The hotel is great. Nothing to complain about. If Radisson is a bit too pricey for you , this is a great alternative for premium hotel. Everything is upto par for a 4/5 star hotel service.
If you do decide to dine in hotel, be ready to pay an extremely high price.
A simple salad will set you back more than $10 with tax and service charge. Went to the hotel bar and a single shot of whiskey cost around $9. Even more expensive than in the US lol.

It’s right in front of the dolphin more(junction) which is the main point of busses from dhaka stops in cox’s bazar. Even though u have to walk 100m to access beach the great amenities and room would make up for it. A rooftop pool with a 360 degrees view of the sea and town. One of the best things about my stay is having a full English buffet breakfast. Can recommend for anyone.

Il soggiorno presso Royal Pearl Suites è stato davvero una piacevole esperienza! 🏖️ L'hotel offre camere spaziose e ben decorate con moderne strutture, rendendole perfette per relax e comfort. Il personale era estremamente amichevole e attento, sempre pronto ad aiutare con un sorriso. 💙
La posizione è eccellente, solo a pochi passi dalla spiaggia, ma tranquilla abbastanza per godere di un soggiorno tranquillo. 🌊 La vista sul tetto era stupenda, soprattutto durante il giardino. 🌅
In generale, un posto meraviglioso per soggiornare in Cox’s Bazar se stai cercando comfort, ospitezza e un toccamento di lusso. Molto raccomandato! 🌟

Apart from front desk receptionist who never smiled, greeted or said anything that might make travellers/ customers feel welcome, other staff were helpful and friendly. However, as the first person travellers encounter and deal with inside the hotel, after helpful bellboy taking our cases as we approached the front door, and doorman greeting us, this young lady could use a’refresher’ in PR / customer service and basic politeness!
The hotel was renovated in 2023 but the carpet in our room could use a thorough steam cleaning, in fact the attractive decor and overall impression are undercut by a badly stained carpet, something vacuuming cannot remedy.
Both my husband and I found the mattress uncomfortable- we like firm but this was hard - ‘like a board! I noted, and did not sleep well, turning frequently from one side to another. Had we stayed longer than two days, we would have asked to move rooms or have a ‘topper’ added.
There were several good restaurants in the neighbourhood as well as a buzzy night market. Centrally located, we were able to access tourist sites easily by tuk tuk.

Abbiamo avuto un ottimo soggiorno nel Sayeman Beach Resort a Bazar, a Cox’s Bazar.
Le camere erano pulite, spaziose e molto confortevoli, con belle viste che rendevano il nostro soggiorno ancora più rilassante.
L'accesso alla spiaggia era perfetto, e l'atmosfera generale del resort era tranquillo e familiare. Ci piaceva anche il cibo, c'era una buona varietà, e tutto quello che abbiamo provato era fresco e delizioso.
Viaggiare con un gruppo più grande può essere a volte difficile, ma il resort ha gestito tutto molto bene, rendendo le nostre vacanze stress-free e memorabili.
In generale, è stata una splendida esperienza, e sicuramente consigliamo questo resort a chiunque visiti il Bazar di Cox, soprattutto le famiglie.

Quite a nice hotel that just needs better linen as you can clearly see some wear and tear on the blanket and the sheets. Reception felt a bit overwhelmed especially during check in and check out hours. Housekeeping and security staff, however, are so friendly, always greeting, smiling, and being proactive. The rooftop restaurant is also quite pleasant.

Из минусов: плохой и медленный сервис, не работал бассейн, завтрака в виде буфета, который заявлен, а вместо этого подают по меню: омлет, 1 сосиску, помидор и хлеб… Очень все слабо для пятизвездочного отеля. Вида в номере нет, он угловой и смотрит во внутреннюю территорию.
