You wont we will just rent your room to someone else , I see so I have a 5 day room rental prepaid , yes you will not get anything back you have to deal with trip.com for your refund . oh so you didn't get paid by them I see , No, non abbiamo solo ottenuto il tuo non ottenere un rimborso. My friend and I were quite disappointed as we booked with two different agencies, both claimed breakfast was included! I spoke to two different staff who were quite rude and short! Neither cared that this was a form of false advertising on behalf of the hotel! Personally I feel the hotel should credit me for 30.00 x 2 days. As well as for my friend. I shall be contacting the better businesses bureau to discuss this in detail. My friend upgraded her room to a pool side view … what a joke, the window view was the back of the water slide staircase. That view costs her an extra $40.00 per day what a joke! Pool signs claimed to be open all day however at 12:30 on a busy Saturday they added chemicals to all the areas and shut down just after several of us got small children ready for a before supper. The hot tub was only hot at 9 am and lukewarn by noon. I left a towel on a chair which was still there the next morning, as was others, which shows me no night cleaning of the pool area after an extremely busy day. Our room was comfortable and clean! Beds very cozy and comfortable. Sadly my room window was very dirty with dirty fingerprints. Cafe was pricey however service and food good!

Hotel is nice, I would stay here again. On the surface it looks very nice and modern and clean, but if you look closer you can see that the construction/upgrade work was cheap and not done properly. For example, the door in the bathroom looks very nice but if you look closer it is not flush with the wall, and the latch is actually sticking out very far from the frame in order for the door to line up with it because it is so crooked. Not a huge deal to me, but for the money I’d want it to be a bit more well done. We did the “lil romance” package as well which was nice but not worth the money. We got a bottle of champagne, a cheesecake slice and some roses in the room, as well as a free breakfast from the restaurant which was all nice, but not for the price that it is. The food was ~20 each, and I could have brought a cheaper bottle of champagne myself which would have done the job just fine. Overall it was good, but I wouldn’t do it again.

La posizione dell'hotel è molto lontana, ma è anche possibile camminare verso aree commerciali come Midtown, la stanza è nuova, super grande e calda, la microonde, il frigorifero e la macchina del caffè sono tutti completi, e l'igiene è anche molto buona. La colazione è uno standard espresso in Holiday Inn. La nutrizione è sufficiente per mangiare il problema dell'inquinamento, Ma è così che mangi bene, il ristorante può paccheggiare e essere molto umano. Quando sono andato via, sono stato l'unico cinese che ha soggiornato nell'hotel negli ultimi anni.

Stayed here for two nights on a business trip. The room was a reasonable size with a nice layout, but the cleanliness was just average. Overall, it didn’t really feel up to the usual Four Points by Sheraton standard, and after checking in I understood why its price on Trip.com is noticeably lower than other hotels of the same category. It was fine for a short two-night stay, but next time I’m in the area I’ll probably try another hotel in a similar price range for comparison.

Ho preso la colazione. Non ci sono molti tipi, ma il menu del giorno dopo è leggermente cambiato, quindi tutti i giorni sono buoni. Se c'è qualche verdura, sono felice. La stanza è grande e pulita. Le pareti del bagno sono dotate di liquido di lavaggio e di lubrificante, facile da usare.

Buon colazione e caffè/tea pronto con biscotti sul lobby

La stanza è piccola, la porta del bagno si è rivoltata con la mano.

Aveva un matrimonio da aspettare e la sposa doveva cambiare la nostra stanza abbiamo dovuto prenotare la notte precedente per assicurare che la stanza sia presto abbastanza per permettere alla sposa di essere pronta per il suo grande giorno era alle 1 pm e la ricezione è stata informata ma non avrebbe fatto non sono state stampate concesioni diverse dal pagamento di un giorno in più

Positivi: camere moderne pulite con TV grande, colazione completa, parcheggio. Negativi: i porti USB non funzionavano tutti. I fornitori di energia si sentivano molto liberi quando si accendeva. Era molto occupato, quindi era molto rumore con gli altri ospiti sul pavimento e i 2 elevatori erano molto lenti ad arrivare.
