Our stay was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The location is perfect, making it easy to explore everything Chester has to offer, and the hotel itself is both comfortable and welcoming. The room was spotlessly clean, well presented, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. What really stood out was the service, we found the staff to be incredibly friendly, attentive, and always happy to help, which made us feel genuinely valued as guests. The little touches throughout our stay made it extra special, and we left feeling refreshed and very well looked after. We would not hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Chester.

Excellent location and just one minute walk from the central city centre; fab room service even with a kitchen as a great surprise; very friendly staff. Toiletries are of high quality and from the White Company brand. Really comfortable shower. The only thing is parking seems quite expensive to be £15 a day offered by a 3rd party company only rather than the hotel. Will return again for sure

Per la prima volta, sono andato in questo hotel, mi sento bene, la stanza è comoda e il servizio è buono.Non c'è ascensore per la bellezza, portare il bagaglio al secondo piano è un po'divertente.

Hotel lovely , room was ok twin quiet small but adequate, nice walk in shower , breakfast was nice and hot good selection, really nice golf course which i Played photos attached

The hotel was spotlessly clean and in a great location. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The restaurant and food are outstanding!

I had a good stay with my girlfriend at The Tytherington. The only thing we were unhappy with was the food. It took about 1 hour to receive our food, and we were also told different information about the Kitchen closure time. Likely, we could give our order on time, but someone who was served after us was not able to. It seemed that on the day we visited, the kitchen staff was either short-staffed or had other issues. The staff behind the counter looked inexperienced, with only 1 or 2 who knew what to do, though they had too much to do already and couldn't assist. The view from their garden was great, over their golf pitch.

The hotel is definitely in the prime location of the town center with easy access to all the nice cafes and restaurants. Visited Warrington during the Creamfields weekend and therefore the hotel was more overpriced than usual. Clean towels were provided but there were no amenities such as the toothpaste or cotton pads so make sure you pack your own. No complimentary bottled water either, had to buy them from the restaurant downstairs. Good for short period of stay.

La prima stanza arrangiata nel 311, la copertina del sedile del bagno è rotta. E la prossima stanza era un cane che si è mantenuto a barca. Il personale della ricezione ha riarrangiato un'altra stanza per noi, il loro atteggiamento è davvero buono. Ma la stanza riarrangevole a 223 è nel seminterrato, la circolazione dell'aria non è davvero buona, puzza di forte odore di animali domestici nel corridoio.E vedo che il 3° piano di ascensore aveva un poo per cani. A dire il vero, hanno fatto una mostra di cane, ma non sono molto ben organizzati per evitare tutti gli svantaggi causati. Questo non è davvero giusto per i clienti che non si aspettano questi scenari.

The location of this hotel is great, very close to Chester and all the attractions around. In terms of the room, our room was very spacious and the bed was very big. However it was two singles joined together, so a gap between the two. This is probably where the good bits end. The size of the room and bathroom really was a positive though, especially travelling with a baby. We had to pay £5 to hire a travel cot and in the end we didn’t use it. The cot mattress appears to have never been replace and was very thin and lumpy, making it redundant. The wooden slates at the bottom of the crib could be felt very dominantly through what was left of the mattress, meaning our baby was waking up uncomfortable and we had to transfer him to the bed. In terms of things that could do with improvement: Cleanliness The room floor was very dirty and could have benefited from an additional vacuum. Initially I put this down to arriving on New Year’s Day and then having a lot of people check out that day, but the whole hotel appeared a little bit grubby on closer inspection. The spa pool was exceptionally dirty. The floor coming out of the changing room covered in hair and general dirt. The showers looked like they hadn’t had a good scrub in months, with yellow build up all over the floor and walls. Not what you expect from a spa! To top it off after swimming I have contracted the Norovirus. Service Our first encounter with the reception staff was great the lady very welcoming and friendly. We met the cleaner as well who was also lovely. The rest of the staff we encountered were not so great. Either rude or disinterested, I get that it might not be your dream job but service with a smile goes a long way. Facilities The hot water takes a while to come through at busier times, this is signposted in the room. However, the water does not get very water at all. It does come through at a pleasant temperature, but not great if you like a bath or shower on the warmer side. There are three times a day when you can go swimming with children. It would be great if these times were restricted to children/families only, as there were quite a few adults sitting around the poolside and in the hot tub. Breakfast was ok, but a lot of the time left uncovered. Overall not a great stay and would be unlikely to stay again.

Un punto di riferimento è che la zona di accoglienza è spesso circondata da ospiti, che è solo un'osservazione e non né positiva né negativa. I ricevitori fanno sempre il loro meglio e sono molto gentili e professionali. Tuttavia, la progettazione della stanza è un po' obsoleti.
