The stay at the service apartments were disappointing and below expectations. My friends and I did not have a good sleep because of the prayer chanting that starts everyday 430-5am, it is very loud and everyone was awoken by it. On top of that, there was a dead cockroach in the corner of the room. Even after house keeping the cockroach was still there. We had to call the lobby to come clean up. One of our friends’ room also had a smell in the apartment, the door was not working very well and the fridge and aircon was also not cold. We requested for a change of room on the last day however the new room was worst, there was a loud buzzing sound coming from the toilet light where left on. Overall, I was quite disappointed with the stays at the service apartments. But the service provided by the staff were okay and acceptable at the least. The location is also not too bad and accessible to most places. I would rate overall 3.5/5.

Had a pleasant stay overall. The hotel room was clean and quiet, making it a comfortable place to relax. Service throughout the hotel was great—staff were consistently polite and friendly, always greeting me warmly no matter where I was in the hotel. Breakfast was another highlight, with a wide variety of options available, including barista-made coffee, which was a nice touch. The only downside is the surrounding area—there’s not much to do nearby, and even the plaza across at Lagoi had very few shops open. Still, if you’re looking for a quiet and relaxing stay with great service, this hotel delivers. Thank you.

As seen from reviews, we drop by a supermarket stocked up before dropping at the wonderful resort. Everything here is good but aging but the rooms are well maintained. When we reached, we were given a choice paid to upgrade to Tirta beach side. Which is the better side. Loved the island bar during evening but the menu is limited, so is the over price japanese restaurant and the main restaurant. Only thing good was it open 24HRs and the food / B'fast was just OK. The only Mart was not opened. Maybe it's open only on weekends. During low tide you could see alot of crabs n fishies. I advise you to visit a supermarket before you check in and check with them about what activity you are kin to do.

Il personale è molto cordiale. Ci hanno dato una camera comunicante anche se avevamo prenotato solo una camera normale. L'hotel è piuttosto vecchio e alcune strutture sono piuttosto logore. Ma nel complesso è ancora buono per questa fascia di prezzo. Anche la posizione è buona. Usciti direttamente e puoi individuare numerosi ristoranti.

Avevo un buon soggiorno. Se vuoi avere tutto in un gusto di colazione indonesiana, ecco il posto. Hanno molte opzioni disponibili. La mia famiglia e io abbiamo avuto un bel tempo di nuoto nella piscina. L'hotel è proprio al di là di un centro commerciale e vicino al terminal della ferrata.

Absolutely loved my stay at the Holiday Inn Resort! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Check-in was quick and smooth. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed—plus, the bed was incredibly comfortable. I especially appreciated the little touches like complimentary bottled water, fresh towels, and a cozy robe and slippers. The hotel’s location is perfect and within walking distance of great shops and restaurants. The on-site restaurant served some of the best meals I’ve had on vacation, and the breakfast spread each morning was top-notch. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending it to everyone I know!

La palestra è abbastanza buona, molte diverse macchine e pulita. Pool fuori di manutenzione per molto tempo ora e tranquillamente piccolo comunque. L'AC è molto alto, ma funziona bene. La camera è spaziale ma il telaio ecc è vecchio e non lascia una vibrazione molto pulita. La maggior parte delle aree dell'hotel sono molto luminose, aggiungendo alle vibrazioni vecchie.

Mi sono divertito qui e ho fatto il luna di miele e per questo posto mi sono innamorato di Batam. il personale è stato molto utile e ben addestrato ...può capire e convertire bene sia in bahasa malese e inglese ...il posto è pulito e disabili-amichevole con rampa e ecc ...il spa è stato bello, la piscina è cleab, camera e ambienza è davvero fresca ...vogliamo rimanere qui ancora ...appropriato per ambiente senza stress anche un po 'di distanza da qualsiasi luogo famoso in batam ma perfetto per guarire e rilassarsi

Check in is fuss free. Cash deposit of 500k rupiah is needed but waived for us cause we were only staying for a night. Room is clean and equipped with cutlery, plates and even stovetop. Great if you want to stay and eat in. Clean drinking water is also available in a bottle dispenser. Fridge is stocked with drinks you can help yourself too (refreshing and welcome change!). Sheets, towels and toilet are also clean. Hair and body soap is provided too. Located on a hill so expect great views in the day when it is light out. Windy at night too should you choose to take an evening walk. Bed is firm (which is also a welcome change). Easy to get around via gojek so staying there is quite fuss free. According to the concierge, pool is available from 730am and gym from 630am. Just note that Panbil Serviced Apartment shares amenities with Wyndham hotel (located side by side) so the pool and gym facilities are next door. You have to walk over from Panbil to Wyndham (level 2). Breakfast is from 6am to 10am. Again, restaurant is shared between Wyndham and Panbil Serviced Apartments so you have to walk over to Wyndham (level 1). The crowd gets intense at 9am so if the restaurant is full you have to wait 10-15min to be seated. Granted, we came during ***** new year break but it might be less crowded at other times of the year. Food is mid at best. They aren’t bad but they aren’t good. There is some novelty to juicing your own fruit juices and helping yourself to shared bottled juices and milk in a fridge. The egg station seems to be the most popular - witnessed people queueing for it for almost 25min and counting. Not sure if it’s that good or just inefficiently run. My suggestion? Skip the breakfast buffet and order in or head out. Cheaper and probably tastier too. If you order food in you need to pick it up downstairs at level 1. The driver might get confused and end up waiting at Wyndham entrance instead so take note.

Hotel molto unico con lussuoso lobby e una piscina grande e pulita. La stanza era spaziosa e pulita. Il personale è anche molto amichevole. Vicino alla Stazione alimentare del Pacifico e la spa octopus. L'hotel offre anche un servizio di autobus gratuito per i grandi centri di batam, che è un punto di più inaspettato.

Great place to stay. There’s backdoor if you going to Nagoya mall. Wish there’s backdoor if going to first spa and shop around Aston Nagoya. The room are clean and staff are helpful. The breakfast are good.

Siamo una famiglia di 4 (2 adulti e 2 bambini di età 11 e 12 anni) e abbiamo chiesto una camera di connessione, ma siamo così sorpresi che l'hotel abbia solo 2 camere di connessione che si trovano a livello non fumatori e a livello fumatori. Abbiamo soggiornato 4D3N e dobbiamo separare i bambini che dormono tra noi. In primo luogo, ci hanno mandato al livello 5, la finestra che si trova di fronte all'edificio dell'hotel sembrava vuota e correva, così spaventoso, così li ho chiesto di cambiare per noi, Fortunatamente, hanno ancora spazio per noi al livello 3 di fronte alla strada. Il cibo era tutto a posto per me e la famiglia, ogni giorno diversi tipi di cibo, ma non molte scelte occidentali. La stanza era spazio e ha un odore, forse il profumo del tessuto, ma tuttora accettabile. Il servizio era buono. chiedere un piatto extra, rubinare plastica, pulire la stanza cambiando il letto, ecc. La posizione si trova a piedi lontano dal centro commerciale di Nagoya Hill. Prendete il centro commerciale BCC, il centro commerciale Mega, in prossimità. Grab/gojek è così veloce e facile a Batam. È una buona esperienza per noi.Dopo tutto, abbiamo divertito a Batam.

A very nice hotel, spacious & clean, helpful staff. The breakfast is good, & we are really enjoy it. This hotel is located nearby city area, & it's very convenient to go around with Grab. The weakness is the sound proofing, especially our room is beside the main road. Quite annoying with the motobike sound, & cant sleep well. For those sensitive to sound, may b can request higher floor. Will definitely come back again next time. Thank you so much

I miei amici e io abbiamo soggiornato di recente all'Hotel e Residence Nagoya Mansion, e in generale, è stata un'esperienza soddisfacente.L'hotel è in una posizione molto conveniente, a pochi passi dal centro commerciale Nagoya Hill, rendendolo ideale per shopping e cena. Le camere erano medie ma adeguate, e la pulizia era fino a standard. Anche se l’assenza di un asciugacapelli nella camera era un piccolo inconveniente, il personale amichevole e professionale era più che compiuto per questo. Sono stati molto accoglienti, anche organizzandoci per controllare in anticipo senza alcuna tassa supplementare, che è stato molto apprezzato. In generale, è stato un piacevole soggiorno. La posizione conveniente e l'eccellente servizio dell'hotel lo rendono molto consigliabile agli altri. Con alcuni miglioramenti alle strutture, sarebbe perfetto!

ambiente del resort molto pulito, ben tenuto, ha una sensazione di serraggio legittima. NOTA; niente tv e vasca da bagno. tutto molto comodo. fondamentalmente ti vengono a prendere per andare ovunque con il passeggino. il servizio è buono anche tutti molto sorridenti e disponibili cibo quindi non puoi aspettarti molto ma un menù ampio. hanno una cucina diversa la camera è bella ma se piove il rumore è piuttosto forte. questa camera del resort non ha la tv. attività. l'enorme laguna è profonda 2,5 m quindi fondamentalmente tutti coloro che entrano in piscina devono indossare il giubbotto di salvataggio. ci sono scivoli, parco giochi gonfiabile. alcune pagaie d'acqua, gommoni ecc. un bel po' di cose con cui giocare ma solo la piscina è profonda. con i bambini devi usare la potenza degli occhi.

The dining experience at Treetops and Saffron was outstanding—every dish was splendid and memorable. The private beach was immaculately maintained and pristine, offering a relaxing environment. My child especially enjoyed playing in the soft, clean sand, making it a perfect family-friendly destination.

Molto bella villa, spaziosa camera con alto soffitto e abbastanza aria condizionata.L'acquisto è venuto con colazione di scelta 1 set ciascuno. Si consiglia il colazione occidentale Luogo esclusivo e freddo.Vicino a avvertire sì che aveva un bel bagno così.  Le piastrelle di piscina di feedback avevano tinture verdi, sicuramente dovute per qualche pulizia.

Ho avuto un buon soggiorno di due notti a Alltrue. Il personale era amichevole, ma non può parlare inglese. La posizione era tranquilla, la stanza era spaziale e pulita. Le strutture come il spa, la palestra e la sauna erano eccellenti, e il buffet ha avuto molte opzioni deliziose. Molto consigliato!

The resort located outside of Bintan Resort, and it takes 40 mins to get there by cab which needs to be booked at the ferry terminal. That aside, it was all worth it as the resort was really private and most importantly the service was top. specifically would like to highlight Fazli and Deden that were extremely helpful and cheerful. They never failed to attend to our queries promptly and went beyond what was expected. Thanks once again for the great experience!

One if the best hotels in Tg Pinang since its quite limited. Room is clean, hotel service is great. And breakfast is great too! Most probably will be my go to hotel if I visit here again!

Arranged for ferry terminal pick up and drop off and the drivers are both courteous and accommodating (though more than twice the price compared to transpo by grab). First room, the aircon not working,i called more than 2-3times to check but nobody come, i even got massage room service for 2hours still nobody come..imagine how hot it is in the room.. after few more hours the maintenance came and say that the aircon got problem just then they decided to transfer me to the other room at the opposite wing. Got plans to celebrate my birthday on that day but just preferred to stay at the room and ordered dinner. The food are ok. The condiments in the room looks messy and the door hinges are broken. Most of the staff i encounter can’t communicate much in english so needs to improve on that part. The overnight stay was not that great but just ok.
