The front staff were not friendly, and there was very little warmth or hospitality. Even though our room was already ready, they were very strict about only allowing check-in after 3pm, which made things inconvenient—especially for families travelling with children or elderly. 🏨 Room Condition The hotel is quite old, and it shows. • The room had a noticeable old smell when we entered. • The toilet wasn’t very clean, and water leaked out into the room area, which was uncomfortable and unsafe for kids. • Overall, the upkeep and cleanliness were not at the standard we expected. 🏊 Facilities We went to the pool area but found no staff at the pool counter, which made it difficult to request towels or assistance. The pool area itself is decent, but the lack of staff presence made it feel unmanaged. 📍 Location The hotel is in a convenient central area, close to malls and food outlets, which is the main positive point. ⸻ ⭐ Overall Rating: 2.8/5 Aryaduta Pekanbaru has potential because of its location and brand, but the hospitality, cleanliness, and maintenance need significant improvement. Ho soggiornato a Novotel Pekanbaru con mia moglie e i miei figli per un breve soggiorno. L'hotel era pulito, comodo e familiare. I miei figli hanno davvero goduto della piscina, e il personale è stato amichevole e utile. In generale, era un piacevole soggiorno e una grande scelta per un passaggio familiare.

Buon ambiente con bel colazione. Il soggiorno al tetto è buono per gli hangout con vista completa della città. La camera è spaziosa. Una cosa da migliorare è la caratteristica di resistenza al rumore per la stanza non disponibile, con rumori audibili dal vicino e il suono della campana. In caso contrario, il letto è confortevole, così come, pressione e temperatura dell'acqua sono semplicemente buoni.

Stato qui per 5 giorni 4 notti. Il personale e la ricezione sono stati eccellenti. L'edificio dell'hotel è molto datato e pieno di travestimento e lacrime. L'acqua gonfia dal tetto e causava umidità sul pavimento, si preoccupava, chiamava e testo al loro WhatsApp ma nessuna risposta, quindi aspettava almeno mezz'ora per inviare un tecnico. Il massaggio spa non è né buono né prezioso per i soldi, 2x prezzo da quello che si può ottenere nel centro commerciale SKA.

Benvenuto personale, bella camera pulita e grande posizione all'aeroporto per un breve soggiorno. Servizio in camera è stato veloce e cibo/bevande delizioso! Grazie :)

L'hotel è situato in una posizione fantastica. L'ospitalità era eccellente e il personale era incredibilmente amichevole. Le camere erano senza spot e il team di custodia ha fatto un lavoro straordinario. In generale, ero molto felice. Un grido speciale a Menda dall'ufficio del fronte, che era sempre meraviglioso e ci salutava con un bel sorriso.

Il Grand Zuri Duri è un ottimo hotel che offre un grande comfort e un servizio di alta qualità. Le camere sono pulite, spaziose e ben mantenute, garantendo un piacevole soggiorno per gli ospiti. I booked Hotel Zuri Pekanbaru for my wife, who was on a business trip. She originally wanted to stay at Swiss-Belhotel, but it was fully booked. We looked for another hotel nearby and found this one. It is a 4-star hotel, and the place is very nice. Most importantly, the breakfast was just as delicious as the breakfast at the 5-star hotel we had recently stayed at.

The room was spotless, beautifully presented, and extremely comfortable, with a relaxing, resort-style feel. What really stood out was the consistency—from concierge to breakfast and housekeeping, every detail was flawless. Special thanks to the amazing Front Desk team led by Kak Mifta, along with Bang Dean, Bang Rizki, and the entire breakfast team—everyone was incredible. And a big thank you to Ney, who cooked Indomie for us every morning—her customer service was truly amazing and made each day extra special. This hotel doesn’t just meet expectations—it exceeds them. Grande affare per Rp. 330k incluso colazione. Le camere sono enormi ma vecchie. Il colazione è delizioso, abbastanza varietà da non essere stanca nei 5 giorni che ho soggiornato. La piscina è abbastanza grande e non c'era quasi nessun altro in settimana. La posizione è semplicemente buona.È a 15 minuti a piedi dal centro commerciale Ciputra e intorno alla stessa distanza da Sudirman, quindi è necessario gojek se non vuoi sopportare il calore. La vista della finestra è buona dal lato anteriore, finché non si è turbato da un grande cimitero vicino.
