Hotel a 3 stelle in Zhejiang, Cina

La lobby dell'hotel è al primo piano. Quando si entra nella lobby, è possibile sentire l'odore della fragranza che è unica per tutte le stagioni. Nella lobby è presente un'area relax. L'atteggiamento del personale è molto buono buono. È relativamente vicino alla zona panoramica del Lago Occidentale. Ci vogliono 7,8 minuti a piedi per raggiungere la stazione della metropolitana, il che è molto comodo.

My brother had stayed at an atour in beijing before, that's why we decided on this chain. Unfortunately rooms don't look as displayed online - our first room was quite small, hence expensive for given price, we changed it as the room was quite loud facing the main street and realised there was some renovations going on in the building which we weren't informed about when given the room keys. Service was perfect, receptions and workers were attentive and trying to make our stay as pleasant as possible. We got a new room which was bigger and had a better cut, unfortunately the drainage smelled like pee and even pouring shampoo in and cleaning it with hot water didn't help. We didn't report it to the reception as we were too lazy and exhausted to change again or make a fuss. The amenities also look a bit on the lower end and don't fit to atour's reputation of being a premium brand. Though it offers nice breakfast and the location is just a 10mins walk away from hefang street and 10-15mins to west lake. Street itself where atour is located at offers a variety to eat and shop. Beside of the drainage and amenities, our experience was a bit dulled, given the price

L'hotel è vicinissimo alla stazione della metropolitana, a pochi minuti di distanza; è anche vicino a West Lake; offre servizi come una toilette intelligente, tende intelligenti e comodi servizi robotizzati per ordinare cibo da asporto o ricevere consegne a domicilio; c'è persino uno specchio ingranditore per il trucco, ottimo per chi ha problemi di vista; sono disponibili servizi di lavanderia e asciugatura; il personale è molto cordiale e disponibile, il che contribuisce a rendere l'esperienza complessiva davvero piacevole.

L'hotel è a pochi passi dal centro commerciale internazionale di Yiwu (distretto uno). Se non si intende visitare uno distretto, è meglio trovare un altro hotel, perché la distanza a piedi è piuttosto lontana da un distretto all'altro. Abbiamo avuto l'arrivo precoce (circa le 12), e l'ora di check-out è le 2:00. La stanza era decente, con una piccola bagno. C'era un gancio che cade, forse non si attaccato correttamente al muro. L'hotel ha un bagno a piedi (puoi chiedere al ricevitore come usarlo). Spero che mettano le istruzioni su come usare il bagno. Mia madre ha detto che i capelli si sono divertiti dopo aver lavato i capelli con lo shampoo dell'hotel. L'hotel dispone di una lavatrice e di un asciugacapelli per vestiti e per scarpe.Il colazione non era cattivo, ma mi sembra che le piastre e gli utensili non siano puliti (ancora grassi).

L'ambiente dell'hotel è gradevole e ci hanno concesso un late check-out. Anche le strutture sono molto buone. Si trova al 5° piano del Yongjin Plaza, un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. La ragazza alla reception ci ha anche regalato un piccolo omaggio. L'esperienza complessiva del soggiorno è stata ottima e la posizione è molto comoda, vicino al Lago dell'Ovest, con la metropolitana e la stazione dei treni ad alta velocità nelle vicinanze. La prossima volta che verrò a Hangzhou, sceglierò di nuovo di soggiornare qui.

Questo hotel in riva al Lago dell'Ovest offre un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Innanzitutto, la posizione è eccellente: basta attraversare la strada per essere sul lungolago (zona commerciale Hubin Yintai). In secondo luogo, le camere sono piuttosto spaziose (anche se i gradini in ogni stanza sono un po' insoliti, le luci a sensore aiutano, ma non è l'ideale per le sedie a rotelle). Poi, l'hotel offre alcuni servizi a valore aggiunto come lavanderia self-service, esperienza Hanfu e esperienza di pittura su ventaglio. C'è anche un frigorifero con congelatore e alla partenza ci hanno dato un piccolo omaggio (foto 5), un tocco davvero premuroso. Nel complesso, sono rimasto molto soddisfatto.

The room was well-equipped with modern amenities, including a strong and stable Wi-Fi connection, a flat-screen TV, and a powerful air conditioning system that allowed me to set the perfect room temperature. The ensuite bathroom was spotless, with excellent water pressure in the shower and a generous supply of hot water. While I didn't have time to explore all the hotel facilities, the overall environment was quiet and peaceful, which is crucial for a business traveler. The hotel's location in the Changkou area of Fuyang was convenient for my needs, offering a respite from the busier city center while still being accessible. What truly stood out, however, was the consistent high level of service. Every staff member I encountered, from the housekeeping team to the breakfast attendants, was courteous and attentive. In conclusion, my stay at the Vienna International Hotel (Fuyang Changkou) was outstanding. It offers exceptional value for money, combining top-notch comfort, impeccable cleanliness, and superb service. I would not hesitate to choose this hotel again on my next visit to the area and highly recommend it to both business and leisure travelers seeking a reliable and pleasant stay.

provides free transport to the airport, which was only 10mins away - very convenient for those looking for a place to crash before an early flight! the room floor felt sticky but luckily there were hotel room slippers. the room was huge with a huge vanity area + mirror with lights. super comfy bedding and duvet + projector but we couldnt watch anyth thanks to china’s network hahahah it would have been great if we could access n**f*** and d**n**+ 😅 o

Per esigenze di base. L'accento di questo appartamento non è la stanza, ma la posizione. L'edificio è vicino al lago e nella strada shopping. Possiamo tornare fuori dal venerdì per riposare facilmente. La ricezione dell'appartamento è al 9° piano. È un po' difficile per gli stranieri trovarlo, poiché la maggior parte dei segni non sono in inglese.
