Hotel a 3 stelle in Norðurland eystra, Islanda

We had an enjoyable 1 night stay in the newly renovated boutique wing, which we requested for. The hotel was in the midst of transformation so we expected hiccups but there were none. Our room was compact but newly furnished with a very comfy bed and stylish amenities like a large Samsung TV, coffee machine, Marshall speakers and L'Occitane toiletries. We were hoping for a city/fjord view instead of the hill fortifications out back. Still, we enjoyed the new hotel facade, plush lobby cocktail lounge vibes and ease of free parking out front. Breakfast requires one to walk out to the next building annex but the hall had roomy seating and plenty of options for a nice Scandi breakfast. The airport is a 5-min drive away, the city centre and waterfront all 5 minutes away on foot. A nicely updated base for Akureykri and North Iceland.

This hotel did a great job overall! The location is perfect — 5/5, couldn’t ask for better. Cleanliness, service, and facilities all scored 4/5, which means there's still a bit of room for improvement, but nothing major. It’s a solid choice for a family trip — comfortable, convenient, and reliable. A few more thoughtful touches would make it exceptional! 👍

Our lake-view ensuite mini-cabin was great for our 1 night stay at Myvatn, with sufficient parking space, clean geothermal shower and use of shared kitchen and lounge (even common BBQ grill) attached to our 4 mini-cabin cluster. We only wished there is a dustbin in our room (not just the toilet bin). Loved its quiet lakefront location with the Dimmuborgir lava fields and Hverfell crater just behind it. Continental breakfast spread was great with local specialities and waffles. Tip: Walk along the lake path outside the guesthouse at sunset. Myvatn nature baths are also less than 5-min drive away. There are plenty of midges in summer and while they were a minor bother and do not bite, just remember not to open the windows without the blinds in the warmer afternoons or evenings.

L'hotel non può essere tenuto responsabile per la stupidità umana e il comportamento antisociale come la scherzatura delle porte, il suono e il riso nei corridoi. Purtroppo, questo comportamento può accadere in qualsiasi momento e ovunque, ma una porta che si sbatte in blocco così forte ogni volta che tutti in hotel devono sentirlo e si è sempre sconvolto dal sonno è semplicemente inaccettabile. Infine, il gruppo di tour aveva finito la festa - grazie alla buona parte, e pensavi che la pace sarebbe tornata, il piccolo frigorifero all’interno della stanza ha iniziato. In generale, questo è stato purtroppo il peggiore e più nervoso alloggio del nostro tour 15-day Islanda finora. Non possiamo raccomandare questo appartamento, né ritorneremo.

A great stay in the farm house. We stayed there for two nights. It was only 5km away from husavik where we joined the whale watching tour. We had our breakfast at 8am and managed to arrive the whale watching centre at 9:05am. The view from the farm house was really nice (the sea and the snow mountains). Staff was nice. We could use the kitchen for lunch and dinner. They’ve got utensils and pots and bowls. And microwave and oven. Basically everything you need. The dog was cute. We also joined an icelandic horse riding session there. It was amazing. The girl was friendly,experienced and helpful. Breakfast was simple and the croissant was delicious. Room was much better then we expected. More and less like a hotel room. We enjoyed staying there very much.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at K16 Apartment in the heart of Akureyri, and I was thoroughly impressed. The location is fantastic, making it easy to explore the city. The apartment itself was spacious and cozy, providing a welcoming atmosphere. I appreciated the well-equipped kitchenette, which had a complete set of cooking tools, making it easy to prepare meals during my stay. The check-in process was hassle-free, using a convenient PIN system. Overall, K16 Apartment offered a comfortable and enjoyable experience, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Akureyri!

La stanza dell'hotel non è grande, specialmente per tre case. Il letto aperto del divano sarà più piccolo. Il letto del divano è molto comodo. L'hotel ha il proprio bar e ristorante. Il ristorante è aperto fino alle 8:30. L'hotel è vicino al ristorante fino alle 9:00. Il servizio della ricetta dell'hotel è buono. La ricetta può essere registrata se c'è luce estrema per svegliare il servizio di notte.Il frutto del pasto di uova semplice per la colazione è frutta e frutta.

Era frustrato e si sentiva tradito quando ho visto prenotazione per tutta l'estate un prezzo per notte di 250/330 € quando ho pagato quasi 400USD per ogni notte tramite prenotazione Perché ho prenotato qualche mese fa?Non ho mai avuto una differenza così È stato trip.com prendere un enorme margine? Per la prima volta che uso il viaggio, una vera e propria esperienza cattiva La struttura è bella, ma è vicina ad un ostello, bagni/stue da bagno, poche sedie per sedersi in cucina. Per questo prezzo è solo fuori campo

Ho avuto un ottimo soggiorno vicino a Goðafossjust a 2-minute passeggiata dalla caduta, che era assolutamente respiro. L’ospite era incredibilmente utile e gentile, andando fuori dal loro modo di controllare le previsioni meteo per noi e anche di farci sapere il momento migliore per vedere le Luci del Nord. La loro ospitezia rendeva il nostro viaggio ancora più memorabile. Molto raccomandato per chiunque cerca di esplorare questa parte magica dell'Islanda!

L'hotel è facile da trovare e si trova a pochi passi dalla città. È vicino al Jaja ding dong bar (fan del film Eurovision!) e si ottiene l'ingresso gratuito all'esposizione Eurovision lì se si mostra la prenotazione dell'hotel. La stanza era abbastanza spaziosa per 2, pulita e tutto quello che ci serve. La colazione era inclusa nella nostra prenotazione e aveva una distribuzione decente. Veramente facile da controllare e da controllare, quindi non ci sono denunce.
