Sofitel è una scelta eccellente in BKC. Camminare a Jio World e vicino all'aeroporto. Le camere sono spaziose, cibo è eccellente, il personale è curato e utile. Il prezzo per il nostro soggiorno è stato ragionevole per una proprietà 5 stelle. Certamente può soggiornare di nuovo.

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at whilst on vacation in India. The staff is really friendly and attentive. The breakfast selection was also really amazing. Situated next to the Palladium mall which was really convenient.

The buffet spread for both lunch and breakfast was extensive and delicious, catering to a variety of tastes and preferences. Breakfast featured a mix of continental and Indian dishes, with highlights like fresh pastries, dosas, and flavorful coffee. Lunch offered a more elaborate spread with live counters and delectable desserts, ensuring that every meal was a feast. The attentive staff at the restaurant further enhanced the dining experience with their courteous service. The bar at the resort is a cozy and inviting space, perfect for relaxing with a drink after a day of exploring. The well-curated menu of beverages, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, ensured there was something for everyone. The bartender’s recommendations were spot-on, and the ambiance added to the charm of the evening. A special mention must be made of the resort's Christmas décor, which was absolutely delightful. The Christmas tree in the lobby was a particular highlight, and the effort to create a warm, festive atmosphere did not go unnoticed. It truly added a magical touch to our stay, making it all the more memorable. Overall, Fariyas Resort seamlessly blends luxury and comfort with its stunning location, exceptional amenities, and attentive service. Whether you’re looking for a family vacation, a romantic retreat, or a solo getaway, this resort has something for everyone. Breakfast was very good. Chef was very attentive and prepared very good curry chicken with paratha by request. Have stayed at this hotel a few times already cos location is ideal for meeting clients.

I recently had an exceptional stay at Taj Land's End. The impeccable service, luxurious accommodations, and breathtaking views made it a truly memorable experience. The staff's attention to detail and genuine hospitality added a personal touch to my visit. I highly recommend this hotel for an indulgent and delightful stay.

Our recent stay at JW Marriott Mumbai Juhu was marked by contrasts, but ultimately the positives outweighed any shortcomings. Upon arrival, we encountered some hiccups with room allocations, which resulted in having to move between rooms multiple times within the first few days as we tried to get 2 rooms together. This was a bit disappointing as we had hoped for a smoother start to our stay. However, once settled into our proper rooms on day three, we found them to be comfortable, albeit starting to get a tad dated we felt. Although we had 2 Seaview rooms, due to the hotel layout and depending on where your rooms are located, you may only get a restricted partial sea view, which I must say was a bit of a let-down. The true highlight of our stay undoubtedly was the breakfast experience at Lotus Cafe. It was nothing short of exceptional, with an array of options that left us spoilt for choice. The live stations where chefs prepare customized orders were excellent, ensuring each meal was tailored to our liking. The service during breakfast was exemplary, with attentive and friendly staff catering to our every need. Although, when it gets very busy, our orders were occasionally forgotten. However, the overall quality of the food and service co****sated for these minor lapses. The hotel's location is a major plus point. It's just a short walk away from Juhu Chowpatty, which allowed us to explore the vibrant surroundings and indulge in some authentic street food. For movie fans, a visit to Amitabh Bachchan’s house (“Jalsa”) is also a short walk around the corner. Final minor thing was we weren’t offered their special welcome drink which I believe is customary. I think this was because we arrived early in the morning, but it would have been nice to be offered this for this calibre of hotel irrespective of the time. In summary, while there were initial challenges with room allocations and occasional lapses in service, the unparalleled breakfast experience and convenient location make JW Marriott Mumbai Juhu a standout choice for travellers seeking a memorable stay in Mumbai.

Rimasto lì per una notte, l'iscrizione ci ha voluto un po' di tempo non si è accertato perché, ma l'iscrizione ci ha voluto solo pochi secondi, il personale è molto amichevole, l'ingresso di Uber nell'hotel lobby è confuso per i conducenti, le camere sono massicce con letti confortevoli e cuscini. Dovresti aggiungere una macchina per il caffè.In generale, era decente 👌🏾

Hotel bellissimo, pieno di storia in un posto favoloso nell’ombelico della città  di Bombay. Contentissimo!

Chose this hotel as I was attending an event in Bombay Exhibition Centre, 10 mins ride away from the hotel in smooth traffic. The airport is also 15-40mins away depending on traffic. The room is spacious from bathroom area to the main bedroom, it could even fit 3 beds comfortably. The bed is too soft for my liking but pillow is good. The bathroom comes with a tub, standing shower and separate toilet. Water pressure in the shower is good and heats up fast. The open concept wardrobe is just next to the shower but having the luggage rack built just under the safe is a safety hazard, almost hit the corner couple of times when taking things out of the luggage. I don't know if it's because the door is heavy or my neighbors are strong, the doors appear to slam each time it closes. I love the scent of Westin's White Tea series which is provided here too, ***** with all basic amenities. They are also very generous with the complimentary bottled water, 6 in all. I appreciate that they noted and acceded to my request for a room near the lift. Service was excellent, the staff were friendly, polite, helpful and full of smiles from the bellboy to security team to front desk to housekeeping and those at the breakfast service. Breakfast at Seasonal Tastes on Level 18, had a view as amazing as the spread, of both international staples to local flavours. Live egg and Paratha/Dosa stations, wide selection of nuts, fruits and juices too. A true 5* stay and will be my choice hotel every time I return to Mumbai.
