Tôi đã có 1 kỳ nghỉ rất tuyệt ở đây, dù khách sạn mới nhưng phục vụ rất nhiệt tình, lễ Tân đã hỗ trợ tôi checkin sớm trước 1 tiếng và họ vô cùng vui vẻ.
Ngoài ra còn nhiều dịch vụ của khách sạn chưa xây xong như: hầm gửi xe, quầy rượu trên mái, và spa…
Nhưng tổng thể phòng rất sạch sẽ và dễ chịu

Un soggiorno molto piacevole Il balcone della camera con vista mare prenotata appositamente ha una vista fantastica e le strutture hardware della camera d'albergo sono nuovissime e ben mantenute. Il check-in alla reception è stato molto veloce e l'atteggiamento del servizio è stato ottimo. Il direttore Pham Thanh Nam non solo mi ha aiutato a fare il check-in, ma mi ha anche presentato con entusiasmo le strutture dell'hotel la stanza e presentò i servizi della stanza. L'hotel è anche molto comodo per raggiungere i punti panoramici circostanti e nelle vicinanze c'è anche il delizioso Pho Bo preparato dal locale Lao Andy. È stata un'esperienza di alloggio perfetta. La prenoterò di nuovo quando verrò a Halong City in futuro!

The place was great. The morning breakfast had a lot of variety but not too much western food. The restaurants they had were great and the quality of food was great. The speedboats going to and from the islands are always operating which is very convenient. The only downside would be the spa, we booked a 3 hour package and it was not that great. They were not very well trained. And the bedroom we had seemed to have bedbugs. They offered for us to go see the clinic they had on site but we didn’t have enough time. It was a good experience. Wouldn’t stay again though. But the pools were beautiful and the little private beach made it worth it.

Check-in at the Radisson was quick and smooth. The hotel is large and modern with a beautiful lobby. The room was modern and nicely decorated. The outdoor pool was unfortunately very cold as it was not heated, but the indoor pool was pleasantly warm. One downside was that there was no staff at the bar, and no one came by to ask if we wanted drinks or food – although this may have been due to the off-season. On the positive side, they kindly allowed me a fresh-up after check-out, which I greatly appreciated.

We had an amazing stay at S Villa Ha Long! The villa is beautifully designed with a modern and cozy vibe, perfectly located just a short walk from the beach. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The area is peaceful and ideal for relaxing, yet still close to cafes and restaurants. The host was incredibly kind and responsive — we truly felt taken care of. Highly recommended and we’d love to come back!

Мы побывали в бухте Халонг совместно с компанией AMANDA LUXURY CRUSE .Это были самые незабываемые дни! Сразу заметна работа профессионалов. Особо хочется выделить менеджера Lee. Всегда готов помочь решить любой вопрос,а какие он готовит роллы на мастер классах! Отличная, слаженнна работа команды теплохода и отдельный респект работникам ресторана и Шеф повару . Такого разнообразия и крутой подачи блюд не часто встречаешь. 5 блюд на ужин- это великолепно! У нас была каюта повышенной комфортности с панорамными окнами, личным балконов, джакузи .Проживание в этом каюте не передать словами, нужно лично ощутить всю прелесть 👍. Красота и могущество Халонга, прекрасная, комфортабельная каюта, разнообразная программа тура на 3 дня - все это оставило радость, восторг, умиление от этого волшебного круиза! Рекомендуем на все 200%! Тур на 3 дня с AMANDA LUXURY CRUSE нельзя пропустить!

Wonderful 2 nights stay at the DelaSea hotel. What I enjoyed most was the staff as they were all so caring and helpful. Highly professional. From the reception with Hoa taking special care of me not to mention ”Alice” and the others. Same at the restaurant. From the manager to the supervisors to the staff. I can't name them all here but they made my stay very special. Food was really good. Staff attention was ”phenomenal”. The room was great (I got one on the top floors facing the bay) and despite being a very noise sensitive person I slept very well. No loud music noise (it was on a weekend early November). The bed was very comfortable and the air conditioner was not noisy though very efficient. Good shower. I did not use the swimming pool but it looked great. By the way I was told that taking photos from the bay at sunset from the swimming pool is ”the thing to do” :)
I can only praise the staff and the management for the wonderful hospitality even when super busy with big groups (which was the case during my stay).
Based on my personal experience I definitely highly recommend the DelaSea hotel and it will be my choice next time I am in Ha Long.

UUtente anonimoOverall a nice weekend outing from Hanoi. Standard twin rooms didn’t have bath tubs, just a shower without any doors or partitions from the changing areas, so it was a bit chilly taking showers in winter time.
The rooms are facing the field with a thick wooden sliding doors ( for standard room, 1st floor), which made the room very dark even during daytime.
It might have been so much better if there were glass doors for both the shower room & balcony, but that’s the design of your preference, so avoid first floor if you want to stay in brighter rooms.
We booked for 4adults (2rooms), inquired the hotel directly via email for a transport back to Hanoi before our trip, and we only got a quotation for 3pax. A bit weird answer for a “5-star” hotel, isn’t it? Therefore, we decided to book our own transport instead.

CChin Chun HsiaoI participated in this three-day, two-night trip alone with my two children. Before the trip, the online service staff informed me that it was suitable for children and assured me that I could enjoy the journey.
The communication and transfers from Hanoi to the cruise ship were excellent! We arrived in Hanoi at 07:00, but were exhausted and rested in a cafe. Even though we changed our pick-up location on the same day, the luxurious shuttle bus still safely transported us to the pier.
During the trip, I am very grateful to all the staff on the Le Journey Luxury Cruise, especially Mark, who took care of us for three days and two nights, and Owen, who took us to Viet Hai Village on the second day. They were thoughtful and provided us with a sense of adventure while ensuring our complete safety. I loved the Lan Ha Bay itinerary, including cycling through the fields, experiencing the amazing fish foot massage, kayaking freely in Lan Ha Bay to explore caves, and walking on the fine sand of the mysterious white beach. Thank you!
The cruise room was spacious, comfortable, and fragrant! We could fully immerse ourselves in the beautiful scenery of Ha Long Bay and Lan Ha Bay. The sailing was comfortable, and I loved the cruise route selection, which allowed us to get closer to the beautiful scenery and escape the hustle and bustle.
The food on the cruise was also excellent! Whether it was the buffet at lunch, the set menu at dinner, or the set menu at Viet Hai Village, everything was delightful and full of surprises!
I highly recommend the Le Journey Luxury Cruise three-day, two-night itinerary for families with children. The activities, such as cycling in Viet Hai Village and the fish massage, made it an unforgettable adventure for the kids!

UUtente ospiteWe had a wonderful trip with Capella Cruise from start to finish! Organised pick up and drop off from our hotel in old quarter via email before arriving (easy process) and drivers were great! Got to the port and got welcome drinks, then our cruise manager (Tom ”cruise” manager) gave us our keys and explained everything we needed to know for our stay plus our itinerary for the day on the tender boat as we made our way to the cruise! He was a wonderful manager the whole trip! our room was beautiful with ”corner” views of the bay and our own terrace balcony! we only stayed for one night and we think that's enough - we had buffet lunch after we arrived, and then it was time for water activities (pool, water slide, or kayaking), after relaxing abit it was time to enjoy the sunset with happy hour! the views from the top deck were amazing! we went to the spring roll cooking class before dinner and it was lots of fun! dinner time was set dinner - this was perhaps the only thing we thought could be different - dinner was western style, would have been better if it was Vietnamese cuisine! after dinner there were a number of activities you can do - we tried squid fishing (gave up quickly haha) then a group of us that all just met at the pool went to play poker - that was a lot of fun with the crew ******! next morning was an early start to visit the darken caves, sad we didn't get to see the monkeys, after that it was time for buffet lunch before going back to the port! all the crew were so nice and helpful, we really enjoyed our stay at the cruise! We would recommend just one night stay, second day would have been abit boring with repetitive things to do/eat!

은은빛겨울출장겸 여행을 왔는데, 복잡한 호텔보다는 한적한 빌라여서 너무 좋았습니다.
다음에도 로얄 하롱을 예약한다면 꼭 빌라를 추천드리고 싶어요.
다만, 1층이라 창문 밖을 볼 수 없고, 쉽게 창문을 열어놓을 수 없어서 조금은 아쉬웠습니다.
하지만 다른 모든 부분은 만족합니다.

Importante: Se si arriva al pierre sulla vostra auto, siate consapevoli che i locali con voi possono chiedere un onere ingiustificato, e il parcheggio non è indicato, in generale tutta la penisola con pierre - è un deserto abbandonato con case infinite, Quando siamo tornati dalla crociera, abbiamo bloccato la strada con le storie di favola, abbiamo sostenuto per 20 minuti e non abbiamo pagato alla fine.
Ma non ha nulla a che fare con la crociera, tutti amati , la squadra di giovani, il cibo è delizioso, il programma delle lezioni sulla barca è piuttosto in fretta , per un giorno riposato !!!
