Hotel a 5 stelle in Prefettura di Hyōgo, Giappone

L'hotel è situato nel parco tematico del parco di Liu Xinguing Island. Prima devi parcheggiare l'auto nel parcheggio F. Dopodiché devi chiamare l'hotel per organizzare il trasporto. Se il telefono cellulare è solo online senza minuti di chiamata locale in Giappone, puoi usare la connessione telefonica diretta all'entrata del parco, Presto ci arriva un autobus speciale all'ingresso del parco.Meno di cinque minuti di auto, arrivano all'hotel. Dopo l'arrivo, si organizzerà un check-in in una bella casa, e si invia un po'di cucina e una bevanda di benvenuto. Anche se non vivo in una stanza tematica, la stanza è molto grande e comoda, e c'è una grande piazza.La stanza offre cibo di frutta e bevande inaspettate. Anche se è già alla fine di maggio, la temperatura è ancora molto bassa alla sera. L'hotel offre con attenzione grandi sacchi e tovaglioli.Purtroppo, troppo spazzolino per vedere le stelle. Il più lodevole è che tutti i dipendenti sono molto attentamente amichevoli, senza provocatori, non sorprende che i punteggi siano così elevati a Google. La cena è Sabusabu, una fusione occidentale, e ogni due ha una tavola di pipistrelli, che è la pipistrelli più deliziosa che abbia mai mangiato. Ogni volta che avro'la possibilita'di andare a Cairo Island, resterò di nuovo. 

Overall, our stay was good, especially the location. The room is a bit old but still well maintained. However, we were not happy with one aspect of the service. A staff member (possibly a manager or senior from the F&B team) was not very professional and came across as quite rude. He physically blocked us from entering the breakfast area without listening to our explanation. We clearly mentioned that our friend was already inside and had a table, and we were just trying to confirm the table number. However, he insisted we go to Level 1 for breakfast and did not allow us to explain further. We had to go back and forth between the lift, trying to contact our friend, which was quite frustrating. Only after we showed him a photo did he finally allow us to enter. What surprised us most was that the restaurant was actually quite empty, with many available tables. We don’t understand why we were told it was full and asked to go elsewhere. We hope the hotel can improve staff communication and professionalism to avoid similar situations in the future.

Pensavo di essere vuoto se fossi al giorno del lavoro, ma sembrava un errore. Qui crowd si muove, lo sanno tutti. Questo è un buon hotel, non importa la posizione, il cibo e la pulizia, è soddisfacente. Questo è l'hotel che voglio andare di nuovo. Raccomandazione ^_^

Beautiful hotel with top notch and warm service staff. Dinner and breakfast was good not to mention the fantastic onsen experience which was the main reason we came here. Last but not least, one of the staff personal noticed that I wasn’t feeling well and offered to me some painkillers. Overall, great and memorable experience!

Я не строила ожиданий от этой поездки и была в приятном шоке! Во первых сам городок такой красивый и уютный, ты не спешишь и наслаждаешься! Во-вторых отель на высшем уровне! Сервис и вежливость персонала поражает, красота внутреннего пространства отеля и дворика! Поразительной красоты Онсен при отеле, все продумано до мельчайших деталей! Номера в отеле очень аутентичные, как и все в целом, а шведский стол на завтрак шикарный! Также трансфер продуман и конечно юката просто чудесная и на любой размер! Говорить могу вечно о том какое же удовольствие я получила! Благодарю!

Excellent location - you can even go to the downtown on foot. Right on the Shin-Kobe station, which means 5mins walking from Shinkansen. Super beautiful city lights in the evening. Strongly recommended!

Food was great and Eri-san was very friendly and helpful. The room was really clean and love the private onsen with amazing view. I love how attentive Eri-san was as well, the timing in which the next meal came was impeccable, allowing me to enjoy the food thoroughly. Other ryokans I have stayed before (despite being more expensive), the breaks between the food served was very short and it felt like I was rushing to eat. The outdoor hotspring bath was great and perfect for people who cannot stand too high temperatures. Unfortunately, when we wanted to dip in Gekkoen's more traditional and older outdoor hotspring, it was being cleaned. Would love to try dipping in it the next time we visit again.

Questa stronza era pura gioia. L'acqua calda di primavera era così rilassante, il paesaggio era stupenda, e tutto era super pulito. Mi sentivo completamente rinfrescata dopo. Uno dei migliori esperienze che abbia mai avuto in Giappone altamente raccomandato!

Nice hotel but need renovation or refurbishment. Hotel was located near to the port, view from our room was fantastic. The breakfast was very nice, they even serve beef burger and fresh orange juice. Lobby lift area has a very good smell. Hotel has private car park with a rate of 1700 yen per day if not mistaken.

Molto consigliato luogo per godere la vostra vacanza con la famiglia o coppia per onsen La mia prima volta a provare ryukan e onsen Ci sono sfogli privati all'aperto e all'interno Ci siamo divertiti tutti bene e abbiamo lasciato buone memorie per me e la mia famiglia. Il personale è gentile e molto utile e c'è un servizio di pick-up complimentare 😍😍 Abbiamo ordinato colazione in camera nostra e il dolce
