ずつ行こうと思っていたので、こちらに5泊しました。 時間的に8時40分発のハリウッドスタジオ行きが便利だったので、毎日この便を予約。ロビーに受付のデスクがありますので、そちらで携帯の翻訳を使って、予約しました。デスクの方がいる時といない時があったので、朝7時半くらいに朝食をとる前後にデスクを見たら担当者がいたので，その時間を使って利用しました。部屋番号、名前等をメモに書いてと言われるので、記入して渡すと、そこから予約して、受付レシートをくださいます。そのレシートをシャトルバスの運転手に渡して乗車しました。ハリウッドスタジオからアニマルキングダム、エプコット、マジックキングダムまでもスカイライナーやバスで移動できるので、便利です。パークホッパーチケット利用していたので、マジックキングダムとアニマルキングダムへのバスが10時以降しか出ていないので、毎回１時間だけハリウッドスタジオで遊んでから移動していました。 帰りはエプコットから、21時半にホテルまでのバスが来るので、それを利用。 朝食はあまり期待できないですが、無料で食べられるので、毎朝いただきました。スクランブルエッグやオムレツ、ソーセージ、パン、シリアル、ヨーグルトなど。種類はあまり多くありません。ドリンクはアップル、オレンジ、水、何だっけ？グレープフルーツなど。 受付カウンター横には簡易的な売店もあります。水が800円弱で驚きましたが、物価が高いからしょうがないですよね・・・ ホテルの方々も親切でした。 ベッドが凄く寝心地よくて最高でした！お風呂も湯船がついているので、ゆっくりできて、よかったです！シャワーは固定されてて、動かないタイプですが、お湯はきちんと出ました。部屋も広くて過ごしやすかったです！

Il Rocketstay è terribile. Dolore da usare, lento, delicato, verificare in straordinariamente tardi, in modo che possano caricare extra per controllare in anticipo, verificare estremamente presto. Questo posto è stato annunciato a $130/night, e alla fine delle tasse di rocketstay è stato $200/night. Non vale la pena.

Mi è piaciuto il mio soggiorno a Tru da Hilton nel centro di Fort Lauderdale. La posizione era grande. Centro, facile accesso a tutti i luoghi, senza sentirsi come se fossi in mezzo a una città occupata. Il personale era molto caldo e accogliente. In ogni caso, la vibe del luogo è molto simile a un dormitorio universitario o campeggio estiva per adulti. Sicuramente mi sarebbe rimasto qui. Il colazione gratuita ogni mattina era anche un'aggiunta molto bella.

Firstly SUPER CLEAN! Inside AND Outside. CLEEEAN! Usually I hate hotels with carpet, but it was so clean I genuinely felt comfortable taking my socks off!!! And after one full night of walking basically barefoot through the room the bottom of my feet were clean!!!!! And the beds are SO COMFORTABLE!!!! I really only have two negative things to say which I will stay below. The Front Desk lady at first Kind of acted as if I was slightly bothersome, Which rubbed Me the wrong way at first especially after she informed me that there was a $50 deposit which was not told to me earlier over the phone or before purchasing a room or after. And at first she was uncaring. But they were busy, I have a job as well and sometimes I can be slightly shorter with some customers, it's never anything personal, we're human, but at the end of it she actually made an exception to the deposit because I was not informed. Which totally made up what I felt at first. She actually turned out to be very kind and caring. so this negative one actually wasn't that negative.. lol Now .. the breakfast 😂. PITIFUL!!! It's not nasty. Or gross.. it's just, bleh.. beagles. Bread. Maybe ONE hot dish if your lucky. Only decent thing is One Waffles maker for a HUGE hotel. Which most hotels That serve breakfast. So again it's not bad, just nothing special.. one could even say subpar, I mean the Comfort suites which is right across the street which is much cheaper has two times better breakfast.. but nothing compares to the Home2 rooms. The rooms make up for the lousy breakfast. The bathrooms!! Have FULL bottles of really good conditioner, shampoo on my antibody wash as well as hand soap and lotion. The Smart Tvs are AWESOME! Incredibly high definition and pretty big!! And the walls are pretty thick and soundproof, you might hear a door open or close next to you once in awhile but you don't really hear people talking or any noises from your neighbor other than the occasional door shutting or opening. And I just have to speak on the breakfast part one more time, their breakfast bar the way it's set up you would think it was going to be so extravagant. When it's worse than. Comfort suites and comfort suites set. Is ... Let's just say not humbled, lol. It definitely less extravagant come up with the breakfast is decent, I have at least two to three hot items. Fix your breakfast and I'll give you five stars all day on everything!!! Oh yeah they also have a gym, as well as fire pits outside which is pretty cool!! And my room, which was the king sweet came with a full size couch, ottoman and what looks like a half kitchen basically with a dishwasher and full sink and even dishes!!

We were a family of 5: 2 adults 3 teens booked for 2 nights. We got to the hotel late, 10:30 pm, the check in line was long so check in was around 11. We booked and received a suite, 3 queen bed, 1 bathroom, pool view. The room was cute and generally clean with the exception of some liquid splatters on the walls here and there. A key had been provided for each person in our group for the free hour entry into the parks however we learned that you also have to use the card key to turn on the lights in the room. There either wasn’t a fan in the bathroom or it wasn’t working and though there were plenty of towels there were only 4 washcloths (original booking was for 6 individuals). We parked our rental in the parking garage and though it wasn’t terrible, it is a bit of a walk to the elevators. If you don’t want to go off site for food the food there was okay (at least during dinner time, don’t know what they served for lunch/breakfast) and honestly reasonable priced with a range number of options. But there are plenty of options in the surrounding area. Any beverages and snacks of course are higher in price. The buses to the park were clean with ride being 5-10 minutes and we never really had to wait coming and going from the park. They cleaned the room when we went to the park however again didn’t provide enough washcloths. I called front desk about it however had to end up hunting down house keeping about an hour later to get one and even that was almost not successful. Overall the stay was okay and I guess you can expect to feel safe as I was told by my husband that a female security guard followed him to our room after he asked for directions. But again everything was good until we got home and realized our personal keys that we kept in the middle console of the rental and had both our home and car keys on had been stolen. Security did claim to check the room we had checked out of with of course no success and then afterwards it took some time for them to truly understand the situation, after being placed on hold a couple of times and then transferred to I’m assuming their supervisor who at first sounded irritated I was then told that there are no cameras in the parking garage. They did take down my contact information and description of the keys but also indicated that having “over 8,000 visitors” at the hotel a day that it may take some time to know if the keys are ever found. So in other words don’t leave ANYTHING important in your vehicle.

Pulizia molto nuova e moderna come un stile Marriott. Ma non mi piaceva che volessero che pagassimo una tassa di parcheggio di $20-25! Così cattiva e ridicola politica dell'hotel! Altri hotel non prevedono il parcheggio!!!! E il loro colazione era orribile! Solo 3-4 gentilmente! E non c'era nessuno che sostituiva il cibo!! E' stata una terribile esperienza.

Really nice pool area and the little Starbucks inside is really cool. Breakfast buffet dining does not have enough wait staff. The servers were very friendly but very overworked. Think hard about hiring more servers

Arrivato e il frigorifero non funzionava, così come il telecomando della tv. È arrivata la manutenzione, il frigorifero era spento e il telecomando aveva bisogno di batterie. Fatto. Poi sono andato a lavarmi i denti e l'acqua perdeva nell'armadietto. Ho chiamato di nuovo la manutenzione e mi hanno detto che avrebbero riparato il giorno dopo. Sono andato a prendere la navetta per Universal. L'autobus era in ritardo e puzzava di gas. Ci hanno anche prelevato tardi. La colazione era molto semplice e niente di eccezionale. L'impiegato alla reception era molto silenzioso e scortese. Tutto sommato non lo consiglierei, ma la posizione era buona.

Il Ponce è un hotel più vecchio con molta fascino e carattere, che è quello che stavo cercando. E 'stato ben mantenuto e aggiornato. Il personale era molto accogliente e accogliente. La camera era tranquilla, pulita e confortevole.Il letto era estremamente confortevole. La Ponce è a 15 minuti a piedi o a breve distanza dal sito storico di St. Augustine. Negozi, ristoranti, salone e spa sono a pochi minuti. Il Ponce è sull'acqua, e anche se il ristorante non fa fronte all'acqua, la vista è bella. Il ristorante dell'hotel, il DeLeon, è un ristorante colombiano. Il cibo era delizioso e autentico! Non posso aspettare di mangiare di nuovo. Ho dato al Ponce Hotel un rating di A+++++. Devo anche ricordare che ho lasciato un paio di orecchini di diamante nella mia stanza, e entro un'ora di check-out, Negar, il ricevitore del desktop dell'hotel, mi ha chiamato per farmi sapere, e i miei orecchini sono inviati a me. Questa onesta e straordinaria strada è stata raramente vista oggi, e sono stato estremamente impressionato e grato.
