Il servizio VIP più bello, pulito e rilassante è fornito dall'hotel. Il personale amichevole e attento al desk front è veramente fantastico. Il servizio è eccezionale, e la camera è bella e molto pulita. Questo è il miglior hotel che si possa mai soggiornare, considerando il prezzo ragionevole e la grande posizione. Il servizio VIP è incluso nel prezzo regolare, che è molto. Raccomando fortemente questo hotel alle famiglie e alle imprese. Il ristorante è anche fantastico, con personale amichevole e delizioso cibo.

Un hotel davvero carino, mi è piaciuto molto il mio soggiorno. L'hotel si trova accanto al centro commerciale Sahara e alla fermata dell'autobus, e offre un servizio navetta per una spiaggia locale. Il personale dell'hotel è stato cordiale. La mia camera era grande e dotata di tutti i comfort necessari. La colazione era buona e diversa ogni giorno. Ho soggiornato in altri 2 hotel a 4 stelle nell'Emirates, questo è stato il migliore. L'unica cosa che non mi è piaciuta è che era piuttosto rumoroso di notte perché le finestre della mia camera si affacciavano sulla strada, quindi ho dovuto dormire con i tappi per le orecchie. Ma tutto sommato è stato un soggiorno fantastico!

Its a nice place my kids enjoyed the swimming pool we enjoyed our stay there the staff is very polite and friendly and helpful starting from the security guard, the housekeeping staff, the front desk staff and the receptionist till the restaurant staff (they are so nice and always smiling)

Il servizio al bancone è ottimo, il che è degno di lode! La camera è in linea con le aspettative. C'è una piscina e un ristorante al primo piano. L'hotel è in un'ottima posizione, con minimarket, KFC, ristoranti, farmacie, moschee e sentieri panoramici sul lago. Non ci sono ostacoli intorno all'hotel e il panorama è splendido! C'è un bus navetta gratuito dall'hotel a Sharjah Beach o allo Sharjah Mall, ma il viaggio di ritorno è a vostro carico! (Non conosciamo la zona, il che è più problematico per noi turisti stranieri. Se non volete risparmiare, potete prendere un taxi per tornare direttamente in hotel). Abbiamo soggiornato per 4 notti consecutive e abbiamo scoperto che l'hotel non si occupava della pulizia della camera ogni giorno. Se desiderate pulirla, dovete chiamare il bancone e chiedere che mandino qualcuno a farlo. Inoltre, non ci sono molti tipi di piatti per la colazione e non c'è alcun resto. Sarà un po' noioso se il soggiorno sarà prolungato.

The hotel is very nice and cozy, small hotel sort of boutique type. Has a nice pool and a great beach with a mountain view. It's located in the city making it great to experience the city have a walk on the corniche and dine at different places. Above all the staff is extremely helpful and pleasant to interact act with. My family loved it and thank the whole staff for a great stay there.

Solo per poche ore tra voli, la camera d'albergo e le strutture sono buone, l'atteggiamento del servizio di ricezione front desk è buono, il trasporto è conveniente, le strutture sono buone e pulite, ma devono migliorare ...

(Please note: we ended up having a FAMILY SUITE - ocean view (free upgrade because they were full). Not the Standard Family Room with City View, as is titled here.) We had a great time here. The room service menu is great and we ordered a lot from it and didn't leave the hotel - we chilled, looking at the wonderful view of the water/city side, and ate room service for all our meals.The staff are lovely and welcoming and the water view is nice. We were happy with our stay. The wall is really cute, with no painting, but a desert photo as a full-wall mural. I only stayed at non-smoking hotels during the rest of our UAE stay stay, except this one - I could smell cigarette smoke sometimes when in the toilet room. Must be the vents. The carpet could do with a removal and put wood instead, as it smelt a little smokey but not that noticeable and you don't have a balcony or window. Smoking in hotel rooms seems to be an option in the UAE, given booking options at many hotels in the UAE. Overall, I had a nice time here and would stay there again for a day or 2. We were there to be close to Dubai Airport for the next morning's flight.  Again, the staff were lovely. The sofa bed was comfortable for my son. Next door is a tall building being constructed, so you may hear some noise, depending on how close you are to that - just ask to be away from that side. We were literally on the end wall and closest to it and it wasn't a bother really. We were upgraded to a family suite, on the 16th of 17th floor! It was so roomy and fantastic. So many cupboards and space and you can completely shut the door in the adults room and the kids could be out on the double-bed sofa couch. 

L'hotel era molto buono e molto vicino a casa mia. Ma il servizio è lento. Volevo un asciugamano e uno spazzolino da denti. Portano solo l'asciugamano.

L'hotel è all'interno di un centro commerciale, le camere sembrano un ufficio. Piscina interna, molto povera e troppo occupata, non pari alla capacità dell'hotel. Ho avuto una stanza senza vista sul lago, è buona per dormire e mangiare, ma non per il piacere. Ho avuto anche un problema con il bagno. Non mi sono divertito a stare li'.
