Hotel a 3 stelle in Visayas Orientale, Filippine

The location is very good—near Robinson and easily accessible, especially for the elderly. The staff are all nice, kind, and accommodating. My only comments are that the interior could use some renovation: the water taps are difficult to close, some tiles are stained, and the hallway is quite dark and may need repainting. There is no unpleasant smell, but adding a light fragrance could improve the overall ambiance.

Good value for money. Excellent location, close to buses, Gaisano and SM. Lots of places to eat. Staff at check in and Cafe Excellent but sadly the room cleaning staff did not impress me.

Da un lato positivo: un internet molto affidabile e ad alta velocità. In generale, un hotel locale molto di base non si rifletteva davvero nel nome.

Outstanding service. The staffs are kind and helpful. They provide us everything we need in a breeze. The place is always clean.. Very accessible location. perfect.... Worth every cents...👌 I will always choose to stay here whenever I'm in tacloban.

I recently stayed at GoHotels Tacloban for a quick weekend getaway. The room was simple but thoughtfully furnished — clean linens, a comfortable bed, and just enough space to feel at home. I especially appreciated the little touches, like a kettle, a pitcher, and a small desk plus it’s next to Robinson’s Shopping Mall. Staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The lobby had a warm, welcoming vibe and was a nice spot to relax with a cup of coffee in the morning. While the hotel doesn’t offer many luxury amenities, it’s perfect for travelers looking for a clean, quiet, and affordable place to stay. I’d definitely recommend it to solo travelers or couples on a budget. Would stay here again!

The room was small, compared to the original booking that I had reserved. They cannot find my booking reservations so they had to put me in 1 of the rooms available. I booked for a Deluxe Suite, and they said they can’t locate my booking. So they had to transfer me to a smaller room, which is quite a downgrade to what I had paid. No compensations provided. Anyway, the room was still fine, but cleanliness is not at its best. They didnt really do much effort to clear signs of previous visitor. See photo below. Overall experience, average.

Location is accessible to market, shopping centers and beautiful spot. Hotel is very clean and the staff are nice and very accommodating. Food needs to improve a bit.

I love the place neat and cozy. I hope to stay in this venue again soon .. The staff is friendly and the Breakfast they serve is to my liking . God bless and more vacay soon to stay in your place ..

Il controllo del personale è stato sorprendente! Altri membri del personale del resort erano amici e ospitali. Hanno anche un personale di sicurezza visibile. Lo spazio del resort è enorme. Sicuramente prenotera' di nuovo e porterà la mia famiglia. Grande per i bambini e i bambini al cuore. Grazie per il caloroso benvenuto.

This is the second time staying here. I love the bed , linens and pillows. The bathroom with the bathroom collection of large pump bottles of shampoo, body wash and soap are great. The only thing missing was a hand bidet spray and bathroom mirror. This time we had 302D facing the parking which I liked because I could keep my eye on our motorcycle. There is no problem with thieves or anything but it’s nice to look out . Large spacious room.
