Hotel a 2 stelle in Normandia, Francia

This was our first stay with B&B Hotels, and the first of 5 bidet hotel stays during a two week road trip around France. The B&B hotel in Alençon stood out for several reasons. The availability of EV charging stations was a real bonus and made our journey much easier. The staff on site were exceptionally helpful and welcoming, quite a contrast to our experience of many of the other budget hotels. Staff suggested we ate in neighbouring restaurant where we got a 20% discount. Even though it had gone 9pm. Restaurant were happy to accept us and our discount was applied. Breakfast was another highlight: hot, well-prepared, and consistently replenished, which made for a great start to each day. Our room was also noticeably more spacious than the one we had in Toulouse, and the shower was excellent, with plenty of space, strong water pressure, and reliably hot water. What really made this stay memorable, however, was the staff. Across all five B&B Hotels we stayed in the week, the team here in Alençon were by far the most engaged, attentive, and customer-focused.

Molto lontano dal centro, e poi un tale silenzio ) è arrivato a Natale, e grazie al personale o agli ospiti che hanno aiutato a ottenere il codice per la chiusura elettronica.La stanza è buona, tranquilla.Big bed, non ci sono problemi di acqua.Prima della stazione aspetta 40 minuti a piedi. In 20 minuti c'è un centro commerciale con Ashan. Non c'è abbastanza te' in camera, sarebbe un semplice plus per aggiungerlo. E quindi il bilancio è una buona opzione.

Very basic hotel, but suited our purpose, walking distance of town and restaurants, ideal for a 1 night stopover, very small room.

Pros: The staff is very nice and welcoming. We had a room on the first floor, which was very convenient since the hotel does not have an elevator. However, if you are traveling only with backpacks, this should not be a problem. Although the hotel is relatively inexpensive, it is very cozy and comfortable. We stayed in a room with three beds: one large bed and two smaller beds, as well as a spacious bathroom. Just be aware that the hotel does not provide slippers, but you can ask for water bottle. Cons: The towels could be cleaned better, as they already look quite gray and worn. And on the second day, the housekeeping staff only brought fresh towels and did not make the beds.

Grazie mille per averci permesso di rimanere al tuo posto. E' stato assolutamente meraviglioso. La stanza è spaziosa e ha tutto quello che puoi avere. Ci sono anche una piccola cucina e un bagno privato. È impressionante come questo spazio compatto comprende tutto ciò che è necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. Inoltre, c'è un soggiorno dove si può sedersi e rilassarsi ha un'atmosfera molto accogliente, come l'hotel. L'hotel stesso è molto conveniente, situato non lontano dal centro della città. Ha davvero reso il nostro soggiorno nella città molto più piacevole.

Incubo assoluto con autocontrollo Non avevo il numero di prenotazione corretto quando sono arrivato tardi. Fortunatamente mi sono mostrato l'intercom e ho accesso alla macchina di prenotazione Insegnamenti molto scarsi e molto stressanti dopo un lungo viaggio di giorno. La stanza era una doccia tranquilla e spaziosa quando finalmente sono entrato nella mia stanza, e sono confortevole a letto e benvenuto Aircon. La colazione è stata deliziosa e di buon valore. Torno in agosto, ma la ricezione sarà aperta quando arrivo 😄

Uns hat alles gefallen: sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, schnelles internet, 2 Handtücher pro Person, bequemes Bett, ein sehr sauberes Zimmer, tolle Lage (gleich am Busbahnhof), 5-7 Minuten zu Fuß bis zum Zentrum oder alten Hafen. Wir waren mit der Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden und können das Hotel jedem empfehlen. Wir würden hier nochmal übernachten, wenn wie wieder in Honfleur sind.

Sono arrivato all'hotel il 13 luglio alle 7:30, ma l'hotel ha detto che non c'era nessuna prenotazione nonostante ho mostrato al ricevitore la tua conferma email quindi non potevo rimanere. Ho scritto il tuo servizio di supporto, ma non mi ha aiutato, solo ha detto che non ho diritto a un rimborso, ma non c'era niente a che fare con me, è stato un errore tra la tua compagnia e l'hotel, sono stato diviso. Inviate questo al vostro servizio clienti. Controllate i miei registri saprete quante volte l'ho usato quest'anno.

The location is decent, close to the long-distance bus terminal and not too far from the city center, making it convenient for getting around. The staff were friendly, and the room was relatively spacious compared to what you usually find in hotels in France. The view was also nice and added to the overall experience. However, the air conditioning wasn't working during our stay, and the room was quite cold as a result. This is something the hotel should address to ensure guests have a comfortable stay.
