Buono: personale poliziotto, camere pulite e spaziose Può essere migliorato: il buffet del colazione era freddo invece di caldo o caldo, sp le zuppe (sappy e dolce), senza somma di dim e noodles di zuppa (come Soto mee, bakso mee, ecc).

Il prezzo della stanza era molto ragionevole. Anche se la piccola selezione, tutto era delizioso. Poiché abbiamo dovuto controllare e lasciare l'aeroporto prima delle 7:00, il personale ha provato a invitarci a prendere il nostro colazione a 6.15am quando presumibilmente il buffet inizia solo a 6.30am. The newest hotel in Medan city. Beautiful facade and lobby with a small gym and swimming pool on level 2. We had a peaceful night sleep on level 6. Didn’t hear any loud music from the 16th floor of bar/disco. The only sound we heard is the occasional train that passes on the tracks which was nice to watch. Welcome drink was appreciated on arrival. The breakfast buffet spread was lovely and extensive. It’s really walking distance to Delipark Mall. Will be back again. Our Deluxe King room was alright but we found it weird when there is a notice to inform us not to flush toilet paper in the WC so had to use the bidet.

I used to stay in this hotel chain but eslewhere in Indonesia. The room decor is the same since many years back, already dated. In terms of room amenity supply it doesn’t fit for 5-star rating anymore. One thing I really like is the staff attentiveness and enthusiasm. Breafast is sumptuous.

I really appreciated the beautiful hotel corridors — has different wallpaper colors and soft carpets, which create a pleasant and inviting atmosphere. However, the room itself could use some upgrades. The furniture, especially the wardrobe, felt damp and outdated. The mattress was saggy and uncomfortable, and the standing shower flooded easily during use. It would also be helpful to have a proper dressing table or at least a magnifying mirror in the bathroom. The lighting in the room was too dim for makeup or grooming. Overall, it’s a convenient and welcoming place to stay, but a few updates in the rooms would greatly enhance the experience.

Non c'è nessun minimo... nessuna piscina... l'edificio ha solo un ascensore... il livello è sceso drasticamente... Poi la casa che si occupa di cercare di entrare nella nostra stanza, anche se gli abbiamo detto quando la camera ha bisogno di custodia li aggiorna. Abbiamo sentito un'inquietudine fuori e abbiamo informato il dipartimento di fronte... dopo mezz'ora nessuno è ancora venuto a guardarla... cosa è successo c'è un assassino là fuori? Rimanete a vostro rischio...

We do staycation here for celebrating Our WEDDING ANNIVERSARY.. Check in and check out ontime. Facilities are Good. Breakfast food really great and yummy. The personil are also nice services. Thanks a lot. Just a litte noted for miss welcoming cake. Nope.

I servizi sono molto buoni. Il personale è molto utile e gentile. Il ristorante è molto pulito con vari cibi e frutta. Le camere sono pulite e tedesche con buon condotto d'aria in camera. La lavastoviglie sono pulite con bastone con acqua calda e fredda per la doccia..

The Deluxe twin bed room that I got was not the same as the pictures on Trip.com. The pillow cover and the towels looked like they have been used for many years. The room is definitely not typical for 4-star hotel. The included breakfast was good. I just wished that the photos are of actual room so I could have made an informed decision.
