Great Breakfast and Friendly Staff, but Poor Communication on Facilities I have mixed feelings about my 3-night stay. While there were some high points, the handling of basic facilities and staff communication led me to give a 3-star rating. The stay started strong with Jill at check-in, who was incredibly friendly and welcoming. I also really enjoyed the free daily breakfast. it was delicious, and having a machine for freshly ground and brewed coffee was a major plus. The room itself was comfortable, though I did have some technical trouble trying to cast from my phone to the TV. My main issue was the laundry situation. Upon arrival, I was told the machines were out of order and directed to a local laundromat (a 5-minute drive). Unfortunately, that laundromat was constantly full and a total waste of time. What frustrated me most was seeing other guests using the hotel’s ”broken” machines. When I called to clarify, the staff member was quite dismissive, insisting there was an ”out of order” sign on the door. I was staying literally next door to the laundry room and can confirm there was no sign there for three days. A handwritten note only appeared the next morning after my complaint. Being told I was wrong when the evidence was right in front of me was very disappointing. I also noticed that access to the breakfast area seemed uncontrolled. It felt like anyone could walk in off the street and eat, which raised some questions about guest-only security and value. Overall: A decent place to sleep with a good breakfast, but the management needs to work on honest communication and facility maintenance.

Am Memorial-Wochenende war das Hotel wie zu erwarten brechend voll. Dennoch verlief der Check-In recht zügig, wenngleich auch sehr unpersönlich und nahezu wortlos. Viel freundlicher erschien mir das Personal auch in den folgenden Tagen nicht. Das Zimmer war groß und sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Matratze war ausreichend fest, das Sofa an einigen Stellen leider etwas durchgelegen und zu nah an der Klimaanlage. Alles für einen dreitägigen Aufenthalt Notwendige war vorhanden. Extrem störend waren die hellhörigen Wände, man hörte aus den Nachbarzimmern praktisch jedes Wort. Beim Frühstück ging es hektisch zu. Der Raum fürs Buffet ist vom restlichen Frühstücksraum abgetrennt und in ihm wird es schnell eng. Das Übliche wurde serviert: Rührei, Bratkartoffeln und Burger Patties (wenig schmackhaft), außerdem Toast, Waffeln, Cerealien und Obst.

When we first arrived to the hotel we were amazed at the location, you can’t get any closer to the park entrance than this, literally steps away. The check in process was fast and easy. The room and the property itself beautiful and very well maintained, most importantly it was clean. The room was big and had a kitchen which is always nice when traveling with little ones. And they have laundry on site as well. The pool is small but nice and had an amazing view. The only negatives I have about the hotel is that there is no gym, no room service, and the hospitality could have been better. I was considering staying another night and there was rooms available but decided to check out after all, I called and asked for a late check out and the receptionist rudely denied our request stating they didn’t have enough housekeepers and therefore could not accommodate late check out, Not even an hour. If they were not sold out and had lots of rooms to clean, why wouldn’t late check out be allowed? When I did check out it was fast and easy but they did not seem to appreciate our business. Only stating you will get an email receipt. No “thank you for staying with us and we hope you return”. None the less, if we return to visit Zion, which I am sure we will, we will definitely stay here again.

Comfortable and basically clean. There was a little mold in the shower. We stayed in the handicapped room 121 though we didn’t request it. There was also a light out on the bathroom mirror. Biggest disappointment was that breakfast was available but, $16.00 per person more. Not sure this would be my first choice in the future.

Anche se è Windem, è un hotel a due piani. È troppo costoso per Xian Park per mezz'ora. Anche se il noleggio di vestiti può andare a Springdale prima, è solo un po'di tempo. La nostra stanza era pulita e confortevole. Mi sono particolarmente gradito le ombre della finestra elettrica. I letti erano molto confortevoli, mi piaceva la doccia, ma pensavo che le tue asciugamani avrebbero dovuto essere più vicine alla doccia che attraverso la stanza, che era inconveniente. Il colazione era fuori dal mondo, il migliore che abbia mai visto in un lungo periodo, con una grande varietà di articoli sul menu per adattarsi al gusto di chiunque. Il caffè era delizioso, fresco. Quando abbiamo controllato, la signora mi ha iscritto al programma dell'IHG, e ha raccomandato un parco vicino a noi per visitare, e ci è piaciuto passare la mattina lì. Sono stato molto lieto di visitare questo hotel e sicuramente considereremo di rimanere qui per una futura visita a Salt Lake City. Raccomando questo hotel a chiunque visita Salt Lake City per la sua posizione, prezzo ragionevole, e un servizio clienti eccellente fino al dettaglio più piccolo!

普通汽車旅館，基本配置，衞生不錯，位置很好，自駕或搭乘景點班車都很方便，早餐在同類住宿中屬於很不錯的。在當地住宿選擇中屬於性價比較好的，推薦入住。

La piscina era molto fredda, non riscaldata, non ho mai soggiornato in un hotel con una piscina all'interno che era così fredda. Abbiamo scelto la vostra posizione perché ci erano i nostri nipoti per una vacanza che parte era di nuotare con loro. Era troppo fredda. Tutti gli ospiti hanno notato che abbiamo parlato con chi poteva usare il jacuzzi solo dopo che era stato riscaldato; ho detto al personale per via di testo quando mi hanno chiesto come fosse il mio soggiorno e hanno detto che era standard, e solo riscaldato a un certo livello. Poi ho chiesto se potessero ottenere il nostro consenso per nuotare in uno dei loro hotel sorelle e hanno detto che non era possibile se non rimassimo al loro hotel. Sono stato all'hotel per 5 anni con Quality International, quindi sono abituato a situazioni come questo. Poiché eravamo qui per molti giorni, mi è stato chiesto se volessi che la mia stanza fosse fatta ogni giorno e ho detto sì, il primo giorno non era finita, e dovevo chiedere e non era finita fino alle 17.00.
