Hotel a 4 stelle in Provincia di Riyad, Arabia Saudita

Overall, everything was excellent. However, the staff handover/communication needs improvement. When I visited the fitness center at night, there was no staff member at the counter, and I waited over 10 minutes for a towel—even though I had already informed the fitness staff earlier that morning.

The hotel was clean and staff were very friendly but the room design was bad, a huge walkway took almost 1/3 the room size

Disappointing experience with serious service issues, partially salvaged by the duty manager. My stay at JW Marriott Riyadh started off very poorly. I arrived at 3 a.m., and check-in was disappointing — no welcome drink, no upgrade, and none of my pre-arrival requests were met. My room was small, not on a high floor, and the “genius suite” was misleading: the bathtub’s view is blocked by fixed blinds. On top of that, someone was smoking on a non-smoking floor, which made me feel unwell, and reception offered no real solution. Concierge service was equally frustrating. I had arranged a driver for a trip to the Edge of the World, but I received conflicting information and was quoted a price three times the market rate. When I raised the issue with the concierge, he promised to resolve it and never got back to me. Complaints at reception and with concierge went completely unaddressed, forcing me to escalate directly to the duty manager. Thankfully, the duty manager intervened and salvaged my stay — upgrading me to a penthouse suite for a few hours and offering a complimentary dinner. While his support was excellent, it shouldn’t have taken escalating multiple complaints to get any resolution. Overall, the hotel itself is luxurious, but inconsistent service at reception and concierge, misleading room descriptions, and poor handling of complaints make this a risky experience.

It was located in the mid city.So,expectation with traffic should be there. Luxurius design. Moderate service. We encounter with toilet flush mulfunctional multiple times and need to ask for maintanence to fix it. Other than that,the valet parking was available,for the guest to park their vehicle during the stay.

Recensione: 5-Star Comfort con una piccola caverna di posizione Rating globale: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Recentemente sono rimasto al Centro Olaya Riyadh e ho avuto una splendida esperienza.L'hotel stesso è impeccabile le camere sono moderne, elegante e eccezionalmente pulite, offrendo un perfetto rientro urbano nel centro di una città occupata. Quello che mi piaceva: Servizio: il personale era professionale e si è spostato per garantire un check-in e un soggiorno confortevole. Servizi: La piscina al tetto e la palestra sono i punti di vista della proprietà, offrendo una grande vista e una possibilità di rilassamento. Vibe: Ha un'atmosfera molto elegante e orientata al stile di vita che è perfetta per i viaggiatori e i coppie di affari. L'unica cosa da sapere è che non ci sono molti negozi o negozi di comodità a pochi passi dall'entrata dell'hotel. Se avete bisogno di snacks, prodotti farmaceutici, o una rapida riparazione al dettaglio, probabilmente avete bisogno di prendere un breve Uber o guidare a uno dei negozi o strisce commerciali vicini. Verdict: nonostante la mancanza di negozi immediati nelle vicinanze, la qualità dell'hotel e il servizio rendono un soggiorno per me 5-star. Sarei sicuramente rimasto qui, solo con un po' di preparazione per le mie forniture personali!

I would like to leave a special review for Farouk, who cleaned my room during my stay at this hotel. He was very professional, polite, and attentive to every detail. The room was always spotless and fresh after his service.

Ottimo personale, molto amichevole, cortese e accogliente.Siamo arrivati ben prima dell’iscrizione, e la squadra ha organizzato una camera precoce, che è stato molto apprezzato. Non posso ringraziare il personale del check-in, il ristorante e il servizio in camera per l'ospitalità, la gentilezza e il rispetto. La stanza era grande, pulita e ben mantenuta, con un comodo letto re, un sacco di uscite di energia, un aria condizionata tranquilla ed efficiente, e buone strutture. Il buffet è stato molto buono, con varietà giornaliera, succhi freschi, una stazione omeletta cucinata per ordinare, una buona selezione di pane e un caffè decente. Situazione a 15-20 minuti da tutte le attrazioni e centri. Ubers e Bolt erano pronti a disposizione. Il ponte Sky era camminabile durante il freddo, ma sarebbe una sfida durante la stagione calda. Punto di sdoppio: • La camera premium si aspettava di essere in un piano superiore, ma la stanza si trovava di fronte alla linea di tetto senza vista. • La testa del doccia non si fermerebbe e si tenne in posizione. In generale, un piacevole soggiorno con un servizio eccellente, con solo questioni di piccolo livello.

Questa è stata la mia terza visita in Arabia Saudita e posso affermare con certezza che questo hotel offre il miglior rapporto qualità-prezzo. Sono rimasto molto colpito dai servizi e anche la colazione è stata di mio gradimento. Il personale è stato tra i più cordiali che abbia mai incontrato in Arabia Saudita. Mi dispiace non ricordare i nomi di tutti, ma ho apprezzato molto la loro gentilezza. Il letto era così comodo che mi sono ritrovato a desiderare di averlo anche a casa. Sebbene l'hotel si trovi un po' più a sud, il che può essere un po' scomodo se si hanno appuntamenti nella parte nord della città, ho comunque apprezzato molto il mio soggiorno qui.

Rooms are very large and clean and truthfully nicely decorated! I was very pleased with the cleanliness of the furniture and the premises. Yes the hotel building looks small and the reception area is small but, everything is of premium quality with modern design. It is also designed very practically, with the restaurant on one side of the reception and Costa serving cafe on the other side. Room design/cleanliness and breakfast premises and variety are the two top important things for my travels. Cantonal gets 10/10 for both, in its class. Staff politeness and responsiveness are the second important criteria and Cantonal gets 10/10 for that, too. I don't recommend hotels easily but I can recommend Cantonal with confidence.
