Hotel a 3 stelle in Tirolo, Austria

The location is very good, right in the old town, you can walk around every day. It's near the Marktplaz bus stop, making it convenient to take the bus to go sightseeing. The day I arrived at the hotel at 10:00, I was able to check in right away, but I got a room on the 1st floor, on the hotel parking lot side, which made it noisy and smelled of cigarettes all the time. I couldn't open the window, but luckily the hotel had air conditioning. Overall, I was impressed. The front desk staff provided very good service. If you stay at the hotel for 2 nights or more, you also get a welcome card.

Location is superb, just across the regional train station. Hotel is very basic in amenities, no flask in room, need to boil and get hot water at reception. Tea sachet is available at reception. Room is ok in size but not good for winter/cold weather as there is no separate heater in the bathroom.  Ok if you just stay for 1 night and move on.

Hotel in una posizione incantevole. La stazione ferroviaria di Hall in Tirol Thaur è a soli 5 minuti a piedi e la stazione di Innsbruck a 8 minuti. L'hotel era pulito e il servizio buono. L'unica cosa che potrebbe essere un po' più curato, come un bollitore per tè e caffè. Questo hotel è situato in una posizione incantevole, a soli 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria di Hall in Tirol Thaur e a soli 8 minuti di treno dalla stazione di Innsbruck. L'hotel era pulito e ben tenuto, con un servizio cordiale ed efficiente. L'unico piccolo inconveniente era la mancanza di alcuni servizi extra, come un bollitore per preparare tè o caffè in camera. C'erano anche alcuni ristoranti nelle vicinanze e un negozio di alimentari nello stesso edificio. Nel complesso, è stato un soggiorno piacevole e comodo.

The best thing of this hotel is location, not far from Innsbruck HBF (5 mins by walk or 1 bus station). You will see the big gate at inter-junction. And just 5 mins by walk to downtown and any tourist attractions. *****The most important thing is operation time of staff in only 7-11am and 3-7pm!!!! There are no any staffs with not operation time, so the door was lock. I had to walk back to train station for my luggage storage and pay more €20, tired and wasted the time. Please check your time to come for check-in at hotel***** The room is a bit tiny and loud from traffic outside and bell-ring from church. Staff were so nice and keen to help. Breakfast was very nice with variety of choices, such as; Cereal, Yogurt, Coffee, Cocoa, Tea, Milk, Bread, Ham, Cheese, Jam, etc. I love it!

Hotel piccolo, bello che è solo un breve autobus a piedi dalla zona principale. Se soggiorni due notti o più, puoi passare gratuitamente dall'hotel che copre tutti i trasporti locali. Hotel è bello, accogliente e pulito. Il personale dell'hotel è molto accogliente e amichevole. C'è una fattoria vicino alle mucche e c'è una macchina di vendita per distribuire latte. Portate la vostra bottiglia e monete. Molto consigliata!

Super facile per il check-in e anche il personale è stato molto gentile. Inizialmente avevamo una camera al piano superiore, ma ciò significava trascinare i bagagli su per le scale, quindi il personale ha preso l'iniziativa e ci ha offerto una camera al piano terra. Anche la colazione era buona e ci hanno lasciato depositare lì i bagagli dopo il check-out per un paio d'ore :)

The hotel location is the most convenient to Innsbruck train station. The room space is too small. In addition, there is no kettle provided. Hot water is requested at 13/F cafe bar. It was a little bit noise sound from train station. No coffee and tea bags is provided to customers stayed overnight at hotel. No mobility ticket is provided to customers not same as Salzburg. It is not enough socket points at the room. The shower screen window too short to prevent water coming out on the bathroom floor.

Beautiful and well designed apartment in a quiet and quaint neighbourhood. Loved the wonderful views of the forest and the sounds of nature and a little stream just outside the window. My main concern was the lack of air conditioning. It can get unbearably hot during summer during the day, and it's too hot to sleep at night without leaving the windows open. If you don't drive, reaching here is also quite a challenge as it's a 10-15 minute uphill walk from the nearest bus stops.

Pros: spacious, clean with reception opening hours well available. Tourist card provided after check in, have discount for taxi within area but need help from reception to speak German. Great breakfast spread from the restaurant provided. Cons: location quite far, would prefer to stay at main station for more transport availability. No kettle and AC, water is drinkable from tap.

Le materassi e i comfort dell'hotel sono così confortevoli e felici trovati questo alloggio vicino al fiume e facile da andare in città. Il bagno è stato condiviso con gli altri, ma c'è un sacco di WC e non c'è bisogno di cuocere. Il bagno e il bagno erano così puliti. Molti giochi per i miei figli per passare il loro tempo. Grande gemme questo posto con quel prezzo economico.
