L'hotel ha un'ottima posizione vicino a Piazza della Repubblica, il servizio è ottimo, negozi e supermercati sono raggiungibili a piedi. Tutte le attrazioni della città sono a 10-15 minuti dall'hotel. Il personale è fantastico, ho chiesto un check-out posticipato ed è stato semplicissimo, sono stati molto accoglienti.

новый отель, с хорошим современным ремонтом, приятное белоснежное белье, вода, тапочки, а вот все остальное (типо наборов зуб пасты или ватных дисков) за отдельную плату, это странно. Самый кайф, что хорошо работал кондиционер и после 40 градусной жары на улице так приятно было заходить в номер. Завтраки за отдельную стоимость 9000 драм (около 2000₽) по системе шведский стол. Выбор хороший: и горячее, закуски, мюсли, каша, фрукты, десерты. Вкусный кофе👌 Приятный персонал, говорит на русском, есть бар, где можно заказать кофе или что покрепче. После выселения вещи оставила в комнате для багажа. До площади республики минут 15 пешком.

L'hotel è in un'ottima posizione, proprio accanto alla piazza, il che lo rende comodo per tutto. Il personale è cordiale e disponibile. La camera era pulita e ordinata e la colazione era abbondante. Ci sono molti posti dove mangiare e fare shopping nelle vicinanze, soprattutto un grande supermercato con un'ampia scelta. Consiglio di evitare le camere che si affacciano sulla strada, perché possono essere rumorose. Per il resto, tutto il resto era eccellente.

La prima buona impressione è arrivata dall'accoglienza con il loro approccio disponibile e professionale. La camera era spaziosa e confortevole. L'hotel non ha risparmiato sul caffè/tè al bar. La posizione è ottima con una bella vista sulla chiesa Zoravor Surp Astvatsatsin.

We stayed for 7 nights at Holiday Inn Yerevan. The hotel has an excellent location, making it very convenient for exploring the city. The sleep quality was very good, with comfortable beds ensuring proper rest. However, housekeeping service needs improvement, as it did not consistently meet expectations. Overall, a good stay with a great location advantage.

Очень хорошая гостиница в самом центре Еревана, пешком можно дойти до всех главных достопримечательностей и ресторанов. Рядом куча магазинов и касс обмена валюты. Огромная удобная кровать. Отличные завтраки с хорошим выбором блюд. Не понравились лишь некоторые моменты: гостиница не выдает одноразовые тапочки, тапочками придется обеспечивать себя самостоятельно; также гостиница не обеспечивает набором для чистки зубов, щетку и пасту нужно либо брать с собой, либо в ближайшем магазине. Ещё хотелось бы, чтобы завтрак начинался не в 7:30, а в 7:00, потому что у местных турагентств есть экскурсии, которые начинаются очень рано, и поэтому в таких случаях надо позавтракать чуть пораньше. В последний день пребывания откуда-то появился неприятный запах канализации. Возможно, это было связано с тем, что в соседнем номере в этот день кто-то заселился. Было слышно через стену, как этот сосед громко разговаривал. Однозначно рекомендую эту гостиницу.

Sono rimasto in Armenia per 14 giorni. Questo hotel è il mio più soddisfatto. Il letto è 180 centimetri. L'hotel che ho vissuto è 85-90 centimetri. Sono stato costretto ad annullare il volo per la guerra dell'Iran. Ho scelto il mio personale a Trip.com per aspettare la grande stanza. Ho aspettato 15 ore per andare all'aeroporto, ma l'hotel mi ha fatto sentire piena di felicità Quando partii, Xiao Tai mi ha aiutato a prenotare un appuntamento online per BMW, solo per prendere RMB 40, che è un vero hotel buddista

Siamo arrivati ​​di notte e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti della cortesia della receptionist. Tutto era pulito, la colazione era deliziosa e il personale dell'hotel era cordiale e disponibile. Siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti del servizio. Consiglieremo questo hotel ad amici e parenti.

酒店太老了（地毯有點老舊），好在位置較好。酒店給我們升級了房間，但感覺沒有了沙發及桌子（大而無用，設施給精減了）。早餐吃兩天還可以，第三天就無從下手了。別外，温馨提示：千萬不要損壞東西，一個玻璃杯要了100人民幣。

I’ve never written a bad hotel review ever in my life, but unfortunately, here it goes. It’s a shame since other past reviews are very positive, but I need to be frank and honest about my experience and will be diving the ratings according to subcategories so that it is fair, since some aspects of the stay were great and some not so much. Check in process: 2 stars This is not the ‘typical’ hotel entrance where the lobby is on the ground floor. The floor in which you enter is 1/f. The floor of the hotel is 4/f, but this is clearly stated as a signage at the entrance (see photo attached). Upon arrival, I went towards the hotel entrance . There, I stood in front of an operating system, where guests would need to enter the hotel using a key fob. Of course, I wouldn’t have this key fob at hand at check in. There are no clear instructions in any language above the operator stating how you should call the receptionist using the operator to open the door for you (refer to attached photo). Thankfully, a passerby was kind enough to help me call the receptionist and asked her to open the door for me. It is also better to have mobile data at hand so you can communicate with the staff via whatsapp text/call if you cannot enter, since I think this is the faster means of communicating with guests. When I checked in, I explained my confusion to entering the building. I told the receptionist lady that I couldn’t enter since there are no instructions in any language above the operator. She then had the audacity to tell me that there ARE indeed instructions above the operator im English, and I should have followed it. Again, the photo I attached shows no such instructions, so I do not comprehend what she is talking about at all. Upon departure, I voiced out these issues, and the more reasonable receptionists said that they usually send these check in details via email, though I had not received such email(s). Noise level and disturbance: 2 stars My room had really thin walls and you can easily hear people passing through in the hallway. I got to a room with a balcony and up until 2 am, I still continuously heard 2 women talking loudly non-stop in the room next to me. To attempt to put a halt to this, I called the receptionist using the calling button thrice in my room, since the initial receptionist lady who checked me in said they provided 24 hour service, and to my dismay, no one bothered answering me. I had to personally take matters into my own hands and asked them to keep it down. Room and amenities: 5 stars In terms of amenities provided within the room and how it was renovated and all, it deserves 5 stars. It was clean and the amenities provided were plentiful for a short stay.
