L'hotel ha un'ottima posizione vicino a Piazza della Repubblica, il servizio è ottimo, negozi e supermercati sono raggiungibili a piedi. Tutte le attrazioni della città sono a 10-15 minuti dall'hotel. Il personale è fantastico, ho chiesto un check-out posticipato ed è stato semplicissimo, sono stati molto accoglienti.

Mia figlia ed io abbiamo fatto il check-in alle 20:30, ma la receptionist, indifferente, ci ha detto che avevo prenotato una camera singola e che aggiungere una persona in più avrebbe comportato un supplemento di 152 RMB a notte. Avevamo prenotato un soggiorno di due notti ed ero sbalordita. Come poteva un letto matrimoniale di 1,80 metri ospitare solo una persona? Dopo aver parlato con il servizio clienti di Ctrip, il problema è stato risolto. Quando siamo entrati in camera, erano già le 22:15 e non avevamo ancora riempito l'acqua minerale. Abbiamo chiamato la reception diverse volte, ma ci hanno riattaccato. Ancora più disgustoso, il cestino del bagno conteneva ancora un secchio di prodotti per l'igiene femminile dell'ospite precedente. Ero profondamente delusa che una situazione del genere potesse accadere in un hotel pubblicizzato come un quattro stelle.

L'hotel è in un'ottima posizione, proprio accanto alla piazza, il che lo rende comodo per tutto. Il personale è cordiale e disponibile. La camera era pulita e ordinata e la colazione era abbondante. Ci sono molti posti dove mangiare e fare shopping nelle vicinanze, soprattutto un grande supermercato con un'ampia scelta. Consiglio di evitare le camere che si affacciano sulla strada, perché possono essere rumorose. Per il resto, tutto il resto era eccellente.

Eccellente combinazione di prezzo/qualità. L'hotel è in un'ottima posizione, vicino alle principali attrazioni e ai bar. Ci sono ragazzi meravigliosi e reattivi che lavorano alla reception che hanno aiutato quando hanno effettuato una richiesta e si sono registrati prima del previsto. Lo consiglio vivamente

Il miglior hotel che abbiamo soggiornato nel Caucaso! Amo il servizio professionale dal desk front, camere molto pulite, sorprendente colazione e dopo 2 giorni di colazione all'hotel, il personale molto attento nella zona del colazione rimmi anche il mio soprannome! È stata una piacevole sorpresa! Avevo sempre apprezzato il momento e mi dispiaceva di andarsene.

Очень хорошая гостиница в самом центре Еревана, пешком можно дойти до всех главных достопримечательностей и ресторанов. Рядом куча магазинов и касс обмена валюты. Огромная удобная кровать. Отличные завтраки с хорошим выбором блюд. Не понравились лишь некоторые моменты: гостиница не выдает одноразовые тапочки, тапочками придется обеспечивать себя самостоятельно; также гостиница не обеспечивает набором для чистки зубов, щетку и пасту нужно либо брать с собой, либо в ближайшем магазине. Ещё хотелось бы, чтобы завтрак начинался не в 7:30, а в 7:00, потому что у местных турагентств есть экскурсии, которые начинаются очень рано, и поэтому в таких случаях надо позавтракать чуть пораньше. В последний день пребывания откуда-то появился неприятный запах канализации. Возможно, это было связано с тем, что в соседнем номере в этот день кто-то заселился. Было слышно через стену, как этот сосед громко разговаривал. Однозначно рекомендую эту гостиницу.

This Hotel is New but location wasn’t in the center of the city , it is 15 mins to drive or 45 mins to walk to central however there’s 5 mins walk away from Metro. The Room was clean, very clean, praise for their housekeeping!, Spacious and well- appointed. The bed was comfortable and the amenities provided were much appreciated. I booked a standard room w/out breakfasts or meal so no comment about the food. Overall, my experience at this hotel is rated 4star, I was pleasantly surprised by the level of service and accommodations provided at such a low rate. I will definitely be recommending this hotel to friends and family and look forward to staying with them again in the future.

Facile raggiungere a piedi le principali attrazioni: Piazza della Repubblica in 5 minuti, il mercato delle pulci locale in 3 minuti, il supermercato Carrefour in 3 minuti. Detto questo, l'ambiente circostante è un po' buio e silenzioso, con un cantiere proprio accanto all'hotel. Camera spaziosa, una bottiglia d'acqua gratuita all'arrivo. La cosa che non mi piace è l'aria condizionata piuttosto calda (inutile da regolare). Alla fine ho dovuto aprire le finestre, ma poi sono entrate le zanzare. Un'altra cosa non così bella è che la colazione a buffet iniziava piuttosto tardi, alle 8:00. Le escursioni giornaliere di solito iniziano alle 9:00 (e in un'altra località a circa 10-15 minuti di distanza). Questo significa che ho dovuto fare colazione in fretta, entro 15-20 minuti.

Tutto è buono, ma il personale di ricezione notturna è incompetente e poco parla inglese/Arm. La direzione dovrebbe effettuare la selezione per la squadra notturna, incontrare e salutare gli ospiti.

I’ve never written a bad hotel review ever in my life, but unfortunately, here it goes. It’s a shame since other past reviews are very positive, but I need to be frank and honest about my experience and will be diving the ratings according to subcategories so that it is fair, since some aspects of the stay were great and some not so much. Check in process: 2 stars This is not the ‘typical’ hotel entrance where the lobby is on the ground floor. The floor in which you enter is 1/f. The floor of the hotel is 4/f, but this is clearly stated as a signage at the entrance (see photo attached). Upon arrival, I went towards the hotel entrance . There, I stood in front of an operating system, where guests would need to enter the hotel using a key fob. Of course, I wouldn’t have this key fob at hand at check in. There are no clear instructions in any language above the operator stating how you should call the receptionist using the operator to open the door for you (refer to attached photo). Thankfully, a passerby was kind enough to help me call the receptionist and asked her to open the door for me. It is also better to have mobile data at hand so you can communicate with the staff via whatsapp text/call if you cannot enter, since I think this is the faster means of communicating with guests. When I checked in, I explained my confusion to entering the building. I told the receptionist lady that I couldn’t enter since there are no instructions in any language above the operator. She then had the audacity to tell me that there ARE indeed instructions above the operator im English, and I should have followed it. Again, the photo I attached shows no such instructions, so I do not comprehend what she is talking about at all. Upon departure, I voiced out these issues, and the more reasonable receptionists said that they usually send these check in details via email, though I had not received such email(s). Noise level and disturbance: 2 stars My room had really thin walls and you can easily hear people passing through in the hallway. I got to a room with a balcony and up until 2 am, I still continuously heard 2 women talking loudly non-stop in the room next to me. To attempt to put a halt to this, I called the receptionist using the calling button thrice in my room, since the initial receptionist lady who checked me in said they provided 24 hour service, and to my dismay, no one bothered answering me. I had to personally take matters into my own hands and asked them to keep it down. Room and amenities: 5 stars In terms of amenities provided within the room and how it was renovated and all, it deserves 5 stars. It was clean and the amenities provided were plentiful for a short stay.
