Hotel a 4 stelle in Azzorre, Portogallo

Gostei de quase tudo. Classificação acima da média. Não gostei que o quarto tivesse uma cama tão pequena.

Buon hotel, camere pulite, spaziose e in una posizione spettacolare per il panorama. Ho bisogno di una macchina per andarci. Struttura un po' vecchia, forse migliorabile, ma comunque consigliabile

I WAS PLEASANTLY SURPRISED TO FIND A VERY COMFORTABLE WEEK'S STAY AT HOTEL INATEL. IT IS SMALL AND LOVELY AND EASY TO MANUEVER AROUND THE HOTEL OR TO WALK OR DRIVE TO THE CENTER AND WELL BEYOND THIS VERY CHARMING AND BEAUTIFUL GRACIOISA ISLAND. I FELT VERY AT HOME AT THE HOTEL. EVERYTHING WAS MANAGED VERY WELL BY THE ENTIRE STAFF. THE RESTAURANT SERVED A 3 COURSE DINNER THAT WAS BETTER THAN THE LOCAL RESTAURANTS AND COST LESS MONEY. I HOPE TO RETURN TO GRACIOSA TO THE CARAPACHO THERMAL BATHS AND THE HOTEL GRACIOSA INATEL THANK YOU, H.L. USA

Incredibile!!!! Attenzione estremamente simpatica e prestativa, ambiente accogliente pulito, colazione incredibile con quattro tavoli piene di prodotti, veramente rappresentano il peluno pranzo hotel che tutti idealizzamo! La vista della camera era perfetta per il giardino, privato, con accesso alla sauna jaccuzy e alla piscina. Questo soggiorno ha superato tutte le mie aspettative, staff Incredibile anche!!!

We had a lovely stay at ANC. We spent 2 nights there after flying in from NYC. It was nice to have the pool, the terrace and be in walking distance to the beach (even though when we went there was too much seaweed to swim) most of the people at the front desk were very helpful. You can also walk to Caloura. These were all good things as we got acclimated from jet lag. Peaceful. One person in particular helped me with reservations and good details on our plans. The dinner was good and the breakfasts seem to be the usual fare, a good variety. We’d recommend staying here.

Mentre l'hotel era molto moderno, sembrava mancare le basi come una caldaia nella stanza (c'è una macchina nespresso ma per ogni bevitore di tè là fuori sapranno che fare tè attraverso una macchina del caffè è lontano dall'ideale) e essere in grado di ottenere un Iron.Invece, si prevede di mettere i prodotti per il lavaggio quando tutto quello che volevamo fare era correre un ferro sopra una camicia per la sera. La piscina è stupenda, ma ha le camere più incomode che si possa trovare. Sembrano grandi, ma il massimo soggiorno al bagno è meno di un'ora prima che tutto il corpo si incastra. Sembra che questo stupendo hotel cerca di essere un po' sopra la sua classifica stellare e non si trova in questi pochi punti cercando solo un po' troppo duro per il soggiorno clienti. Le camere erano molto pulite, anche se i segni di un po'di indossamento e lacrime stanno già iniziando a mostrare. La posizione è eccellente e il personale è utile, gentile e accogliente. Non sono sicuro se rimarremmo ancora in piedi, perché siamo veri adoratori del sole e si sono davvero impegnati a godere della zona di piscina qui.

The first room I was given was very old, with a broken floor, damp on the wall by the bed, and paint that was peeling and coming off. The room was located in a separate building from the hotel. I was quite disappointed because this is not what one would expect from a 4-star hotel. The explanation I was given was that I had booked through a budget platform. Luckily, after changing rooms twice, I was finally able to get a room in the hotel’s main building. The reception staff were very kind and understanding of my family’s needs. Once in the main building, everything was exactly as expected. The pool is beautiful with a stunning view, which is the reason I have returned to this property for the fifth time.

Hotel pulito, colazione economica. Piscina vecchia (non molto pulita) e nessun accesso alla palestra. Lontano dalla città e senza servizio navetta. Nessun ristorante, solo un bar con cibo normale come hamburger e pizza (non molto buoni).

Buona posizione. Ottimo personale. Piccolo hotel carino. Ottima qualità/prezzo.

Мы довольны сервисом и расположением отеля. На завтрак был большой выбор, интересная система заказа дополнительного завтрака. Очень хороший спортзал, были там каждый вечер. Наличие сауны тоже отличное решение, чтобы расслабиться после ежедневных походов в горы. Порадовало наличие парковочных мест рядом с отелем. При выселении была какая-то системная ошибка, надеюсь, что персонал её решил. Так как мы спешили в аэропорт и не смогли ждать обновление их информации, а просто отдали ключи от номера.
