La posizione dell'hotel è eccellente vicino all'ospedale specialistico di King Faisal. Le camere erano spaziose e confortevoli, ma i mobili hanno bisogno di cambiare perché sono vecchi perché i vestiti della porta non si fermano e la scala è rotta.

In generale, tutto è stato eccellente, ma il personale deve essere migliorato. Quando ho visitato il centro fitness la notte, non c'era nessun membro del personale al conteggio, e ho aspettato più di 10 minuti per un asciugamano, anche se avevo già informato il personale fitness prima di quella mattina.

Disappointing experience with serious service issues, partially salvaged by the duty manager. My stay at JW Marriott Riyadh started off very poorly. I arrived at 3 a.m., and check-in was disappointing — no welcome drink, no upgrade, and none of my pre-arrival requests were met. My room was small, not on a high floor, and the “genius suite” was misleading: the bathtub’s view is blocked by fixed blinds. On top of that, someone was smoking on a non-smoking floor, which made me feel unwell, and reception offered no real solution. Concierge service was equally frustrating. I had arranged a driver for a trip to the Edge of the World, but I received conflicting information and was quoted a price three times the market rate. When I raised the issue with the concierge, he promised to resolve it and never got back to me. Complaints at reception and with concierge went completely unaddressed, forcing me to escalate directly to the duty manager. Thankfully, the duty manager intervened and salvaged my stay — upgrading me to a penthouse suite for a few hours and offering a complimentary dinner. While his support was excellent, it shouldn’t have taken escalating multiple complaints to get any resolution. Overall, the hotel itself is luxurious, but inconsistent service at reception and concierge, misleading room descriptions, and poor handling of complaints make this a risky experience.

La posizione dell'hotel è conveniente per chi vuole andare a fare shopping dal denaro sulla High Street e l'ospedale Habib. La stanza è elegantemente progettata e colorata comoda, così come parcheggio sotterraneo. Ci è piaciuto vivere in questo hotel .... Ma il volto perfetto di Dio nuotare, non abbiamo trovato la collaborazione del ricevitore quando siamo arrivati: un ritardo nella registrazione per spiegare le strutture dell'hotel ad un altro caricatore. E quando ci siamo registrati, non ha spiegato quello che ha detto all'altro caricatore, e quando sono arrivato all'età di 1:00, e non mi ha dato un ritardo il giorno successivo, e insisteva a ore 12 o segue la ricezione il giorno successivo, e il giorno successivo si estendeva a ore 1:00. 30 nell'atmosfera calda estiva senza un commento aggiuntivo ...... Per me, non voglio vivere qui di nuovo, perché l'inerzia è stata trattata meglio degli esseri umani.

The hotel is great, loved the size of the room, amenities, cleanliness, and comfort is on point for the price. The reception and check in process is smooth, bilingual support can be an additional point but the communication is still 👌. The room service and house keeping is also great. However what can become a nuisance quite easily is that the hotel claims to have a parking but it stays full so you have to park around the hotel and it is a busy area hence it gets a bit difficult. Moreover, for now the paid parking meters are here but they are not charging yet, once they do .. it will be more difficult to park outside the premises of the hotel. The other downturn for me personally is the size of the commode in the bathroom. Room for improvement here as not only the commode sprays water everywhere while flushing but the bidet makes alot of noise. Over all, I may come back to the hotel for the peace And quiet in the room, lobbies, and the size of the room but the parking can be a down turn for me.

Review: 5-Star Comfort with a Small Location Caveat Overall Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently stayed at Centro Olaya Riyadh and had a wonderful experience. The hotel itself is impeccable—the rooms are modern, sleek, and exceptionally clean, offering a perfect urban retreat in the middle of a busy city. What I loved: Service: The staff were professional and went out of their way to ensure a smooth check-in and comfortable stay. Facilities: The rooftop pool and gym are highlights of the property, offering great views and a chance to relax. Vibe: It has a very chic, lifestyle-focused atmosphere that is perfect for both business travelers and couples. The only downside: The only thing to be aware of is that there aren’t many shops or convenience stores within immediate walking distance of the hotel entrance. If you need snacks, pharmacy items, or a quick retail fix, you’ll likely need to take a short Uber or drive to one of the nearby malls or commercial strips. Verdict: Despite the lack of immediate shops nearby, the quality of the hotel and the service make it a 5-star stay for me. I would definitely stay here again, just with a little more preparation for my personal supplies!

La ricezione è eccellente, il personale è eccellente, il caffè sta facendo il pannolino di cucina e le mutandine ovunque stampate in abbigliamento, il che significa vapore, i bagni sono fumati, i mobili sono vecchi, e alcune cose sono pulite, la base è pulita, Il documento è lì. La prima cosa che ho cambiato era il divano e le tolette erano buie, il colore del consumo, l’incredibile che avevano tutto nel bagno, il nastro, il labbro, e dovevano pagare l’orecchio, perché erano disturbanti la strada.

Ottimo personale, molto amichevole, cortese e accogliente.Siamo arrivati ben prima dell’iscrizione, e la squadra ha organizzato una camera precoce, che è stato molto apprezzato. Non posso ringraziare il personale del check-in, il ristorante e il servizio in camera per l'ospitalità, la gentilezza e il rispetto. La stanza era grande, pulita e ben mantenuta, con un comodo letto re, un sacco di uscite di energia, un aria condizionata tranquilla ed efficiente, e buone strutture. Il buffet è stato molto buono, con varietà giornaliera, succhi freschi, una stazione omeletta cucinata per ordinare, una buona selezione di pane e un caffè decente. Situazione a 15-20 minuti da tutte le attrazioni e centri. Ubers e Bolt erano pronti a disposizione. Il ponte Sky era camminabile durante il freddo, ma sarebbe una sfida durante la stagione calda. Punto di sdoppio: • La camera premium si aspettava di essere in un piano superiore, ma la stanza si trovava di fronte alla linea di tetto senza vista. • La testa del doccia non si fermerebbe e si tenne in posizione. In generale, un piacevole soggiorno con un servizio eccellente, con solo questioni di piccolo livello.

Overall it was wonderful meeting people like Moataz Mersal - he was always very quick in welcoming my wife n I to the Nakheel restaurant. Great food great service - thumbs up! Then there was Raghad (guest services) who gave timely and sound advice to my wife regarding safety n metro directions to National Museum etc. Need to mention Montaser n Ahmed as well! Such attentive staff at the bar & gym! 👍 On the other hand, the housekeeping team needs re-training. Everyday (for four days three nights) they forgot to replenish items in the room! We had to keep calling them! 👎
