Il servizio è stato fantastico. La donna che ci ha accolto al mattino parlava spagnolo e ci ha aiutato con alcuni problemi. Le camere sono perfette per il servizio offerto e la pulizia è standard, come previsto. Abbiamo apprezzato molto la colazione: era buona, varia e di buona qualità. La stazione degli autobus è a soli 10 minuti a piedi e la stazione ferroviaria a 15 minuti. Abbiamo trascorso una buona notte nonostante la vicinanza all'aeroporto.

Per l'hotel che guida principalmente, è relativamente lontano. Devi sedersi in due stazioni prima di arrivare alla stazione di Bruxelles Natale o alla stazione centrale. Devi camminare più di dieci minuti dalla stazione ferroviaria. Solo un piccolo supermercato chiuso alle 8:00. La porta del bagno è più visibile e la privacy non è sufficiente!Il primo giorno di lavaggio ha scoperto che il bagno era vuoto e è stato aggiunto il giorno successivo!

We had a lovely stay at Sleep & Go expo. The room is very clean and cute, even the bathroom is really fine. The location is quite alright as well, didn’t take too long to travel to the city centre. However, the online check in system is rather confusing- it still requires payment even if I had successfully paid and received the confirmation. And late check in could cause some issues - we arrived around 10 pm and thankfully checked in fine with self check in instructions. But we met some other customer who were completely confused and didn’t manage to get their keys until we were there and opened the box. And the bed sheet has a very small yellow stain - but to be fair except that, the overall cleanness is pleasant. Will definitely come back again.

Ottima scelta per soggiornare vicino all’aeroporto. Holiday Inn Express Brussels Airport by IHG offre un ambiente pulito, moderno e funzionale, ideale sia per brevi soste sia per viaggi di lavoro. La camera era ben insonorizzata, con letto comodo e tutto il necessario per riposare al meglio. Ho apprezzato molto l’ordine e la cura degli spazi comuni, sempre impeccabili. La colazione inclusa è un vero punto di forza: semplice ma completa, con prodotti freschi e buona organizzazione anche nelle ore di punta. Personale cordiale e disponibile, pronto ad aiutare in ogni momento. Il servizio navetta da/per l’aeroporto è efficiente e rende il soggiorno ancora più pratico. Esperienza molto positiva, hotel affidabile e ben gestito. Lo sceglierei nuovamente senza esitazione.

La camera era spaziosa e molto confortevole. C'è un Carrefour nelle vicinanze dove è possibile fare la spesa facilmente. La receptionist è stata super gentile e ho apprezzato molto il caffè disponibile 24 ore su 24 nella hall. Anche la lavanderia self-service nel seminterrato era molto comoda. Tornerò sicuramente qui la prossima volta che visiterò Bruxelles!

We recently stayed at the ibis budget Leuven Centrum for a short work trip, and overall, it met our basic needs. The location near the train station was convenient for getting around quickly, which was helpful given our tight schedule. Check-in was easy, and the staff we interacted with were polite and efficient. Our rooms were simple and compact, as expected for a budget hotel, but they were clean and had the essentials—comfortable enough beds, functional showers, and a generally quiet environment for resting after long workdays. The limited space meant it wasn’t ideal for spending much time in the room, but it worked fine for sleeping and getting ready each day. Amenities were minimal, and the interior felt a bit worn, though nothing that negatively affected our stay. For a short, no-frills work visit, the hotel was adequate. If you’re looking mainly for affordability and convenience rather than comfort or extra features, it does the job.
