La posizione dell'hotel è eccellente vicino all'ospedale specialistico di King Faisal. Le camere erano spaziose e confortevoli, ma i mobili hanno bisogno di cambiare perché sono vecchi perché i vestiti della porta non si fermano e la scala è rotta.

Overall, everything was excellent. However, the staff handover/communication needs improvement. When I visited the fitness center at night, there was no staff member at the counter, and I waited over 10 minutes for a towel—even though I had already informed the fitness staff earlier that morning.

Arrived at the hotel late, i found my room ready! The room is clean, the staff are friendly and I loved the room design. Good choice for families.

Disappointing experience with serious service issues, partially salvaged by the duty manager. My stay at JW Marriott Riyadh started off very poorly. I arrived at 3 a.m., and check-in was disappointing — no welcome drink, no upgrade, and none of my pre-arrival requests were met. My room was small, not on a high floor, and the “genius suite” was misleading: the bathtub’s view is blocked by fixed blinds. On top of that, someone was smoking on a non-smoking floor, which made me feel unwell, and reception offered no real solution. Concierge service was equally frustrating. I had arranged a driver for a trip to the Edge of the World, but I received conflicting information and was quoted a price three times the market rate. When I raised the issue with the concierge, he promised to resolve it and never got back to me. Complaints at reception and with concierge went completely unaddressed, forcing me to escalate directly to the duty manager. Thankfully, the duty manager intervened and salvaged my stay — upgrading me to a penthouse suite for a few hours and offering a complimentary dinner. While his support was excellent, it shouldn’t have taken escalating multiple complaints to get any resolution. Overall, the hotel itself is luxurious, but inconsistent service at reception and concierge, misleading room descriptions, and poor handling of complaints make this a risky experience.

I stayed for two nights at Nova Rotana Hotel in Riyadh, and overall, it was an excellent experience. The King room was clean and comfortable. Reception staff were very professional and fast, and they kindly gave us the room earlier than the official check-in time. The location is outstanding — in the quiet and convenient Al Olaya area. Services like cleanliness, internet, and hospitality were excellent. Breakfast was good and standard. A couple of minor notes: the A/C was a bit loud even at the lowest fan setting, and the gym/spa/pool hours for women were limited (morning 8–10 AM, and evening 8–10 PM). A bit more flexibility would be appreciated. Overall, I highly recommend the hotel for its great value and prime location.

The hotel is great, loved the size of the room, amenities, cleanliness, and comfort is on point for the price. The reception and check in process is smooth, bilingual support can be an additional point but the communication is still 👌. The room service and house keeping is also great. However what can become a nuisance quite easily is that the hotel claims to have a parking but it stays full so you have to park around the hotel and it is a busy area hence it gets a bit difficult. Moreover, for now the paid parking meters are here but they are not charging yet, once they do .. it will be more difficult to park outside the premises of the hotel. The other downturn for me personally is the size of the commode in the bathroom. Room for improvement here as not only the commode sprays water everywhere while flushing but the bidet makes alot of noise. Over all, I may come back to the hotel for the peace And quiet in the room, lobbies, and the size of the room but the parking can be a down turn for me.

Review: 5-Star Comfort with a Small Location Caveat Overall Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently stayed at Centro Olaya Riyadh and had a wonderful experience. The hotel itself is impeccable—the rooms are modern, sleek, and exceptionally clean, offering a perfect urban retreat in the middle of a busy city. What I loved: Service: The staff were professional and went out of their way to ensure a smooth check-in and comfortable stay. Facilities: The rooftop pool and gym are highlights of the property, offering great views and a chance to relax. Vibe: It has a very chic, lifestyle-focused atmosphere that is perfect for both business travelers and couples. The only downside: The only thing to be aware of is that there aren’t many shops or convenience stores within immediate walking distance of the hotel entrance. If you need snacks, pharmacy items, or a quick retail fix, you’ll likely need to take a short Uber or drive to one of the nearby malls or commercial strips. Verdict: Despite the lack of immediate shops nearby, the quality of the hotel and the service make it a 5-star stay for me. I would definitely stay here again, just with a little more preparation for my personal supplies!

Avevo una grande soggiorno all'Hotel Joudyan in Al Olaya. L'hotel è bellissimo, e il personale della reception erano eccellenti e molto accoglienti. La stanza aveva tutto quello che avevo bisogno, non ti senti davvero come se manchi qualcosa. La posizione è perfetta, vicino alla maggior parte dei luoghi a Riyadh. Ci sono anche ristoranti all'hotel, insieme ad una palestra e una piscina, anche se non ho avuto la possibilità di provarli 😄 Molto consigliato!

Ottimo personale, molto amichevole, cortese e accogliente.Siamo arrivati ben prima dell’iscrizione, e la squadra ha organizzato una camera precoce, che è stato molto apprezzato. Non posso ringraziare il personale del check-in, il ristorante e il servizio in camera per l'ospitalità, la gentilezza e il rispetto. La stanza era grande, pulita e ben mantenuta, con un comodo letto re, un sacco di uscite di energia, un aria condizionata tranquilla ed efficiente, e buone strutture. Il buffet è stato molto buono, con varietà giornaliera, succhi freschi, una stazione omeletta cucinata per ordinare, una buona selezione di pane e un caffè decente. Situazione a 15-20 minuti da tutte le attrazioni e centri. Ubers e Bolt erano pronti a disposizione. Il ponte Sky era camminabile durante il freddo, ma sarebbe una sfida durante la stagione calda. Punto di sdoppio: • La camera premium si aspettava di essere in un piano superiore, ma la stanza si trovava di fronte alla linea di tetto senza vista. • La testa del doccia non si fermerebbe e si tenne in posizione. In generale, un piacevole soggiorno con un servizio eccellente, con solo questioni di piccolo livello.
