Hotel a 4 stelle in Azzorre, Portogallo

La nostra esperienza in questo hotel è stata meravigliosa. Noi accentuiamo l'attenzione del personale, sempre amabile e disposto a aiutare in qualsiasi momento. La colazione è stata di alta qualità, con una vasta gamma di opzioni per tutti i gusti, servito in una bella sala con grandi cristalline e una vista spettacolare sulle montagne. La stanza era perfettamente attrezzata, pulita e molto confortevole, soddisfacendo tutte le nostre aspettative. Il Spa è stato senza dubbio uno dei punti forti della nostra estate: le piscine interne e esterne di acque termali offrono un'esperienza rilassante unica.

Mentre l'hotel era molto moderno, sembrava mancare le basi come una caldaia nella stanza (c'è una macchina nespresso ma per ogni bevitore di tè là fuori sapranno che fare tè attraverso una macchina del caffè è lontano dall'ideale) e essere in grado di ottenere un Iron.Invece, si prevede di mettere i prodotti per il lavaggio quando tutto quello che volevamo fare era correre un ferro sopra una camicia per la sera. La piscina è stupenda, ma ha le camere più incomode che si possa trovare. Sembrano grandi, ma il massimo soggiorno al bagno è meno di un'ora prima che tutto il corpo si incastra. Sembra che questo stupendo hotel cerca di essere un po' sopra la sua classifica stellare e non si trova in questi pochi punti cercando solo un po' troppo duro per il soggiorno clienti. Le camere erano molto pulite, anche se i segni di un po'di indossamento e lacrime stanno già iniziando a mostrare. La posizione è eccellente e il personale è utile, gentile e accogliente. Non sono sicuro se rimarremmo ancora in piedi, perché siamo veri adoratori del sole e si sono davvero impegnati a godere della zona di piscina qui.

The Charming Hotel is a beautifully preserved historic building with a warm, inviting atmosphere. The rooms are comfortable and well-equipped with most of the amenities you’d expect, including a glass bottle of water that is refilled daily. Complimentary coffee is available throughout the day on the ground floor. The staff were exceptionally accommodating—I made use of the luggage storage and was even able to return after checkout to enjoy a coffee and relax on the patio before my departure. Breakfast was well-prepared and a lovely start to the day. One thing to note: access to rooms is only by stairs, so guests with heavy luggage should keep this in mind. Overall, this hotel offers a wonderful experience in a fantastic location. I would gladly stay here again.

La prima stanza che mi fu data era molto vecchia, con un piano rotto, un vapore sul muro vicino al letto, e la pittura che stava pelliccendo e uscindo. La stanza era situata in un edificio separato dall'hotel. Sono stato deluso perché non è ciò che si aspetta da un hotel 4-star. L'esplicazione che mi è stata data è che ho prenotato attraverso una piattaforma di bilancio. Fortunatamente, dopo aver cambiato le camere due volte, ho finalmente potuto ottenere una stanza nell'edificio principale dell'hotel. Il personale della ricezione era molto gentile e comprendeva le esigenze della mia famiglia. Un giorno nell'edificio principale, tutto era esattamente come si aspettava. La piscina è bella con una vista stupenda, e questo è il motivo per cui sono tornato a questa proprietà per la quinta volta.

We had a lovely stay at ANC. We spent 2 nights there after flying in from NYC. It was nice to have the pool, the terrace and be in walking distance to the beach (even though when we went there was too much seaweed to swim) most of the people at the front desk were very helpful. You can also walk to Caloura. These were all good things as we got acclimated from jet lag. Peaceful. One person in particular helped me with reservations and good details on our plans. The dinner was good and the breakfasts seem to be the usual fare, a good variety. We’d recommend staying here.

I WAS PLEASANTLY SURPRISED TO FIND A VERY COMFORTABLE WEEK'S STAY AT HOTEL INATEL. IT IS SMALL AND LOVELY AND EASY TO MANUEVER AROUND THE HOTEL OR TO WALK OR DRIVE TO THE CENTER AND WELL BEYOND THIS VERY CHARMING AND BEAUTIFUL GRACIOISA ISLAND. I FELT VERY AT HOME AT THE HOTEL. EVERYTHING WAS MANAGED VERY WELL BY THE ENTIRE STAFF. THE RESTAURANT SERVED A 3 COURSE DINNER THAT WAS BETTER THAN THE LOCAL RESTAURANTS AND COST LESS MONEY. I HOPE TO RETURN TO GRACIOSA TO THE CARAPACHO THERMAL BATHS AND THE HOTEL GRACIOSA INATEL THANK YOU, H.L. USA

Did not like at all. Location is excellent, in the heart of Ponta Delgada. Check-in process is quite embarrassing - self check-in with instructions, sent only 1 hour before check-in after I insisted. Charged for parking, which must be free, as per information on Trip.com, saying “sorry, the information is inaccurate”. The price on their website was twice cheaper than at Trip.com. The room was nice, quite practical with lots of amenities, but some of them were broken. Not that much space, not good with children. Can’t recommend at all, sorry

We stayed for one night in an apartment. We were allowed to check in early which was great. The apartment was very spacious and had everything that you would need. The balcony was huge and had a great view. The only downside was that the bedroom and bathroom were really hot. There was air con in the living room but that did nothing for the rest of the apartment. We slept with the bedroom door open but then got bit to pieces by mozzies! Not sure we would stay in an apartment again but if the rooms have air con then we would try that.

Location is bang in centre of city centre. You can walk absolutely to the heart of the city. Parking can be nightmare. The street on which the hotel is, is narrow and cobbled. We had a tape on our car the second day coz there was a construction on the building it was parked in front. Quite weird. But nonetheless, everything else is quite ok. There’s a lovely pizza place next doors which we felt was better place to have a meal than the restaurant on the property.
