Hotel a 5 stelle in Egeo Meridionale, Grecia

酒店沒有如期安排我本來預訂的房間，給予我便宜一個級別的房間，是我自己發現後，酒店才告知我本來預訂的房間有設備損壞了，並安排差額退款，這還好吧。 被安排了較細小的房間，但空間還充足，唯閣樓房間必須要彎腰進出洗手間（本人153cm高）。 房間最大的問題是淋浴的水力很弱，且要等數分鐘水温才變得温暖可淋浴，不知道是否在Fira 的所有酒店都是這樣。 房間算很清潔，但有少量螞蟻（兩天期間，在洗手間見過3-5隻、在樓下層有8-10隻）不知在哪裡來。 酒店位置：車輛未能到達酒店門口，距離最近下車點大約5-8分鐘步程，不遠，但有很多凸凹不平的樓梯級或石路，所以如果拉行李，建議減少行李吧。相信大部分位於這裡的美景酒店也如是。 酒店包早餐，算很豐富，不錯。

In general happy with our stay at Amoh, and there’s plenty of things to be positive of moving forwards for the hotel. That being said there are a few things to improve on, and some of them are a necessity considering the price paid and the standard they are looking to achieve. Positives: - Location is stunning with the typical crystal clear seas and good beaches. - Hotel is well equipped with good restaurants. - The rooms were modern and comfortable, with all necessary amenities provided. - Pool was excellent, and the loungers very comfortable. - Breakfast was superb. - Some of the service was very good, some awful (see below). Shout outs to the good ones - the entire staff at the seafood restaurant, Matvey at the beach bar and Thanos. Things to work on: - Service definitely needs some improvement considering the price paid. Upon check in no one thought to show us around to where the beaches are or the different restaurants etc. - No information was given regarding services offered by the hotel outside of the spa. For instance boat rides or services to the centre etc. There’s a tennis court but I was not told when or how to request usage. - In fact no one really told us anything. We had to constantly ask for information and even then it was often vague. At the start of our stay we asked about the WiFi and a member of staff replied that they “weren’t trained for that” (what does that even mean). - No help was offered with luggage from check-in. We only had small bags but the help is usually offered at other hotels. - Towels really should just be put rolled up on each sunbed in the morning, to prevent guests having to manually search for them. - The restaurants whilst delicious are shockingly expensive. Over €25 for a Greek salad is ridiculous, and the cheapest sushi I believe was around €20 for 8 pieces. I’ve genuinely paid less at michelin restaurants in London. - There need to be taps and showers near the beaches to guests can wash the sand off themselves before entering the hotel again.

Staying at this hotel was part of our trip to Greece, my gift to my wife on our wedding anniversary - 3 days in Athens, then 3 days in Santorini. Next time I would cancel any stay at Athens and spend more time here, at this wonderful island of peace and beauty. The hotel is located in the village of Imerovigli, sitting in between of Oia and the island capital, Fira, both within walking distance (hiking routes) or via shuttle bus (Eur 2 per person). The hotel is only 20-30 min from airport, the hotel admins were very helpful in obtaining visas for us, contacting us before our trip and offering a private airport shuttle at the same price as you could contract from airport (euro 70 round). Views from hotel are just spectacular, you see the same beauty of white houses camped vertically, on top of each other on black rocks, famous Santorini caldera. From hotel you get perfect sunset views, sitting at the restaurant. We stayed at room delta, a nice cave room with private heating pool with whirlpool (jacoozi). No complaints on amenities, everything was just wonderful and perfect. Breakfast is served with what would you select a day before from a nice menu. We also had over dinner at the restaurant, which was great. Nearby you can find also great restaurants, for steak or fish or anything else. We booked on the last week before the closure of the hotel at the end of season, October. Evenings and morning were a bit chilly, but days were just great, exact temperature, not hot , not cold. Only once briefly there was a rain for about 30 min or so while we were walking at Oia. So October is great, less crowdy, you can take sunset photos without elbowing other people. Definitely will book it for our next trip to this fabulous island of Santorini (perhaps together with some other island, Mykonos for instance).

L'hotel è una grande esperienza e il personale è molto amichevole. L'unica parte negativa è al bar, sono molto lenti.

Ho prenotato l'Acroterra Rosa Luxury Suites meno di 24 ore prima del check-in e, dal momento del mio arrivo, l'ospitalità è stata eccezionale. Ogni singolo membro dello staff, dai manager al team, ha fatto di tutto per rendere il mio soggiorno indimenticabile. Siccome stavo festeggiando il mio 30° compleanno e viaggiavo da sola, l'ho menzionato durante il mio soggiorno. Con mia sorpresa, mi hanno fatto un upgrade a una splendida suite con vasca idromassaggio privata con vista sulla piscina e sulla mozzafiato caldera. Mi hanno anche accolto con grandi bottiglie d'acqua e una bottiglia di vino bianco, un gesto così premuroso. Ho cenato in hotel la prima sera e il cibo era assolutamente delizioso: fresco, saporito e perfettamente condito. Il giorno seguente, il team ha persino organizzato un massaggio gratuito utilizzando prodotti di alta qualità, che è stato incredibilmente rilassante e mi ha fatto sentire davvero coccolata. Avevo anche bisogno di un late check-out e mi hanno gentilmente permesso di rimanere in camera fino alle 13:00 senza costi aggiuntivi, cosa che ho davvero apprezzato. Anche se l'hotel non si trova a Oia o a Fira, è perfettamente posizionato con viste mozzafiato verso entrambe, offrendo un rifugio tranquillo lontano dalla folla pur essendo a breve distanza in auto dalle principali attrazioni dell'isola. La colazione ogni mattina era deliziosa, con un'ottima selezione che includeva frutta fresca e yogurt e splendide viste per iniziare la giornata. Questa è stata la mia prima volta a Santorini e, grazie in gran parte all'Acroterra Rosa Luxury Suites, di certo non sarà l'ultima. Non posso raccomandare questo hotel abbastanza e tornerò sicuramente. Grazie per aver reso il mio compleanno così speciale!

Un ottimo soggiorno presso Ammades All Suites. Pulizia, moderna e con un ottimo servizio. Pros: - Le suite sono moderne e ben attrezzate, con tutto quello che ci serve. - La custodia era molto buona, arrivando due volte al giorno senza fallimento e assicurandoci di avere tutto, compresi i tovaglioli di spiaggia. - La piscina e il servizio erano fantastici. Il pulsante per ordinare funziona bene, e le camere sono molto comode. - L'accesso alla spiaggia è molto buono; consigliamo di andare in acqua un po' a destra della proprietà per un'esperienza più sabbiosa - il mare direttamente davanti alla proprietà è piuttosto roccioso. - I prezzi sono molto equi, abbiamo pagato il doppio per quasi tutto il nostro soggiorno precedente a Amoh, e qui era molto più ragionevole. Queste cose da lavorare su: - Le camere da letto disponibili per gli ospiti dell'hotel non sono quasi come quelle della piscina. - È vero che la colazione, pur solida, non è niente di speciale; le opzioni a la carta sono ragionevoli, ma niente mi ha davvero sbucato fuori dall’acqua in termini di gusto, e il buffet era relativamente limitato. - Anche il cibo del Ristorante Ammades Seaside è buono ma non eccellente. Il pesce chiaramente non era fresco, e c'è una mancanza di cibo locale che avremmo amato. - Il ristorante/bar spiaggia si chiude alle 18:00, il che significa che le opzioni per un drink al sole sono molto limitate, che è vergognoso. Se volete vivere una sorta di vita notturna, tornate pure, ma state pronti a andare in città.

The location is amazing, in a quiet corner of Vlycha beach, where it feels calmer and relaxing. It's also conveniently located at 10-min drive to Lindos town. The beach is just 3 mins away on foot. The hotel is very modern, has a new feel, very minimalistic which we like very much. This is an adult-only hotel which we prefer, so we really had more serene mood. Breakfast is fantastic, a lot of variety so we didn't get bored within the 5 days we were there. Dinner at one of the restaurants (Agistri) was great, the service was nice. The hotel also allowed us to check out late at 1pm (standard is 11am), which was nice because we booked a facial treatment at the spa at 1030am on day of check out because it was the only available one that morning. The shower was working perfectly, with a view of the pool and the sea. Our private pool was always clean and looks new. Housekeeping staff was also very friendly and did proper clean up. Opportunities to improve on: 1. The butler was not friendly at all, which is disappointing as he was the first person to greet guests at the lobby. We arrived at the front with our rental car, and he didn't even greet. He was quite aggressive when we asked where to park the car, and he simply pointed wherever vacant spot on the street we see. He was also responsible to walking us to our room with the luggage upon check in, and that was a few minutes of awkwardness too. 2. The check-in was a bit clumsy. Although the reception lady was really nice, he assisted us to check in via the hotel app (which we first had to download). That took some time when it was possible to simply check us in the normal way. I understand that the hotel wants to push the app to guests, but perhaps best to check in the normal way first THEN ask us to download the app afterwards. This way, it doesn't feel like: if we don't download the app, we cannot check in. Because in the end, we find the app helpful. We were in Lindos town one afternoon, and reserved our massage and dinner at the hotel via the app while there. 3. The room phone line did not function the whole time we were there. We reported it on day one, nothing happened. We had some questions that the app couldn't answer, and we always have to go to the reception to ask little questions, like how much the bottle of wine in the room costs, or if it's possible to do late check out. 4. One one night, we hang out at the pool bar and there was only one service staff. We had to wait for about half an hour to get our drinks, and he only passed by once to say it's coming though we can see the bar and no one is preparing anything. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much and the value for money is worth it. We will come back again and recommend.

Prima di andare, contattate l'hotel per posta, perché non possiamo entrare in WhatsApp, non hanno bisogno di una micromail.Quindi se c'è un problema di ingannevole, spedite un'e-mail all'hotel e rispondete presto. La casa su Santa Island è fondamentalmente hotel o popolo, e nessun taxi può raggiungere la porta.È meglio che l'hotel contatti l'aeroporto di trasporto, il prezzo è 40 euro (come se fosse una riunione di autunno) in modo che il conducente invierà qualcuno a contattare l'hotel. L'hotel è situato nel centro comparativo di Ferra. È molto vicino al business, alla stazione auto, è anche molto conveniente andare a Iya City. Arriva per mezz'ora di auto. Questa stanza ha una stanza da bagno ＋, quindi è ancora possibile vivere in tre posti.Il letto da divano è grande o grande, ma il corridoio diventa molto timido.L'intera stanza è più stretta, molte persone si sentono un po'smalto 😂😂 in modo specifico per vedere il video La colazione è molto ricca, uova, pane, piccolo hamburger, sandwich, ma non posso 🥐, frutta, formaggio, yogurt greco, salsa, acqua dolce, una sola persona, non può finire.L'accento è che il suo ristorante è in direzione del mare d'Aquila, di solito godere di colazione guardando la bellezza, senza 😊
