The front staff were not friendly, and there was very little warmth or hospitality. Even though our room was already ready, they were very strict about only allowing check-in after 3pm, which made things inconvenient—especially for families travelling with children or elderly. 🏨 Room Condition The hotel is quite old, and it shows. • The room had a noticeable old smell when we entered. • The toilet wasn’t very clean, and water leaked out into the room area, which was uncomfortable and unsafe for kids. • Overall, the upkeep and cleanliness were not at the standard we expected. 🏊 Facilities We went to the pool area but found no staff at the pool counter, which made it difficult to request towels or assistance. The pool area itself is decent, but the lack of staff presence made it feel unmanaged. 📍 Location The hotel is in a convenient central area, close to malls and food outlets, which is the main positive point. ⸻ ⭐ Overall Rating: 2.8/5 Aryaduta Pekanbaru has potential because of its location and brand, but the hospitality, cleanliness, and maintenance need significant improvement. For families, the strict check-in policy, room condition, and lack of staff attention made the stay less comfortable than expected. Overall it was a good experience staying in Novotel Pekanbaru. In fact this is the third time I’m returning to put up this hotel. The fact that it is clean and the rooms are spacious and surely one of the best hotels along the street.

Il servizio è stato efficiente i membri del personale sono stati attenti e rapidi a assistere con qualsiasi richiesta. La selezione del colazione è stata soddisfacente, e la posizione centrale dell’hotel ha reso facile l’accesso alle attrazioni vicine e alle opzioni di cena. Raccomanderò questo hotel per viaggi di business e di svago. Poiché l'hotel è collegato alla Borsa Pekanbaru, offre un buon posto per trasferire la vostra notte con un po' di tempo al cinema e tornare all'hotel per riposare.

I stayed here for three nights, and it was such a great experience. It’s actually my second time, and honestly, it didn’t disappoint. The service was excellent, the staff were friendly, the food was great, and the facilities were well-maintained. Highly recommend staying here! Plus, it’s super easy to get around, and there are plenty of places to eat just a short walk away.

Il personale è amichevole, professionale e sempre pronto ad aiutare con qualsiasi necessità. Il ristorante offre deliziose cibi con una vasta gamma di opzioni, sia per l'attività sia per il tempo libero, Grand Zuri Duri offre un soggiorno rilassante e piacevole, rendendolo una delle migliori scelte della zona.

Un hotel così bello per soggiornare e vicino al centro commerciale. La stanza è grande e pulita. Il personale ha anche aiutato e amichevole

Hotel confortevole a circa 30 minuti dall'aeroporto, situato vicino a un parco e edifici governativi. Il personale era molto amichevole e utile, soprattutto il signor Iman, il piccolo concierge di mattina spostato (sfortunatamente non ho ricevuto il suo nome), e il personale di custodia che ha assistito con il letto extra e consigliato grandi luoghi per visitare. Il check-in da parte del signor Agung era ben fatto.La colazione era buona. In generale, questo è stato il mio primo soggiorno a The Premiere Pekanbaru, ed è stata una piacevole esperienza. Molto raccomandato.

Kebersihan kamar baik, kamar mandi kurang ,ini foto kamar mandinya, sela / nat keramik hitam ( berlumut), menu sarapan enak, pelayanan sangat baik

This is one of the oldest hotels in town but still maintains good service. Recommend this for business travelers.
