EEUN-MIIt is located in the Chia Laguna, one of the clusters of 4 and 5 stars of hotels. Beautifully managed landscapes and access to private beaches make this resort very attractive. However, it is for those who don't care about the quality of the hotel and for those who want to just sleep at night and take the most of the activities outside of the room. In terms of quality of the room, it requires lots of attention. You are most likely to enter your room through the sliding door, and then there is your bed, and there is a bathroom with a shower and toilet, bidet, and the sink. The bed is not comfortable, and there is a weird sewage smell coming from the bathroom, we had to spray our perfume and close the bathroom door, and leave the bathroom windows open. Typically, the hotel bathroom is a joy to enter, but this bathroom was one of those bathrooms that wanted to get out as fast as possible, especially with sewage smell. I had to dry my hair outside of bathroom so the sewage smell doesn't get to my hair. (Enough said) On top of our not-so-impressed experience, our neighbor left the TV on loud and party in their room until 3am, we couldn't sleep at all. Contacted the front desk at 1am, but loud noise still continued. Thank God, we only had to stay 1 night. I would have looked for another hotel if we had to stay one more night. Hotel reservations came with 2 meals, breakfast, and a dinner buffet. It was one of the worst food experiences not only in Italy but also in all the places we have ever been. At a glance, the buffet seemed fine and attractive, but as soon as we started tasting the food, we felt right away, we cannot expect much. Most of the dishes were extremely salty, lacked flavors, and the quality of each ingredient was bad compared to the dishes that we experienced in Cagliari.
If you only care about the location and the beautiful beach access, this is the place for you, but if you care about all the aspects of what the resort hotel supposed to offer, it might be wise to either spend a bit more money and stay at either Curio or Conrad properties or consider different location or hotels. Hope this review helps you to decide where to stay in Chia Laguna.

UUtente ospiteA pochi passi dalla fermata ARST di Santa Gallura, nel centro di Olbia, si trova l'hotel.
È moderno, pulitissimo, confortevole, con una bella piscina e una spa.
Era vicino alla stazione ferroviaria per prendere il treno per Cagliari.
Il personale dell'hotel era cordiale, disponibile e parlava un inglese eccellente, in particolare una ragazza di nome Sofia.
Abbiamo gustato un'ottima colazione a buffet in un'ampia e insolita sala da pranzo adibita a auditorium.
La presenza di un bollitore per tè/caffè avrebbe reso il nostro soggiorno perfetto.
Consigliatissimo.
Mi piacerebbe condividere delle foto, ma non so come inviarle dal telefono al tablet.

JJJROUSThis camping is located in beautiful settings in Porte del Porticciolo area, that is a part of a beautiful nature park. There is a almost private bay with a beach, with beautiful views over the old historical tower and evenings you can see a beautiful sunset front of you. Camping has a friedly helpful staff. Little cottage where we stayed is cute but very poorly sound Insulated, you can help absolutely everything from the room attached with my room even the talking was with normal tone.
This camping would have a lot more potential, but its kind of feels dated and let down.
Coffee place staff were helpful but food selection very poor. Sunday morning there was exactly 1 croissant, one cream Danish and something else available, nothing else. Also selection of ready packed toast. Sad offering to be honest. Camping has a super market that closes everyday between 13-17, that makes no sense in the camping area. Restaurant staff was very charming but pizza can only be eaten evenings, no for lunch, and house wine in caraf is only available evenings. Pizza selection was very limited and not the best flavour. Again, very bizarre. Swimming pool closes 7pm, still when its beautiful evening sun, that goes down 9pm. Evenings had live music that was actually quite enjoyable but otherwise this camping amenities are poor and give you a feeling that its rundown and only to made to make money and nothing else. If you want an air-conditioning in your cottage or room, be prepared to pay 40€ per day for this luxuries.
So basically saying, I didn't totally disliked my stay but I wouldn't come back either. Thank you for a lovely staff members in the pool, restaurant, shop, coffee shop and beach bar, and check in person was also very nice

UUtente ospiteSe scendi le scale, è una spiaggia privata e la posizione è ottima. Nonostante l'alta stagione, l'hotel è abbastanza piccolo, quindi è stato bello avere un senso di privacy. L'unico punto deludente è stato il cibo, la colazione a buffet era piccola e la cena era normale e non particolarmente deliziosa.

EEugen HubertThe hotel is located in a beautiful and quiet area. Everything is clean and pleasant, and the beach and the sea are absolutely wonderful. The natural surroundings are definitely one of the strongest points of this hotel.
The rooms are clean, but the standard rooms are extremely small. There is hardly enough space even to put your suitcases somewhere.
As far as we know, the hotel will soon close for renovation, which is probably a good idea. Overall, I would say that the hotel deserves its four-star rating. The service is good, as are breakfast and dinner, although sometimes the food presentation feels a little overcomplicated.
What really disappointed us, however, were all the additional charges. For example, if you want bacon with your eggs at breakfast, you have to pay an extra €3. If you want three eggs instead of two, you have to pay another €1 for the additional egg. For a hotel in this price category, this feels unnecessary and is quite surprising.
The same applies to the beach. Even though the hotel has its own beach, guests still have to pay for the sunbeds. We were told that two sunbeds cost around €50 per day.
Considering that we paid more than €400 per night for the room, we found it very disappointing to be charged extra for so many basic things. At this price level, breakfast extras and sunbeds should simply be included.
The location is fantastic, the beach is beautiful, the water is wonderful, and the hotel itself is clean and pleasant. Unfortunately, the constant additional charges significantly affected our overall experience.

AAnton L.The location is fantastic. We stayed here as a couple, and the biggest highlight was definitely the view — the sea is literally about 20 metres away, with a beautiful direct view from the terrace/balcony. The hotel also has its own small private beach, which is very cozy and pleasant.
The staff at reception were extremely friendly and welcoming. The location is also excellent: Porto Cervo and the marina are only about 10 minutes away by car.
The main downside is that the hotel itself feels quite dated. You can imagine that 30 years ago it was a luxurious property, but today the rooms clearly need renovation. Our room was quite small, around 15 m², with old wooden doors and even traditional mechanical keys. There is a certain old-fashioned Italian charm to it, but for this hotel category and price, the rooms could definitely be more modern and comfortable.
The food was average. The indoor dining area where we had a meal had a very strong food smell, so we preferred sitting outside. Breakfast was served in another area and was perfectly fine overall.
In short: an amazing seaside location, beautiful views, a lovely private beach and very friendly staff, but the rooms and some parts of the hotel are noticeably outdated and would benefit from renovation.

TThi Thuy AnIl nuovo hotel è bello e si trova in una posizione isolata nel nord-ovest della Sardegna. Ci sono stati amanti degli interni moderni, della piscina e del letto super comodo. Il personale di lobby dell'hotel è stato utile e accogliente. In generale abbiamo avuto un soggiorno meraviglioso, ma ci sono poche cose che l'hotel potrebbe fare per migliorare l'esperienza degli ospiti, soprattutto per un hotel 5 stelle: 1. Notammo molle nei corni della doccia e sulla testa della doccia. Forse il personale di pulizia non si cura di fondo o pensa di affrontare il problema di molle che è deludente per un nuovo hotel; 2. Il menu della piscina e del servizio in camera è prezioso e molto limitato con solo poche opzioni. Non ci importa pagare i prezzi dell'hotel, ma il menu non è come appetito e finito di mangiare fuori dall'hotel tutto il tempo, tranne per il colazione. Data la posizione lontana dalla città, l'hotel può offrire oggetti semplici come la pizza per tenere gli ospiti all'hotel. Il colazione era grande con molte opzioni di pasticceria dolce, tuttavia aveva limitato cibo caldo come uova, salsicce e bacon solo; 3. La stanza che ci sentivamo come un terremoto ci ha attaccato ogni volta che gli ospiti sotto di noi entravano e uscivano dalla loro stanza.

UUtente anonimoIl personale della reception dell'hotel è gentile e paziente, un po' come le governanti dei drammi britannici, ahah.
Le strutture sono buone, con docce, acqua calda, articoli da toeletta forniti e un piccolo frigorifero con varie bevande a pagamento. Le lenzuola e gli asciugamani sono bianchi e puliti. L'hotel è molto attento all'ambiente e incoraggia l'uso continuo. Puoi vedere il mare dal piccolo balcone.
La posizione dell'hotel è ottima e il parcheggio è molto comodo. A poche decine di metri più avanti c'è l'attracco privato dello yacht, dove è possibile prenotare una crociera in mare. Nelle vicinanze è presente un centro turistico dove è possibile acquistare i biglietti del battello di andata e ritorno per visitare il Parco Nazionale delle Isole della Maddalena. C'è un supermercato accanto all'hotel e le verdure, la frutta e il pane sono tutti freschi.

UUtente ospiteAbbiamo pernottato una notte al con mia moglie, mio figlio e la sua fidanzata, e l’esperienza è stata decisamente positiva.
Hotel moderno, elegante ma senza essere freddo: si respira professionalità e attenzione al cliente fin dall’ingresso. Camere spaziose, pulitissime e molto silenziose, perfette per riposare davvero. Letti comodi (cosa non scontata) e bagno impeccabile.
Personale cortese, disponibile e sempre sorridente, sia al check-in che durante il soggiorno. Colazione abbondante e di qualità, con ampia scelta sia dolce che salata, adatta a tutti.
Posizione comoda per muoversi in città, con parcheggio disponibile, che a Cagliari è un bel plus.
In sintesi: hotel curato, serio, ben gestito. Ci siamo sentiti a nostro agio come in famiglia, ma con lo standard di un vero 4 stelle. Torneremo sicuramente e lo consigliamo senza esitazioni.

LLaura&RubenAbbiamo trascorso quattro giorni in un resort in Sardegna e abbiamo scelto di non esplorare la città, perché cercavamo pura rilassamento come coppia. Il resort era ben organizzato e offreva autobus convenienti che potevano portarti alla spiaggia o alla piscina, che rendeva molto facile andare intorno.
La nostra stanza ha una bella vista sull'oceano, che ha davvero aggiunto all'atmosfera tranquilla e rilassante del nostro soggiorno. Ci sono state due piscine: una grande e profonda, e una piccola, più piccola, più gialla con una piccola cascata d’acqua, che offre una bella varietà a seconda del vostro umore.
La spiaggia era piacevole, soprattutto durante il giorno in cui l’acqua era chiara e trasparente. Poi, il giorno, l’acqua diventava meno chiara e sembrava più come una spiaggia tipica. Sulla costa c'erano molti piccoli pezzi di pelliccia nera o particelle.
Tuttavia, il cibo è stato deludente e non così buono come si aspettava dall'Italia, e non si raccomandava pienamente questo posto.
