Hotel a 3 stelle in Zhejiang, Cina

La lobby dell'hotel è al primo piano. Quando si entra nella lobby, è possibile sentire l'odore della fragranza che è unica per tutte le stagioni. Nella lobby è presente un'area relax. L'atteggiamento del personale è molto buono buono. È relativamente vicino alla zona panoramica del Lago Occidentale. Ci vogliono 7,8 minuti a piedi per raggiungere la stazione della metropolitana, il che è molto comodo.

Accessible by metro, 20 mins from Hangzhoudong Station on Metro Line 1, right at Exit C. 11 mins walk to Hefang Street too. All the rooms are on L2, so don't expect any views from the top. Room is a little small for 2 but since I'm alone it's ok. Instead of a TV in the room, they've installed a projection screen with a hanging projector from the ceiling. Fully equipped room despite the size. I love that they offer different pillow types and the foam one is perfect. Bed is also firm. The bathroom area is a bit small with the standing shower next to the toilet next to the shower area. Shower area is a good size with good water pressure that heats up fast. Hair dryer is also very good, like a Dyson but local brand. There's also a small gym and self service laundry room here. Hotel was also very kind to extend a complimentary late check out for me till 2pm. Overall a good stay at a reasonable price, happy to stay here again the next time I visit Hangzhou.

Normalmente non faccio un cattivo esame per qualsiasi hotel che ho soggiornato, ma sul lato inferiore, la gestione dell'hotel deve rivedere la funzionalità del loro aria condizionata centralizzata. Mi è stato offerto di aggiornare in una stanza più luminosa con un prezzo che ho accettato graziosamente per 2 notti (si è detto che la stanza era 2 gradi più alta della mia prenotazione originale), in effetti la stanza ha un muro di vetro che affronta il sole del pomeriggio, nonostante l'inverno, Solo per capire che la stanza era troppo calda per rimanere l'oggi pomeriggio, ho cercato di regolare l'aria condizionata ma non riuscivo a causa del suo sistema di controllo centralizzato. Due volte si avvicinò al personale dell'hotel per assistere, fu detto che non potevano regolarlo e si consigliò di ridurre la velocità minima dei fan (provata ma fallita anche). Credevo che la direzione lo sapesse con un avviso che avverte all'ingresso dell'ascensore che cercheranno di adattarsi al meglio per adattarsi alla maggior parte degli ospiti ( foto di vista pl allegato), e credo che questo approccio non sia adatto al settore ospite. Per alleviare la condizione, ho scelto di aprire la porta e la finestra mentre avevo il mio pomeriggio senza ricorrere al condizionamento :( Tuttavia, sulle parti positive, l'hotel offre buon colazione, lavanderia DIY gratuita con detergente a secco, snack pomeriggio ( patate dolci tostate), checkout tardivo, posizione strategica.

L'ambiente dell'hotel è ottimo, la pulizia impeccabile e il bagno è separato. Abbiamo soggiornato qui per diversi giorni in una camera con due letti singoli, che era molto spaziosa. La pulizia della camera veniva effettuata ogni giorno. La posizione è comodissima per raggiungere le attrazioni del Lago dell'Ovest. Anche la stazione ferroviaria di Hangzhou e la stazione dell'alta velocità sono molto vicine. Prendere un taxi è facile, si trova proprio sotto l'hotel. Consiglierei questo hotel ai miei amici, è davvero molto comodo.

La posizione dell'hotel è eccezionale, vicino a centri commerciali, stazioni e attrazioni turistiche, rendendo facile mangiare fuori e spostarsi. La hall è pulita e il check-in è stato efficiente e veloce. La reception è stata gentile e paziente. Le camere sono state pulite in modo impeccabile, i bagni erano asciutti e inodori, il materasso aveva la giusta morbidezza e l'insonorizzazione notturna ha garantito un sonno tranquillo. Le strutture sono complete, con acqua calda costante e aria condizionata funzionante. Considerando la fascia di prezzo, le prestazioni complessive sono eccellenti. È la mia prima scelta per i viaggi e lo consiglio sia per affari che per piacere.

Big Bang, prenotato a caso nel viaggio, molto meglio di quanto previsto, e il servizio è buono. Ora questo hotel a prezzo è così arrotondato, e ci sono lavastoviglie più conveniente. Il posto è anche un po'di piacere per la città, che è che il panino di patate non è così delizioso che si immaginava.

Il soggiorno a Hangzhou Xiaoshan è stato un'esperienza di grande entità. L'hotel ha un'atmosfera accogliente, e tutto dal lobby alle camere è stato pulito e ben presentato. La stanza stessa era confortevole, con una bella struttura e tutti gli elementi essenziali per un piacevole soggiorno. Il servizio di trasporto aeroportuale era molto conveniente e affidabile, mi ha risparmiato molto tempo e disagio quando mi ha catturato il volo. Questo ha reso l'hotel una scelta perfetta per i viaggiatori che valgono facile accesso all'aeroporto. Il servizio è stato anche lodevole, con il personale a essere gentile e attento per tutta la mia permanenza.

Expectations needs to be set before booking this hotel to be fully satisfied with the stay. Pros: staff is nice,polite and helpful. They offer upgrade for more smaller room booking and arranged us to be on the same floor. My mom room was upgraded to an a lot bigger room with washing machine in the room, she was happy to be able to wash her clothes. The location is the main star of this hotel. It's right at the center of attraction , walking distance to west lake , malls, restaurant, and night market. The bed was alrighty for me, it's more towards the harder type which im ok with but the pillow is a little too soft. View from my room window is pretty nice as well. They have tour staff there when we check in. It would be good for people that do not have plan in advance as their price is quite cheap. But do make sure u research all the places that is stated before agreeing on the package. We misunderstood that the package includes tour to tea village, but it's actually some kinda tea center where we wasted an hour ish listening to ppl talking about tea and selling tea to us. Cons: the hotel is hard to find as it's not actually a stand alone hotel building, more like a Airbnb style kinda hotel where a few hotels is in the same building. No card is needed to access the lift so, we do not feel as safe because anyone can just enter our room floor. They uses passcode for the hotel room instead of card which the password was send by the receptionist to the tour staff (not sure if he is the hotel staff or not) phone. We do not feel safe knowing someone else has our room password in their phone 😅 there is not lock inside the room, so we felt anxious about ppl might open our door and come in anytime. Room and overall building is not the cleanest even though they do come and clean daily as it's a pretty old building. So in conclusion, if you book this place for it's location, then hotel is perfect and the price is reasonable for the prime location. But if you prefer clean and security it might not be the best options.

La posizione della camera è simile a Westin, a cinque stelle accanto, ma il prezzo è molto vantaggioso. Se non si preoccupa molto del servizio, qui è la scelta del rapporto prezzo.Ci sono ristoranti sottostanti, 28 bambini adulti per la colazione 14, e dovrebbero essere tutti come colazione. Il prezzo di frutta di mare è buono in genere. Non usciamo dall'hotel per giorni.Questo edificio ha diversi nomi diversi. Non trovare il posto sbagliato.

Walking to the hotel from the railway station can be inconvenient, especially if you have to walk along the busy highway at night, when it's quite dangerous. The safer and more convenient option is to take a ride-hailing service like DiDi. The hotel is clean and offers free airport transfers, and the service is generally good.
