Hotel a 4 stelle in Victoria, Australia

L'hotel è v nuovo, appena aperto di recente, così le strutture sono molto fredde. E 'come metà ostello metà hotel vibe dove c'è uno spazio comune, palestra e cucina al livello 1. La palestra è super cool, si dovrebbe controllare se hai tempo, ci sono piccole TV davanti che potrebbero mostrare video di guida di esercizio. La cucina può a volte diventare sporca, soprattutto la bassa, può essere orologio e ha volare. In generale, riempire l'acqua al bassa, così si può pensare e diventare molto disgustoso. Non ci sono scarpe, tostapane, pasta dentale, caffè, tè e acqua fornite nella stanza. Senza scarpe, può essere molto freddo entrare nel bagno. La stanza è piuttosto buia, non c'è una lampada al di sopra della stanza, quindi è progettata in modo da tornare all'hotel e dormire. Non si può anche ottenere luce vicino alla fine della stanza. Il personale ha detto che si prenderà cura ogni 4 giorni, quindi diciamo che si rimanga in piedi per 3 giorni, nessuno verrà a pulire la stanza per voi. Buon e cattivo. L'hotel Wi-Fi a volte perde la connessione, forse ci sono troppe persone che usano, non sono sicuro, ma è piuttosto fastidioso. Il docciatore è troppo alto, sicuramente superiore a 2 m, non facile da usare. La posizione è v accessibile, c'è una stazione ferroviaria chiamata Queen Victoria Market vicino e si trova all'interno della zona ferroviaria gratuita. Il tappeto dell'hotel puzza, l'edificio è vecchio e ha bisogno di un sostituto totale di tappeto. Quando siamo entrati nella nostra stanza. Ha un odore di biancheria ovunque. Dobbiamo aprire la finestra per farla andare via. La camera è decente e il bagno e il bagno sono separati dove non c'è una piscina a mano da usare dopo l'uso del bagno se qualcuno sta usando il doccia o il bagno. Adoro anche la posizione perché è vicino ai trasporti pubblici, a tram e negozi, anche alle università. La cucina è completa con utensili da cucina e pannolini. Sono disponibili gratis caffè, tè e latte. Le toilette sono state fornite 1 set di piccole bottiglie, ma siamo 4 persone prenotate.

The hotel's location is really good. It's super convenient to get to the hotel from the terminal. The room size is good for unpack & repack your stuff for the trip. Since we didn't have breakfast included in the booking. There are 2 choices for the breakfast: 1. Hotel's breakfast for 35AUD/person 2. Deli cafe. We had a sandwich & muffin there. It's quick and easy to get ready in the morning.

Il layout di questo tipo di camera è molto strano e non come nella foto. Lo spazio totale della camera è enorme, ma il layout non è progettato in modo efficiente. È come se avessimo una grande camera ma non si sente comodo all'interno. Una camera da bagno è troppo spaziosa per niente lasciando molto poco spazio in camera da letto che ha un grande pilastro nella stanza. Il bagno non è pulito, la spazzatura non è mai stata vuota per 3 giorni io sono rimasto lì. Il custode lascia solo tutta la spazzatura proprio lì. La scatola di tessuto facciale vuota è stata presa, ma non è mai stata sostituita. Il letto non è mai stato cambiato a meno che non fosse richiesto. La posizione è buona. Ma con questo prezzo, consiglierei di esplorare altri luoghi.

The Highlights 1. The location of this hotel is second to none. Right outside the door, you’ll find endless food options from quick bites to diverse international cuisines, plus plenty of cafés, bars, and public transport. Having the SkyBus stop to the airport just around the corner was convenient. 2. Every team member I met was friendly, approachable, and genuinely eager to help. They are well-trained and motivated to provide excellent service. 3. The room itself was spacious and modern. Both the daytime city views and night lights from the window were wonderful, and the furnishings felt new and well-maintained. 4. Guests have access to some excellent facilities, including a gym, a library, and a full wellness area. The indoor pool is comfortably heated even on a chilly Melbourne evening, and it comes with a sauna and bubble spa, which makes the stay feel more like a resort. What Could Be Improved 1. The room setup felt unusual. I booked a one-bedroom suite, but was placed in a two-bedroom apartment with the master bedroom locked off. I completely understand that I only paid for one room, but it felt a little strange knowing there was a part of “my” room I couldn’t access. Personally, I would have preferred a proper one-bedroom layout with full access. 2. The bedroom I was 'allowed' to stay in also didn’t have its own air conditioning. It relied on the living room’s unit to keep cool, while the locked-off master had its system. This design made things a bit uncomfortable at times, especially overnight. 3. The sofa had an unpleasant, urine-like odour, which made us reluctant to rest in the lounge. 4. The main door lock was rusty and stiff, making it frustrating to open and close. 5. There was no landline phone in the room to contact reception, so the only option was to head downstairs. A couple of times, even during office hours, the reception was unattended (likely because one staff member was juggling multiple tasks). It could be so inconvenient to have a more extended stay. 6. While the pool facilities were lovely, they were often crowded. The common facilities are shared with residents of the building as well as hotel guests, but this detracted from the relaxing vibe. Would I stay here again? Yes, probably. Mainly because of the unbeatable location, the great facilities, and the friendly staff. But I do think the hotel needs to address the details so that it can align with what they claimed as 'luxury'.

We booked a King Standard hotel for this trip as we have the special rate from Trip.com. Before we arrived we received an email from Trip urging us to write an email to ask for early check in as we also booked an airline ticket thru Trip. When arrived in hotel ard 9.45 am we were offered a room ( with immediate availability ) but with a payment of AUD 50. When I asked for a twin bed room as usually King and Twin Bed will have same rate, but not this hotel. If we were to change the bed style we have to pay AUD 30/night for 5 nights 😅😅another AUD 150. Enough for all the morning communications so we just ignore the bed details and went straight to our room after the payment. On the day we checked out we came to know that the front officer recharged our hotel fee even when Trip.com confirmed that everything was fully paid. What a money maker hotel!! Front officer told us they will refund us the amount though. However the room is small and nice and everything was up to international 4 standard but Crown ****** Tower has a much more beautiful and bigger room. Though both have stunning nice view of the Yarra River as in attached.

Ho soggiornato in numerosi appartamenti a Punt Hill nel corso dell'ultimo decennio, anche se è stato un po' da quando sono rimasto in uno. Il nostro appartamento è stato spazioso, ma l'hotel è completamente sbloccato. Le pareti nel bagno non erano molto pulite, né erano muffole e cuttery (lo faccio sempre un abitudine di pulire le cose prima di usarle!). Ho finito di rimanere in hotel per lo più mentre ero malato con l'influenza, così ho notato che il wifi era molto brillante e intermittente anche così ha reso streaming spettacoli piuttosto difficile da vedere che ho finito solo usando il mio telefono. I letti erano comunque comodi! La posizione è anche fantastica, proprio nel cuore della città cinese e facilmente camminabile per posti.

Sarebbe stato buono, tranne per le grandi finestre occidentali che si trovano a sinistra senza ciechi e per un sistema elettrico che spenga il condizionamento dell'aria quando nessuno è nella stanza. Così siamo arrivati a scaldare il calore, e un condizionatore d'aria che non raffredda davvero le camere da letto, e nessuna finestra o fan nella camera principale. La maggior parte delle altre cose erano buone, ma avere una camera confortevole è fondamentale e l'appartamento non è semplicemente creato per questo. Ci è piaciuto la posizione e la piscina. Non possiamo davvero parlare ai livelli di servizio perché non abbiamo chiesto, aspettato o ottenere nessuno. E' stato un po' frustrante che l'hotel abbia una prenotazione solo per 4 adulti quando abbiamo fatto una prenotazione per 2A+ 3C su trip.com ma chi sa chi è stato responsabile di questo.

Almeno restare qui quando a Melbourne è in un grande posto e colazione è sorprendente ! Grandi amici staff ! Solo non posso colpire questo hotel è sorprendente
