Hotel a 2 stelle in Prefettura di Yamanashi, Giappone

We had a truly very pleasant 1-night stay at White Wing. The hotel decorated in vintage style and is cozy and warm. Amenities are available as listed and sufficient. Room is spacious for 3 people. Beds are comfy. No unpleasant odor. Private bathroom and toilet are separated and clean. The hotel also offer onsen in the evening. Breakfast came in a Japanese traditional set (with big bowl of rice for you to refill) and it was delicious! The hosts’, Mr and Mrs Hada, service was outstanding. They are super friendly and kind. Though we are Thais with -0.5 Japanese skill, they tried to communicate with us and entertain us using English and GG translation. This made my stay more fun! I’m so thankful for them at this point. They enthusiastically showed us Fuji mountain pictures they captured from different times of the year and other collectibles . They also recommended us sightseeing spots around yamanaka-ko and other places they we can visit along our way back to tokyo to ensure us can enjoy Fuji-san the most. They even offered a short trip taking us to the spot where we can comtemplate and take pictures of the iconic Diamond Fuji in Yamanaka-ko. We are so impressed by their hospitality. Thank you for making our first trip to Fuji memorable. Although, I didn’t get the room with the mountain view but it is totally fine! The Fuji is right in front of the hotel, you can enjoy the majestic view as soon as you step out of the hotel door! So beautiful. The only thing I would like the hotel to have is a microwave. I bought some food from the convenience store and like to heat them up at the hotel before eat but I end up can’t find one 🥲. It was late at night so I didn’t bother the host, so I was not sure if there is or not.

L'ospite ha un ristorante con buona ciambella. L'intera casa è calda e accogliente. È limitata la struttura per la famiglia, ma la vista e il prezzo più alto. Camminare a circa 15 minuti a piedi a Kawaguchiko Eki. P/S: Condividi e apri solo il bagno.

I arrived late at night from Fuji Station and had to pay 3,700 yen for a taxi. I was surprised when I got there because the house was located on a hill and the road was very dark. I asked the taxi driver to wait while I walked down to check. Luckily, the lights were on and I found the host waiting to welcome us warmly, even though it was already late. Owner had already prepared hot water and asked what time we would like to take a bath. She even guided us to a small onsen. The host was very attentive and kind. Although the place looked a bit scary at night from the outside, the inside was very warm and cozy. When I woke up the next morning, I felt completely rested. The room was clean, and the host’s hospitality made the whole experience feel so worthwhile. I felt like the money I spent was totally worth it—it gave me not only comfort but also beautiful memories. The atmosphere was like staying in a countryside vacation home—quiet, peaceful, and heartwarming. If you’re planning to rent a car, this is definitely a place I’d recommend. There’s a parking space, and it’s not crowded at all. I truly want to recommend this place!

L'hotel è gestito da un signore anziano, quindi non potevamo arrivare a lui per posta elettronica quando volevamo mandargli il nostro bagaglio, quindi dovevamo mandarlo direttamente al nostro prossimo posto. L’hotel stesso è in un edificio piuttosto vecchio, quindi sicuramente sarà fino al gusto più confortevole dei viaggiatori, ma era pulito e pulito, e la vista dalla stanza era sorprendente 😍 Da quando il palazzo era vecchio, non appena arrivarono più alloggi, si profumava un odore insoddisfacente dalla vasca. Anche io suggerisco di portare i vostri pantaloni, perché i magazzini sono tenuti a togliere le scarpe dalla soglia come nelle case più tradizionali giapponesi, quindi se avete problemi con i pantaloni indossati da qualcun altro prima di voi, Prendetevi il vostro. I letti di futon erano molto confortevoli, ma il cappello era piuttosto caldo per il tempo (siamo andati in aprile). In tutto, si ottiene tutte le cose più necessarie come spazzole dentali, bagni, asciugamani. Per il suo prezzo è molto bello :) E la posizione è a 25 minuti a piedi dalla stazione Kawaguchiko, e la passeggiata è molto bello con vista a Fuji-san da molte strade.

Un'esperienza davvero unica. Era la prima volta che alloggiavo in un hotel con bagni in comune, come un dormitorio universitario. Le strutture erano un po' datate, ma per fortuna i giapponesi mantengono un alto livello di pulizia. Il proprietario mi ha aiutato con i bagagli, ma ho dovuto rifare il letto da solo. A febbraio, faceva un po' freddo uscire dalla stanza per lavarmi i denti e il viso. La posizione era un grande vantaggio, a soli 2 minuti a piedi dalla stazione di Kawaguchiko. Ho potuto depositare i bagagli e iniziare a esplorare non appena arrivato. Il Monte Fuji era visibile proprio fuori dalla porta, e persino la nostra camera con tatami ne aveva una vista dalla finestra. La stazione di Kawaguchiko è anche un ottimo posto per scattare foto; puoi alzarti presto e scattare molte foto prima che arrivi la folla. È anche molto vicino al famoso minimarket Lawson. C'è un bagno pubblico al piano superiore, quindi puoi goderti un bagno ammirando il Monte Fuji la mattina presto.

The front desk are so helpful & friendly, made you feel welcomed. However, bicycles for rental are limited as it will be 1st come, 1st served basis. Bath towel & toothbrush are available for 100 yen each. No escalator here so you need to climb the stairs with your lugagge. The bathroom & shower room's lights are motion detected. Overall a decent stay for me, just that my room cannot connected to the free wifi provided. You definitely can see the Mt.Fuji's view once you exit the entrance. Nearest lawson is 1km away while family mart is 600m away. Buses stop services at 5pm so please plan your trip. Most of the F & B outlets are closed by 8pm. It's a countryside village after all.

Il B&B è molto caratteristico e molto vicino alla stazione di Kawaguchiko. Quando si guarda lo spettacolo pirotecnico in inverno, è raro trovare un hotel con una buona posizione, con vista sul Monte Fuji dalla camera e un hotel così conveniente. La zia che ha fatto il check-in è stata gentilissima e ci ha fatto conoscere l'uso e le precauzioni di ogni spazio, inoltre ha preparato personalmente i sacchetti per la colazione e le marmellate. Anche l'area di sosta è arredata con cura e qui soggiornano molti viaggiatori provenienti da diversi paesi. Dopo il check-out, ho fatto premurosamente anche un piccolo regalo.

upon arrival we were told the boiler is spoled therefor no heater for bath but was offered a bottle of wine. however he help us to book for fo lprivate onsen inthis hotel as an alternative to our non heated bath. These are great services from the hotel. however upon getting into the room we found that the air con is noisy. we approached the hotel staff again. as we were had used this hotel 4 months ago and really liked this place. at that time we book the tatimi style room. this tine with bed and the bed is too low in height and not too xonfortable. the hotel staff offers to upgrade us to a tatimi style room with its orivate onsen in the same room from the second night of stay onwards This is a great gesture from them as we have booked for 5 nights of atay otherwise it would have been a rather unpleasant stay. i am pleased with the hotel staff in ther service recovery approach and enjoy the rest of the stay here.

Situato proprio davanti al lago Shoji. Puoi vedere mt Fuji dalla tua camera. Il personale qui è il secondo a nessuno!! Il personale è stato molto utile e amichevole anche. Parcheggio sufficiente per ogni ospite. Con questo prezzo, direi che questa aspettative “sull’estremità”.

La stanza non è grande, il bagno è piccolo, e il bagno può dire che è stato preparato per la montagna di Fuji. Ma la mattina dopo la pioggia, il sole non è stato visto. Ingresso in hotel per chiamare le persone per andare a casa
