La lobby dell'hotel è al primo piano. Quando si entra nella lobby, è possibile sentire l'odore della fragranza che è unica per tutte le stagioni. Nella lobby è presente un'area relax. L'atteggiamento del personale è molto buono buono. È relativamente vicino alla zona panoramica del Lago Occidentale. Ci vogliono 7,8 minuti a piedi per raggiungere la stazione della metropolitana, il che è molto comodo.

ATour X hotel is conveniently located at Exit C of Ding An station. If you prefer to take a train to Xiaoshan airport, there is a direct train line there. Next to the hotel is a huge Family Mart and West Lake is within 10 mins walk as well. Before the trip, we had made calls to the hotel to enquire about the hotel which they had patiently answered. The room was spacious for 2 of us and it was clean and look new to me. There is a laundry room and a gym available as well. The check-in counter is located on first floor while the rooms and amenities are located on second floor. Overall i would recommend this hotel for those looking for convenience and stay slightly away from the crowded touristy area around Wulin night market.

L'hotel è vicinissimo alla stazione della metropolitana, a pochi minuti di distanza; è anche vicino a West Lake; offre servizi come una toilette intelligente, tende intelligenti e comodi servizi robotizzati per ordinare cibo da asporto o ricevere consegne a domicilio; c'è persino uno specchio ingranditore per il trucco, ottimo per chi ha problemi di vista; sono disponibili servizi di lavanderia e asciugatura; il personale è molto cordiale e disponibile, il che contribuisce a rendere l'esperienza complessiva davvero piacevole.

L'hotel è a pochi passi dal centro commerciale internazionale di Yiwu (distretto uno). Se non si intende visitare uno distretto, è meglio trovare un altro hotel, perché la distanza a piedi è piuttosto lontana da un distretto all'altro. Abbiamo avuto l'arrivo precoce (circa le 12), e l'ora di check-out è le 2:00. La stanza era decente, con una piccola bagno. C'era un gancio che cade, forse non si attaccato correttamente al muro. L'hotel ha un bagno a piedi (puoi chiedere al ricevitore come usarlo). Spero che mettano le istruzioni su come usare il bagno. Mia madre ha detto che i capelli si sono divertiti dopo aver lavato i capelli con lo shampoo dell'hotel. L'hotel dispone di una lavatrice e di un asciugacapelli per vestiti e per scarpe.Il colazione non era cattivo, ma mi sembra che le piastre e gli utensili non siano puliti (ancora grassi).

Questo hotel è davvero bello, considerando che si trova proprio in riva al Lago dell'Ovest. La nostra camera era con finestra interna, ma non ci siamo sentiti affatto soffocati grazie al sistema di ventilazione. In più, essendo estate, abbiamo comunque tenuto le finestre e la porta chiuse e l'aria condizionata accesa, quindi la finestra non era un problema così grande. La pulizia della camera è impeccabile, e c'è anche la possibilità di ottenere un upgrade gratuito della tipologia di stanza, il che lo rende decisamente raccomandabile.

Questo hotel in riva al Lago dell'Ovest offre un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Innanzitutto, la posizione è eccellente: basta attraversare la strada per essere sul lungolago (zona commerciale Hubin Yintai). In secondo luogo, le camere sono piuttosto spaziose (anche se i gradini in ogni stanza sono un po' insoliti, le luci a sensore aiutano, ma non è l'ideale per le sedie a rotelle). Poi, l'hotel offre alcuni servizi a valore aggiunto come lavanderia self-service, esperienza Hanfu e esperienza di pittura su ventaglio. C'è anche un frigorifero con congelatore e alla partenza ci hanno dato un piccolo omaggio (foto 5), un tocco davvero premuroso. Nel complesso, sono rimasto molto soddisfatto.

The bed was exceptionally comfortable – the mattress and pillows provided perfect support, ensuring I had two nights of deep, restful sleep. The room was well-equipped with modern amenities, including a strong and stable Wi-Fi connection, a flat-screen TV, and a powerful air conditioning system that allowed me to set the perfect room temperature. The ensuite bathroom was spotless, with excellent water pressure in the shower and a generous supply of hot water. While I didn't have time to explore all the hotel facilities, the overall environment was quiet and peaceful, which is crucial for a business traveler. The hotel's location in the Changkou area of Fuyang was convenient for my needs, offering a respite from the busier city center while still being accessible. What truly stood out, however, was the consistent high level of service. Every staff member I encountered, from the housekeeping team to the breakfast attendants, was courteous and attentive. In conclusion, my stay at the Vienna International Hotel (Fuyang Changkou) was outstanding. It offers exceptional value for money, combining top-notch comfort, impeccable cleanliness, and superb service. I would not hesitate to choose this hotel again on my next visit to the area and highly recommend it to both business and leisure travelers seeking a reliable and pleasant stay.

Il soggiorno a Hangzhou Xiaoshan è stato un'esperienza di grande entità. L'hotel ha un'atmosfera accogliente, e tutto dal lobby alle camere è stato pulito e ben presentato. La stanza stessa era confortevole, con una bella struttura e tutti gli elementi essenziali per un piacevole soggiorno. Il servizio di trasporto aeroportuale era molto conveniente e affidabile, mi ha risparmiato molto tempo e disagio quando mi ha catturato il volo. Questo ha reso l'hotel una scelta perfetta per i viaggiatori che valgono facile accesso all'aeroporto. Il servizio è stato anche lodevole, con il personale a essere gentile e attento per tutta la mia permanenza.

La posizione di questo hotel era perfetta per andare intorno alla città (a causa della sua vicinanza alla stazione della metropolitana, e era solo pochi isolati dal lago. La stanza era molto spaziosa. C'era un po' di travestimento e lacrime, ma in generale è stato molto bello come base per esplorare Hangzhou. Ha anche una vista peek-a-boo, tra i palazzi.

This is actually a great place to stay if you are transiting from one location to the next. I arrived early in the morning and needed to fly out at 7:30pm. The rooms are clean and quite and the staff were very helpful in arranging transportation to the airport. Oh...also the taxi driver dropped me at the wrong hotel when I arrived in the morning. Han Ting Premium Hotel sent their driver over to get me, I thought that was very nice, as the location where I was incorrectly dropped...well let's just say I might have been standing at the curb trying to hail a taxi for a long time and was in no mood for that after a long trip. A great value for the money. Great place to shower and shave, take a nap, or just rest up a bit-before you continue on your way.
