Could not recommend this hostel enough! The owner and staff were extraordinary kindhearted and went above and beyond to show us their hospitality and culture. It was our first day in china and they introduced us to their local cuisine and helped us get accustomed to the place, showing us around the beautiful town centre. The rooms themselves were lovely and heated with spacious beds that had privacy via a well fitted curtain. I slept for 12 hours in total, they were so comfortable! This was also due to the late check out of 2 o clock, a definite plus! The hostel was very well equipped with a kitchen, washing machine, decorated communal area and a beautiful glass library room with lots of books. This room was one of my favourites with lots of natural light and lovely heat for a cold march! The hostel was well situated with a convenience store a few meters walk and tourist attractions nearby! I’d really recommend to all travellers especially those whose first time it is in china! Yining and this hostel and staff offer so much!

The hostel is close to the train station, but not close enough to walk. And it’s a bit far from the city centre so I had to take a didi every time i go out. Staff are nice, the common space are nice too. You will have to make your own bed and take out the linens when checking out.
Toilets are okay. There was someone in my room who stay long term, so there are a lot of daily stuff all over the dormitory. But I just stayed one night so that’s okay.

L'ambiente, il servizio e le strutture sono tutti molto buoni. Anche la proprietaria è molto diligente e pulita. Ci sono armadietti. Consiglio questo posto quando si visita la contea di Tashkurgan. Ci sono anche molti posti dove mangiare nelle vicinanze. Ho dimenticato di scattare foto. Spero di avere di nuovo l'opportunità di visitare la contea di Tashkurgan.

La posizione dell'hotel è buona, molto vicina alla città antica, e l'auto è di 8 yuan a Hambanza, e ci sono tutti i tipi di cibo dolce. Absolutely loved my stay at Cloud Hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, with stunning views that took my breath away.
Overall, my experience at Cloud Hotel was exceptional. I can't wait to return and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

La casa è pulita, ma la bar è male atteggiamento. Ho voluto vivere più giorni. Non ho un po'di humor immediato. Preferirei vivere più costoso. Non voglio vivere più. Inoltre, online può dire 4.00 Retirare la stanza deve essere ritirato. Non credo che possa ritardare mezz'ora. La posizione è eccellente, vicino alla ”Porta dell'Acqua”, ed è molto comoda per entrare e uscire dalla città antica. Dal balcone si può ammirare la Torre Kunlun, e la vista notturna è spettacolare. Di fronte si trova il centro per spettacoli ”Meet Kashgar”; accanto si trova il punto di check-in per le celebrità di Internet della Torre Kunlun.
Il proprietario è molto attento. In camera vengono preparati non solo bicchieri di plastica per il collutorio, ma anche bicchieri usa e getta. Poiché non ho prestato attenzione al momento della prenotazione, non sapevo che non ci fosse l'aria condizionata. Il proprietario è stato premuroso e ci ha offerto una camera di categoria superiore quando si è liberata.

TTravis and ElishaWow! What an amazing place to stay and how lucky we were to find it. By far the best place we stayed in China. Mrs. Li (the owner) was so genuinely nice and caring, and we felt like part of the family staying there. One of my favorite things in Kashgar was hanging out with her and her family in the evenings. She always invited us at night to hangout in the common area where she would make us tea and share her fresh and dried fruits with us. She was really good at using a translator app, so we were able to have a good conversation with her through that.
She has a great little family. Her son speaks good English and was also very nice. She had a young daughter who also speaks English, but is more shy with it (though she will sing you a Taylor Swift song..she has a great voice). They have 3 cats and the youngest one, little tiger, is just the sweetest and the friendliest cat I have ever met.
It was such a good and warm feeling to stay there. We definitely wish we could visit again. A home away from home. And we were treated so generously in more ways than we can write here.
Mrs. Li asked us right away if there was anything she could help us with, without us having to ask, which we really appreciated, and she took the time to sit down with us to go over our plans. She let us store our luggage for 3 days and walked us out to help us get a taxi when we departed.
While it was the family that made it simply amazing, some might also be interested in the following information.
The location is great. On a quiet street. Close to the big mosque which is a good landmark to use to find the area. And of course close to the old city. It's also really close to the biggest supermarket we have found thus far in China (we have to admit it was nice to get a few ”luxuries” from home like cereal and hot chocolate).
The guesthouse is cute and has a Central Asian feel. The shower works great and is hot. We were there in the winter, and the room has heat if you needed it. Mrs. Li was able to arrange a driver for us to go to Tashkorgun and the Karakorum Highway, which was super helpful. The place was nice and clean.
Thank you so much Mrs. Li! You will be a highlight of our visit to China and will be remembered in our hearts forever.

PS: when we get home I'm going to try to write up a bit about our trip on Tripadvisor because I couldn't find anything about Kashgar on trip advisor since covid, and some things have changed, so I thought it might be helpful for fellow travelers, so look for that.

Llewis23Extremely well located, and great value for money. Happy staff who are very welcoming, and the room had everything it needed.
My only concern was some extremely noisy guests in another room, which continued from midnight until 6am on one of the nights. Admittedly, I did not raise this to the staff as it felt too late to do so, so I cannot comment on how well it would've been handled. I'm sure they would have helped to stop it. It does mean that the soundproofing isn't totally perfect, but everything else was very good.
Enjoyed my stay, will return if I come back to Kashgar.

EemdethuongIn primo luogo, questo hotel accetta stranieri. L'hotel è molto buono ma non grande. Ho prenotato una stanza non fumatori senza finestre (non lo faccia, vai a trovare una stanza con finestre) perché pensavo ci fosse più probabilità che le persone fumassero ancora in stanze non fumatori con finestre.
La prima stanza che mi hanno dato, ha messo la carta chiave sul suolo e l’elettricità non funzionava. Li ha aspettati di controllare senza alcun risultato, quindi sono stato trasferito in un altro stanza. Non fumo, ma sento chiaramente il fumo. Ci sono voluti due giorni per il profumo di fumo per andarsene, che è un peccato.
La stanza è piccola ma abbastanza per un solo come me. Ogni piano hanno costruito 4 linee di camere, le 2 linee medie rimanevano parete a parete tra loro e sono le camere «no-window». Vi consiglio di scegliere la stanza con finestra, perché significa che non condividete molte pareti in altre stanze e avete una finestra per aprire almeno per la circolazione se la stanza è odore o se la stanza è troppo calda. Nel mio caso, la mia camera puzza di fumo, e il sistema di riscaldamento della stanza permette solo 34-37 grade che è pazzesco! Molto caldo se si attiva così ho dovuto smettere tutto il tempo che resto all'hotel. Anche se è ora di inverno, l'intero hotel è già in riscaldamento. Non riesce a regolare la temperatura della stanza è annoiante perché non significa circolazione dell'aria. Ci è una macchina da spruzzare (come un fan) nella stanza, ma non è abbastanza velocemente efficiente. La stanza si sente estremamente soffocante. Ho davvero desiderato una finestra. Anche perché le camere senza finestra condividono 3 pareti con altre camere (non contano il piano superiore), è più probabilità di cattiva fortuna per un rumore strano. Nel mio caso, ho dovuto sopportare una notte di inquietudine con due coppie Uyghur che non possono sopportare la inquietudine e fare ogni sorta di orribile rumore, e non sembrano essere in grado di provare il suono di queste mura.

UUtente ospiteHo prenotato la camera con una sauna privata nella stanza e questo è stato fantastico! Tornando alla stanza ogni giorno dopo aver sciato e sedersi nella sauna mi sentivo bene! Questo buon valore per i soldi. La stanza è molto grande con un lungo balcone e una vista sulle montagne. L'unica cosa mancante è stato il colazione - è iniziato solo a 9.30am, che è un po' tardi per me se voglio iniziare a sciare alle 10 quando inizia il primo ascensore. La distribuzione del colazione era anche molto piccola, avrei apprezzato che il latte di soia fosse incluso, perché non bevo latte.
Il servizio di custodia giornaliera era principalmente la pulizia dei rifiuti e la portata di asciugamani freschi, il pavimento/la tavola non era pulito. Non vi è stata alcuna flessibilità per effettuare un check-out leggermente più tardi e nessun servizio di decollo gratuito come alcuni degli altri hotel nella gamma di prezzi analoga offerta. Il servizio di carico e pick-up è gratuito per il campo sciistico, che è circa 5-min guida dall'hotel.
La parte migliore del mio soggiorno è il personale di accoglienza che è stato amichevole, gentile e utile! Ho bisogno di aiuto per navigare le applicazioni cinesi per recuperare una parcella e non potevo farla sul mio telefono, quindi mi ha aiutato a fare la prenotazione sul suo telefono, collegato con il corriere e pagato per prima, ordinando la logistica per me, E poi gli ho trasferito i soldi, e sono grato per questo perché mi ha aiutato a salvarmi molto tempo e disturbo! Quando ho lasciato il mio cellulare, ho lasciato il telefono in ricevimento quando sono andato all'aeroporto e mi hanno incontrato in giro per la città mentre aspettavo in taxi, per dare il mio telefono a me, perché il conducente non doveva passare il tempo a tornare - così posso catturare il mio volo in tempo. Super grato per la loro gentilezza e il loro sostegno, andare sopra e oltre.

UUtente ospiteL'ostello è vicino alla stazione ferroviaria, ma un po' più lontano dal centro città. È facilmente raggiungibile in taxi o autobus (15-50 minuti di viaggio, 15 minuti a piedi dalla stazione).
Il personale è disponibile. Purtroppo non c'è la cucina, ma ci sono alcuni elettrodomestici a disposizione (un erogatore di acqua calda, un mini lavandino, un forno a microonde, un piccolo scomparto nel frigorifero). La lavanderia è disponibile a un piccolo costo.
C'è un simpatico gatto, ma puzza di fumo, proprio come il resto della struttura. Molti ospiti sono scortesi e lasciano le porte delle camere aperte, quindi le camere puzzano sempre. La direzione deve risolvere questo problema. La pulizia lascia molto a desiderare; i bagni e le docce vengono puliti raramente e ci sono molti capelli, polvere e sporcizia in camera. Da backpacker, però, sono abituato a questo genere di cose, quindi non mi sono trovato male. Nel complesso, il soggiorno è stato accettabile e, per il prezzo, non ci si può lamentare. L'unica cosa che ho trovato estremamente fastidiosa è stato il fumo, quindi toglierò punti per questo nella sezione ”Pulizia e servizio”.

UUtente anonimo位置非常好，在國道邊，停車空間大，離那拉提景區西門開車幾分鐘距離。那拉提景區東門方向堵車嚴重，靠近西門遊玩方便很多。
老闆看到訂房選了安靜要求後，也提前聯繫告知，特惠房外面是吃飯的庭院、離街近，可能會有噪音。實際入住後還好，一方面是雙層玻璃隔音不錯，另一方面自備了耳塞。房間寬敞，窗簾遮光效果很不錯，如果椅子再多一把會更方便放東西。
從民宿往後走可以隔着鞏乃斯河眺望那拉提河谷草原，風景非常美，遇到好幾位旅拍的遊人。

Il personale parla poco in nessun inglese, ma è molto utile.
Cercheranno di risolvere i vostri problemi, finché siete pazienti con il software di traduzione.

eccetto che ci possono essere altri ospiti locali, che sono alti e a volte fumatori nelle altre camere.
Oltre all'ostello è un bel centro commerciale e con molto da mangiare, nel cortile alimentare al terzo piano.

EemdethuongThis hotel can accept foreigners. It is around 1km from Kuqa railway station which is walkable. I arrived very early (6AM). I took forever for check-in because the reception had minimal experience with foreign guests and asked too many (repetitive) questions. She inspected the passport even more thoroughly than the police in Kuqa that I encountered. She asked about the stamps of other countries as well (not sure why and what it has got to do with the hotel check-in). I had a previous Chinese visa which I repetitively said it was old and pointed to the new one, but she kept coming back to it and asking for more info again and again. After almost 30 mins, I was able to come to the room, still the reception came knocking 2 more times for more questions. The second time I had to politely gave a sign that I wanted to sleep for a bit because I had sightseeing to do a couple hours later. I don’t know if this is protocol for Kuqa. So far the most ‘questioning’ hotel which I only expected to happen in Hotan. I negotitated to check in early because I would check out very early the next day (4.30AM) to board the train to Kashgar. It took a while to negotiate but it was possible in the end. Clealiness is so so, not the best but acceptable. It was not a memorable stay but the room will suffice your comfort. Just wish the check-in process would be faster and simpler. 100rmb deposit at check-in which will be refund at check-out.

UUtente ospiteThis accommodation was in an excellent location at the edge of Liuxing street area, near many restaurants and shops. It is near public transport and a main road. The host was super nice and helpful. We chatted quite a bit using translate apps since I did not speak Chinese and he didn't speak English. I booked a single room with a shared bathroom, which was very small and simple, but the host kindly upgraded me to a room with an ensuite for no extra charge. The building is old and could benefit from some renovations, but is clean and well-kept, and it has an old-fashioned charm to it with large, lovely arched windows. The rooms were very basic but sufficient, and the room with the ensuite has a good amount of space. There were nice large windows (although my view was blocked by some signs on the awning). There were curtains but light came through so I recommend bringing a sleep mask, and sound can come from outside so ear plugs also recommended. I also extended my stay for a few nights and the host was very accommodating. I was allowed to use the washing machined which the host helped me with. He also allowed me to leave my bags in the reception area after I checked out. There was wifi. There was tea/water at reception. It is great for someone on a budget. I included photos of the reception as I forgot to take photos of the other rooms. I am very grateful to the host and would stay here again.
