Fantastic stay, complimentary airport pick up and drop off was valuable. The staff was helpful and friendly, always willing to help. The igloo was nice and cosy though a bit small.

Wilderness Hotel Juutua is a charming and peaceful hotel located just outside the town center of Inari, right next to Lake Inari. The lakeside location is truly beautiful, offering stunning natural views and a calm atmosphere that feels very special, especially in winter. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help, with warm smiles that make guests feel comfortable and well taken care of. The room is warm and comfortable, which is important in the cold Lapland climate. However, the room feels quite small for two people, especially when traveling with luggage. Moving around and storing suitcases can be a bit inconvenient. Bathroom amenities are mostly sufficient, but toothbrushes and razors are not provided, which would be expected at this level of hotel. Other amenities are well prepared. Breakfast quality is good, but unfortunately we could not fully enjoy it because it closes too early at 10:00 AM, which may not be ideal for guests who prefer a relaxed morning or late start. Overall, Wilderness Hotel Juutua offers a beautiful lakeside setting, warm hospitality, and a cozy atmosphere. Despite some minor drawbacks such as room size and limited bathroom amenities, it is still a very pleasant stay and a great choice for travelers looking to experience the natural beauty of Inari.

Questo è un posto molto bello, un po’ fuori dalla città, per catturare le luci del nord senza fare una tour (lo abbiamo visto due notti su due)! Le cabine di vetro erano ben tenute e pulite, eravamo due adulti e due adolescenti e c’erava spazio sufficiente per tutti. Si noti che questo resort serve solo cinque cabine e nessun altro, quindi l'esclusività è insurretta! È anche accanto a un lago congelato e si può camminare verso il centro per catturare le aurora. Molte attività naturali occupano la famiglia nel giorno. Alcune raccomandazioni sono la sauna + lago congelato, la pesca del ghiaccio e la marcia alla chiesa di roccia. Il fondatore del resort, Theo, è molto amichevole e bello e tutto il personale (sgridato a Millie e Guillaume!) veramente va di sopra e di là per aiutare a rendere la nostra permanenza lì così memorabile. Tutte le foto caricate ho preso con il mio iPhone16. Tutto quello che ero molto felice di scegliere questo posto per la gamba Rovaniemi del nostro viaggio.

If you want a place that's out of the way, with strong potential for seeing the northern lights, this is the spot! Fantastic service—you can arrange for collection and/or drop-off at the nearest airport or bus station. Everything was clean and comfortable, and the surroundings are magical in the winter—perfect for walks in the snow and pretty photos. The norther lights showed up AMAZINGLY one night, and a little bit the other night we were there. The food was excellent and varied, and we were glad we chose half-board, as the location is quite far from anything else...but that's the magic of it. We didn't do any of the excursions, but there were so many options! If you want to get away in a place that feels like a winter fairytale, this is it!

Strategic location easily accessible to the nearest shopping mall & Santa Claus office in the city centre. Room wise is very clean with comfortable mattress, shower & everything (with hand bidet is definitely a plus point!) It comes with free access to sauna between 6 to 7pm daily for men as well. Receptionists are very friendly, humble & helpful. Able to meet up with guests from all over the world in the sharing kitchen & living area. Will definitely recommend to all my friends who visiting to Rovaniemi in future.

L'Artic Snowhotel è un bel posto dove stare se dovete andare a riposo. Tuttavia, l'unica cosa che mi ha deluso è che la posizione è molto lontana dalla città e ci è stato molto difficile ordinare auto/taxi, anche quando avete già ordinato l'auto, è necessario aspettare anche 25 minuti per arrivare. Questa è l'unica cosa che ti fa male quando resti qui, ma se pensi positivamente, sarà una grande possibilità di vedere l'aurora se durante il tuo soggiorno l'aurora raggiunge la sua intensità più forte, come era lontano dalla città.

L'igloo di vetro era fantastico ma devi camminare fino alla pensione per fare le docce. La colazione era ottima e il ristorante offriva buone opzioni per pranzo e colazione. I più avventurosi potranno andare al vicino supermercato e cucinare il pasto nel caminetto riparato. Non dimenticare di provare la sauna tradizionale o quella elettrica durante il tuo soggiorno! La cosa più importante è partecipare alle attività guidate con bevande calde e salsicce arrosto, come gite in slitta con gli husky, caccia all'aurora boreale e pattinaggio sul ghiaccio.

Abbiamo visitato la luna di miele. Il personale Viljami ci ha accolti con favore e ci ha fornito frutta e altri servizi. Grazie. Anche se la posizione è un po' lontana dal centro della città, non è stato scomodo perché ho preso un Uber quando ho viaggiato comunque. Non è una struttura di prima linea, ma un luogo economico a Rovaniemi, dove l'alloggio è costoso. Tuttavia, il colazione non soddisfa le aspettative.

L'hotel è a quaranta minuti dal campo sciistico di Levi. La reception è accanto alla chiesa bianca, e si dice che ci siano nuovi qui ogni settimana. Ci sono alcuni alberi circondati tra ogni singolo giardino distintivo. La privacy è buona. Il giardino sul tetto di legno di notte può guardare l'aria stellare. La luce è chiara e luminosa quando la fortuna è buona. Il mattino si alza e tira fuori le finestre di terra e il panorama di neve fuori dall'angolo è un sogno molto ampio. Il personale precedente ha risposto positivamente all'e-mail, e il cuoco e la cena di Natale sono anche buoni.Ci sarà l'opportunità di tornare qui.

La camera era bellissima, l'ambiente era tranquillo e c'erano ottimi ristoranti nelle vicinanze. Servizi: Raffinato ed elegante, con caratteristiche locali. Pulizia: Pulito. Ambiente: C'è un ristorante cinese al piano inferiore e un rinomato ristorante locale dall'altra parte della strada. La colazione è a buffet; il succo di mirtilli era buono.
