Our family recently enjoyed a wonderful 4-night stay at this 5-star hotel in Ibiza as part of a week-long holiday. Overall, we were extremely pleased with our experience and would highly recommend this hotel to other families visiting the island.
What We Loved:
Convenient Location: The hotel's proximity to the airport was a significant plus, making our arrival and departure smooth and hassle-free, especially when traveling with family.
Impeccable Cleanliness: We were consistently impressed with the high standards of cleanliness throughout the hotel, from our room to the common areas. This attention to detail truly enhanced our stay.
High-Quality Food: The quality of the ingredients used in the hotel's restaurants was evident in every meal. We thoroughly enjoyed the delicious and fresh food on offer.
Exceptional Staff Service: The staff members we encountered were all incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. Their dedication to providing excellent service made us feel very welcome and well taken care of.
Areas for Improvement:
Restaurant Staffing: During peak meal times, we noticed that the main restaurants seemed understaffed, which unfortunately led to queues. Addressing this issue would significantly improve the dining experience for all guests.
Limited Daytime Activities: While this may have been due to our visit being in the off-season, we felt that there could have been more activities offered during the day to keep guests entertained.
Spa Inclusivity: We were a little disappointed that access to the spa was not included in the main room price, nor was there an option to add it as part of our package. Offering this as an inclusion or an add-on option would be a great enhancement.
Negative Aspects to Report:
We genuinely did not encounter any negative aspects during our stay.
Overall:
Despite the minor areas for improvement mentioned above, our family was extremely satisfied with our stay at this hotel. We believe that if these points are addressed, future guests will undoubtedly have an even more exceptional experience. We would certainly consider staying here again on our next visit to Ibiza.

TTraveler 123Ho avuto recentemente il piacere di stare al Mirador Dalt Vila, a Ibiza, e devo dire che è stata una esperienza incredibile. Da quando sono arrivato fino al momento in cui ho controllato, tutto su questo hotel ha superato le mie aspettative.
In primo luogo, la posizione dell'hotel è semplicemente incredibile. Perche' su una collina che guarda la bella città di Ibiza, le viste dal Mirador Dalt Vila sono assolutamente incredibili. La notte scorsa, il risveglio di una vista panoramica del Mediterraneo e della vecchia città affascinante è stato un vero piacere.
L'hotel è un gioiello di lusso ed eleganza. Le camere sono decorate con gusto, combinando le moderne attrazioni con un toccamento del fascino tradizionale Ibiza. La mia stanza era spaziosa, pulita e ben progettata, e serviva il santuario perfetto dopo un giorno di esplorazione dell'isola.

JJaideabellaWe had a fantastic stay at The Unexpected Hotel in Ibiza! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and well taken care of. At check-in, we were pleasantly surprised with the option to upgrade our room—and we’re so glad we did! The upgraded room was spacious, stylish, and offered stunning views that truly elevated our experience. Even came with a hot tub on the balcony.
The hotel itself lives up to its name in the best way—full of delightful surprises, from the chic decor to the vibrant atmosphere. Every detail was thoughtfully curated, and the service throughout our stay was exceptional.
Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a memorable and luxurious Ibiza getaway. Worth every penny. We’ll definitely be back!

DDanyloOttimo soggiorno con ottimo cibo. Alcuni membri del personale non sono molto amichevoli e molti sembrano molto stanchi. Ma l'hotel in sé è fantastico con persone fantastiche che servono colazione e cena, stanno rendendo il tuo soggiorno molto piacevole.

UUtente ospitePalacio Can Marqués è stato uno dei migliori esperienze hoteliere che abbiamo avuto ovunque. L'hotel stesso si trova in un bellissimo palazzo ben restaurato nel cuore di Palma, a pochi passi da molte cose, pur tranquillo e privato. La nostra suite era piena di carattere, da una biblioteca completamente archiviata a decorazioni uniche. Il personale è estremamente familiare e amichevole.

Issue with the WiFi for over 24 hours, so the hotel gave us a room us to use WiFi in but did not move us to that room permanently so went back and forth when we needed WiFi. A little weird but only lasted a day. Location is right on the beach, away from clubs and very north so not for you if you are looking for that. Staff was great, valeted our car.
