Hotel a 3 stelle in Distretto di Brașov, Romania

On the positive side, this small hotel is centrally located, conveniently situated to explore lovely Braşov. The building is also beautifully renovated, well maintained and clean. On the other hand, I found the staff unwelcoming and not helpful. The QR code for requesting help on WhatsApp doesn’t work either. Although I loved the bathroom, the room itself was dim, and could have been fitted with a mirror - the only mirror was the one above the sink in the bathroom. It would also be great to have the option of filling water bottles somewhere; this is a very basic way of minimizing plastic waste. My biggest issue, and the reason I will not recommend this establishment, is the poor mattress quality - mine was thin and lumpy, and even after putting a duvet over it, it was still very uncomfortable. Falling asleep was very challenging. I asked via WhatsApp and also the receptionist to try and resolve the issue for the second night, but nothing further was done but making up the bed with the second duvet that I had already taken from the other bed. Another issue that could have been a potential problem at check-in was that I had not received the entry code for the gate. The receptionist insisted that they had emailed it, which was not true. You need a SIM card that allows phone calls to resolve such issues; I was lucky that a random stranger let me in. Lastly, be aware that breakfast does not cater for dietary requirements.

Loved my stay at Residence Central Annapolis! The location is perfect—right in the middle of the old town, so everything is just a short walk away. The building has this old-world charm, and the room was clean, cozy, and comfortable. The staff were friendly and happy to help with anything I needed. If you're visiting Brașov and want somewhere central with character, this is a great pick!

Ecco perché si dice: Affari di doppia disponibilità: Questo è un enorme plus per me! E' sorprendente difficile trovare hotel che offrono le camere giuste due (due letti separati), ma questo posto li ha nella loro offerta, che è un vantaggio raro e grande. Colazione inclusa: Una colazione deliziosa inclusa nel prezzo è molto conveniente e ha aggiunto un grande valore al soggiorno. Camere senza spazi: La stanza era improvvisamente pulita, rendendo il soggiorno molto confortevole e rilassante. Il servizio è stato eccellente, i membri del personale sono stati incredibilmente gentili, benvenuti e di aiuto per tutta la mia visita.

The place was easy to find on maps. The door has instructions on how to check in as there is three “Ambient” locations, however they are close enough to each other to park at the one you have booked and walk the Pensiune Ambient to check in. Ambient Residence in which i stayed was great. The place had a communal kitchen/dining area, free tea and coffee station on each floor. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, the place was clean and tidy. Hot was came through pretty much instantly. It’s located about 25min walk from the old town area. Highly recommend

La posizione non poteva essere migliore. Nel centro della città. Il personale era bello e il posto era molto bello in un edificio di stile medievale, molto pulito e ben decorato. Tuttavia, la nostra stanza aveva alcune domande. Quando si trovava al piano superiore, l'acqua non era mai calda, ma calda al meglio; poi si rompeva l'oscurita' della finestra e non si poteva chiudere la finestra di notte, il che rende difficile dormire.

La stanza dove siamo rimasti era grande, piacevole e pulita, ma il colazione era molto ricco, ma i prodotti presentati erano puliti e deliziosi, il personale era molto rosa e interessata. Anche se preferiremmo che fosse vicino alla stazione ferroviaria, potrebbe andare a piedi e andare al centro della città di Rski. Un hotel che posso consigliare in pace.

Il personale della reception dell'hotel è molto entusiasta e educato. Il giorno in cui è stato assegnato il regalo. Sono molto sorpreso e ringrazio. La posizione dell'hotel è anche molto buona. È molto vicino al supermercato. Pochi minuti a piedi possono arrivare alla piazza centrale. La stanza è molto calda e pulita. Tutto è buono e vale la pena soggiornare.

Very near to the city square, black church, Catherine gate and so on. just a walking distance. The room is big as we expected to the romanian country and also food nearby and drinking or coffee vendo machine is very helpful for us. Staff is very helpful and never leave us unattended. They are okey to message directly or ask them for any question regarding the town since we are a tourist.

Level 1 room 2 facing toilet with benches outside. Could hear the conversation of people sitting on bench. Very noisy. Door cannot lock properly. No repair done through we stayed for 3 nights. At 6am, the rubbish truck will come n it is very noisy. Counter staff not at desk when we left at 710am. No tissue or bottled water provided in the room.

Nice Hotel - La struttura della camera è buona, il lobby è bello, ma essere pronto a trasportare il bagaglio su 2 brevi voli di scala , prima al lobby e poi all'ascensore per la stanza Inoltre, essere molto attento al parcheggio davanti all'hotel - il retro della macchina è molto vicino alla strada Non mi interessa il cammino verso la vecchia città - 800m?
