Hotel a 5 stelle in Florida, Stati Uniti d'America

Ci sono stato tre anni fa e mi è sembrato piuttosto esclusivo. Quando sono tornato questa volta, era diverso dal passato. C'erano pochi prodotti per la colazione, la stanza era piccola e c'era un grande divario tra prezzo e servizio. Miami non è la Miami di ieri e il Ritz-Carlton non è più glorioso.

The resort was very beautiful and well maintained. The cottage we stayed in was spacious and we really liked the decor and how soft the beds were. The food was good but a little pricey. We were not impressed with the cabana rental. The cabana was not ready when we arrived. We had to wait for it to be cleaned and set up. The cabana was not labeled and we were confused on which cabana was ours as there were 2 next to each other. We asked when service would start and we were told 10am, then we asked again at 10:45, then went to the front office at 11:30 and when 12pm rolled around with no service we decided to leave and get our money back on the cabana. At that point all we paid for was a chair and towel which did not meet our expectation when spending $250.00 on a cabana for the day. I would recommend several things for the cabana. 1. Number the cabanas so you can clearly see the number. Telling us Cabana 2 does not help when they are beside each other. 2. Stock the min fridge with water. 3. Clearly explain on the cabana rental that food/service will not start until a certain time. We expected to at least get something to drink while in the cabana. 4. Install a call button or app that you can be in contact with someone when you need something. There was a significant delay on getting our refund. And we do appreciate the Manager helping us on Friday get that resolved before we checked out on Saturday morning. All in all, the resort was great. We loved the vibe and updates made to the property. The rooms were comfortable and fresh, and we loved the beds as they were very comfortable, and the sheets were so soft. Everyone was friendly and pleasant. We most enjoyed fish like a local with Patrick. We found that the pool in the middle of the property was less used and felt more quiet and more private therefore we spent our time with a good book. I would give the stay at 4.5 out of 5. Highly recommend trying out Three Waters Resort.

L'hotel è bellissimo, le strutture sono grandi e divertenti.Il servizio è di primo piano, soprattutto i barbari del Playa Bar - Marcella è così bello

Ottimo hotel per usare la spiaggia privata e i servizi durante il soggiorno. È stato fantastico anche usare il servizio di ristorazione del ristorante Nobu Miami.

Abbiamo avuto un ottimo soggiorno a Cheeca Lodge! Il personale era molto amichevole, le camere erano molto pulite e le strutture erano fantastiche! Il cibo sul resort era anche delizioso e ben fatto! Abbiamo anche indulgente in un massaggio di coppie che è stato così rilassante - sicuramente saremo indietro!

L'hotel è fantastico, ma non sono ancora pronti per il business. Il personale dell'hotel era sopraffatto, l'attesa per i ristoranti era ridicola. NESSUNA LETTINA DA SPIAGGIA per sedersi e non abbastanza sedie per gli ospiti dell'hotel. Ne abbiamo contate 58 per 2000 ospiti. Pessimo servizio. All'hotel Conrad non c'erano indicazioni per dove andare. Non tornerò in hotel né nei ristoranti della proprietà. Al ristorante Cebia abbiamo avuto un servizio orribile e per il prezzo che applicano, non dovrebbe mai succedere.

Recentemente si è fermato a JWMarriot, a Marco Island. (March 12-15) Riservato due camere che dovevano essere Kings con letto di trappola. Quando siamo arrivati e controllati abbiamo avuto due camere di re senza letto di trappola. Abbiamo avuto i nostri nipoti con noi e abbiamo bisogno dei letti di tiro. L'hotel ha accettato di fornire letto di rotolamento ma molto inconfortabile e non quello che abbiamo pagato. Ho chiesto un rimborso

Devi dare un complimento!La stanza è davvero buona, l'atteggiamento di servizio non è come quello che dice la zona di commento. L'ambiente è buono Spiaggia quasi nessuno, anche se non privata, ma il paesaggio può.Anche se la piscina ha foglie cadute, non è molto sporca, la sua pelle è sensibile ma va bene dopo la nuoto. Qualcuno andrà a pulire le scarpe intorno alla piscina di mattina.Il guaio è raccomandato

This has been and is my favorite hotel in Miami! The location is in the center of Brickell right next to the mall. So it’s possible to walk around. I love the location! The amenities are amazing! I love the pool, I love the gym and the restaurants and bars as well. The rooms are super clean and have a beautiful aesthetic! The entire hotel smells amazing and looks luxurious and amazing as well. You can rent the city bikes for free and have amazing views from the balcony. The rooms are spacious. The staff is very kind! By far my favorite hotel in Miami!

Che fantastico Gem in Florida Keys. Ho viaggiato in tutto il mondo qualche volta e questo posto è un nuovo preferito. Personale, posizione, e la scena era in punto. Piano di tornare presto perché era un piacevole soggiorno e Vegas è molto freddo in questo periodo.
