So lovely! I stayed in a king junior suite which was great value for money. My room was spotless, it was such a treat to use the free toiletries, wear the robe and slippers, use the coffee machine and variety of coffees, sleep in the huge comfy bed and watch my Netflix. The restaurant has huge windows perfect for watching the sunset and the variety and quality of food was brilliant. I also loved the pool with fresh towels on the sun beds and waterfall feature. The best thing about it though was the lovely staff who couldn’t be more helpful. Only downside is it’s such a busy location, I didn’t venture out much I preferred the peace of the hotel. It’s not far from the airport though and the receptionist booked my taxi for me. I am definitely staying here next time I visit :)

Quindi, io e mio marito siamo andati a Medan recentemente e hanno deciso di rimanere in questo hotel per 2 giorni. Direi che non è un piacevole soggiorno. C'era questo odore di meraviglia al corridoio e nella stanza. L'edificio non è ben mantenuto, possiamo dire. C'è cricket nella stanza. *Ho paura del mio ****. Anche dall'inizio, il condotto d'aria è abbastanza freddo e c'è un rumore così strano se riduciamo la temperatura, bt abbiamo detto che già al suo massimo freddo e il rumore si spegnerà in un po'. Hahaha. Come previsto, il cond d'aria ws nt funziona in mezzo alla notte. Hmmmm ... abbiamo deciso di trasferirci in un altro hotel il giorno successivo. Quindi, per favore mantenete il vostro hotel, ragazzi.🙏 🙏 🙏

Great hotel to stay. Although abit old but it’s well maintained. The hotel is above a vacant shopping mall. Sitting at level 9 to 11 of the vacant mall. The breakfast have a lot of variety.

This is our first experience where we stayed at a hotel and we are not allowed to have an extra towels 🙈. We booked a family room, and it’s only had 4 towels while we ate a party of 6 included 2 little babies and 1 9 years old boy. So I called and asked if it’s possible to have 2 extra towels or at least 1 towels and the answer is a firm no with the explaining of the hotel SOP. I don’t even bother to argue cause I think it’s just senseless. I tried to explained that we are a party of 6 and we have only 4 towels inside the rooms. But that’s the hotel standard and nothing they can do 🤦🏻♀️ It was my mom’s birthday so we have a cake ready and would like to surprise her on the early morning, however we forgot to bring the lighter. So I rang the operator and asked if they have any hotels matches, I also explained our situation why we need the matches on that time. But they simply said no. And then, I asked him if it’s possible to borrow one from the HK staff whoever are on duty on that day just to light the candle and return it right away.. but the operator said the only person that he knows smoking and have a lighter is off that day.  What a service!!!! 🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️😭😭😭

Location is great for me in that its only 7 mins by car to the airport. Medan downtown is about 30 minutes away through challenging traffic. The service staff were excellent all round. Amenities, rooms and public areas were clean. The swimming pool water did look a bit cloudy although the bottom of the pool is visible from overhead. I did not swim though. Complimentary tea bags should include English breakfast or black tea. Small niggle but it takes on greater significance if you stay in the area long enough to miss strong tea because almost all restaurants serves very weak tea. Breakfast offering especially the local cuisines could be better - at least for me. The tea was really weak ( read above); there was only one choice of plain white sandwich loaf. No butter, although vegetable oil-based margarine was offerred. The danish pastry were stiff and cloy but I guess I need to manage my expectations as this cuisine is not indigeneous. But if a simple improvement could be done, I believe this hotel will draw more satisfaction from (foreign) guests. Good work!

Overall service standards were impressive especially f&b staff Ivana and her team at breakfast cafe. Buffet breakfast was fabulous and value for money. On my day of check out there were multiple power cuts and house keeping and other guest floor service staff and even guest never cease to slam room door on entry or exiting. Overall house keeping and other service staff efficiency commendable including concierge who were very willing in their service. I will surly stay there on my next trip. Ivana showed exemplary leadership qualities and very hands on type of a person.

Un buon appartamento, un appartamento relativamente economico, grande appartamento, buon letto, balcone, grande soggiorno. Situato in una buona zona, vicino a molte utili, da ATM, mole, ristoranti e negozi alimentari. La zona è sicura, moderna, illuminata. Nella ricetta, il personale responsabile ha aiutato da taxi a oz. Toba, anche se è stato possibile utilizzare l'app Bluebird (Grab rifiutato di essere fortunato). Il fumo è come se fosse impossibile, anche sul balcone, ma se si vuole forte, è possibile :)) L'unico difetto è il cattivo isolamento sonoro con la strada, talvolta i cavalieri notturni impediscono il sonno.

Grand Sakura 4*L'hotel si trova a buon mercato vicino alla Stazione Medan Centerpoint e alla stazione ferroviaria. I servizi sono eccellenti come 2 ristoranti, un contatore di prenotazione, un contatore di tempo, 2 ascensori e un team di amici concierge vestiti in uniforme Batik indonesiano. Prova il tè con zucchero dopo un pasto speziato per rimettere il palazzo.La camera standard decente viene con frigorifero, sicurezza, ecc. Tuttavia, un WIFI non collegato come risultato ho dovuto utilizzare il mio punto di calore mobile 4G per il mio portatile e i punti di socket di potenza sono pochi. Vicino a un punto di un'uscita di cibo ricco e delizioso (KUPI) che corre da BAI Train dove si può provare cibo indonesiano, DimSum e Western. Fai il pagamento degli ordini al conto centrale prima di procedere per informare gli stall. Io l'ho fatto con Google Translate App. (Eng to Indo) Le foto mostrano anche il mio drink e biscotti preferiti in camera disponibile al supermercato Medan.

FRONTDESK: Sono persone assolutamente grandi, dall'inizio al momento di un check-out - il livello di servizio non è dove incomparabile con nessuno degli hotel che ho soggiornato in Malaysia, Singapore, Filippine, Vietnam o Thailandia. La maggior parte dei viaggi in questi paesi tende a adorare occidentali, ma in Indonesia tutti sono trattati come ospiti. L'unico problema che ho avuto con questo hotel è stato la stanza - era dim, nessun punto di accesso o USB per collegare il mio laptop e di lavorare i gadget o confortevole sedia o tavolo da lavoro - era un viaggio d'affari e ha bisogno di un forte WiFi anche. (Solo la mia stanza, non posso parlare per il resto) - ma quando il mio conducente ha scelto il mio aeroporto - mi ha chiesto perché ho scelto di rimanere a Grand Inn?? Il posto ha bisogno di un grande aggiornamento e riparazione. La posizione è ideale per essere nel centro della città, bellissime cibo intorno, ma la stanza non è così grande. Il cibo è comunque grande.
