Hotel a 4 stelle in Cheshire, Regno Unito

Abbiamo bisogno solo due volte di servizio a casa, una volta per ottenere un buco di ghiaccio che è stato consegnato abbastanza rapidamente, ma la seconda volta per alcune tovaglie, perché la stanza non era stata costruita e abbiamo bisogno di tovaglie fresche per la doccia prima di andare a cena per 5.00pm è stato un disastro, Ho ordinato servizio in casa a circa 2.00pm e ho spiegato che mi servivano urgentemente. Allora dovevo andare a incontrare qualcuno che lasciava mia moglie nella stanza per fare un bagno. A 3.00pm Ho ordinato a mia moglie di essere detto che non erano state consegnate le tovaglie, al ritorno all'hotel sono andato alla ricezione e ho parlato con un gentiluomo lì e ha seguito le mie preoccupazioni e ha parlato con qualcuno sull'urgenza della situazione e poi ho parlato con noi camera. Era in quella fase circa 3.45pm e quindi abbiamo dovuto usare gli asciugamani usati che erano stati lasciati nel bagno per essere cambiati. Ero piuttosto disgustoso quando al 4.30pm gli asciugamani dove sono stati consegnati appena prima di dover andare al ristorante. Avrei pensato che la nostra richiesta di asciugamani avremmo dovuto essere ordinata e non prendere 2 1/2 ore per completare la richiesta che mi ha reso disgustosa nel modo in cui è stata gestita.

I had a good stay with my girlfriend at The Tytherington. The only thing we were unhappy with was the food. It took about 1 hour to receive our food, and we were also told different information about the Kitchen closure time. Likely, we could give our order on time, but someone who was served after us was not able to. It seemed that on the day we visited, the kitchen staff was either short-staffed or had other issues. The staff behind the counter looked inexperienced, with only 1 or 2 who knew what to do, though they had too much to do already and couldn't assist. The view from their garden was great, over their golf pitch.

Welcoming staff, comfortable bed and spacious room, excellent leisure and spa facilities including a relaxation suite which was true to its word, plus a jacuzzi cave, like something from Alice in Wonderland, topped with the hottest steam room ive been in for years. Pool long but jot that wide for serious swimmers.

I expected a more hospitable reception, especially given the hotel’s reputation. **Room Quality:** On a positive note, the room was clean and well-appointed, featuring a lovely spacious bathroom that included a plush robe and complimentary toiletries such as shampoo and soap. I appreciated the mini bar, which had complimentary water, adding a nice touch to my stay. **Room Service:** One downside was the room service hours, which ended at 10 PM. I arrived at 8:15 PM and was informed of this limitation, which felt a bit early for a hotel of this caliber. It would have been nice to have more flexible dining options during my stay. **Dining:** The hotel itself is stunning, and the grounds are a joy to explore. I had breakfast at the brasserie restaurant, where the attentive staff made a significant difference. The breakfast was wonderful, with a variety of delicious options that set a positive tone for my day. **Overall Impression:** While my stay had its ups and downs, the beautiful setting and the quality of the accommodations were highlights. I hope that the service experience can be improved for future guests, as that would truly elevate the stay. I would consider returning, especially for the lovely grounds and excellent breakfast, but I would hope for a more welcoming atmosphere next time.

Questa è la seconda volta che abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel, e la nostra scelta è dovuta principalmente alla sua comoda posizione e al buon colazione. È molto vicino all'aeroporto e molto tranquillo di notte, circondato da fattorie e prati. Il buffet non è un tipico, ma è un menu con una grande varietà di opzioni, tutte di buon gusto. La decorazione del ristorante è anche bella, e sarete più che soddisfatti delle porzioni. Il personale del ristorante è passionato, amichevole e utile. Un punto di riferimento è che la zona di accoglienza è spesso circondata da ospiti, che è solo un'osservazione e non né positiva né negativa. I ricevitori fanno sempre il loro meglio e sono molto gentili e professionali. Tuttavia, la progettazione della stanza è un po' obsoleti.

Was a fab stay from start to finish. Staff were very warm and welcoming , nothing was too much trouble. The bar and sitting area by reception is spacious. Rooms are roomy and very clean. Room are high quality and spa which you use with stay is Amazing. Was a lovely relaxing break and will definitely be staying again 🤗
