- located in a vantage point that commands a fabulous view of the river - The receptionist, Khalil, is friendly and caring to us. - nice and comfortable room that puts it on the pedestal in the same league; - squeaky clean and spick and span; - very comfortable mattresses. You are mollycoddled, from the very first moment you hit the sack; - quiet but conveniences are a stone's throw away!

L'hotel è ancora buono come sempre.Le strutture sono complete, e si tratta di un nuovo hotel locale.Il colazione è anche molto buona. La prossima volta escogite di soggiornare.

My sister and I just finished visiting my son in Toronto and we decided to visit Montreal. We booked 2 rooms. We had a terrible experience at Royal York Fairmont . We got kicked out from the lobby lounge by Karen over there for voicing our concern for the service being slow. For we had absolutely low expectations for QE. When we checked in there were 3 staff at the counter. 2 of them were engaged in their friendly conversation and one of them stepped up to help us. I thought that was totally unprofessional for the staff chatting among themselves in front of guests. Rooms are basic and clean. The location is central. The staff has showed no warmth and attention. In Asia a hotel of this level will greet u warmly and the better one will remember your name. Services at restaurants in Montreal are top notch. We visited some with long history and the staff took pride to explain to us the history. It is a shame Fairmont has some of best historic buildings in Canada and the staff showed no interest to highlight the history of the buildings. I travelled a lot for me to earn a diamond member here. I will avoid staying at Fairmont and any of their member hotels from now on.

L'Hotel HoneyRose è situato nel cuore della città. Da lobby elegante alle camere ben designate, ogni dettaglio esula conforto e sofisticazione. La posizione centrale dell'hotel lo rende conveniente sia per i viaggiatori di attività sia per i divertimenti. Il letto più alto, le moderne strutture e la posizione creano un tranquillo ritiro. Il personale va al di sopra e al di là per garantire la soddisfazione degli ospiti. – Molto raccomandato per una splendida esperienza.

La posizione dell'hotel è buona, l'ambiente è bello, mangia nel ristorante, la bellezza del lago è coperta dal fondo.

Before Montreal, I have stayed at FS Hong Kong, Guangzhou, Dubai, San Francisco, Macau, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Sydney, Beijing.. This one was by far the worst four seasons I ever stayed even tho the room was amazing with modern design and highly automated. Let alone the extremely bad experience when I checked in which I could write 2000 words about, they even can’t supply enough hot water.. it’s just warm or u could even say it cold as u got your AC on in your room. And they put under construction post near my room idk if it’s because of the argument while checking in then they coming at me, I wish not. I could’ve reported the whole situation to four seasons official email , Instagram, Facebook, Google review etc but I chose to forgive.

Great Recovery by Management – Excellent Location!” Our stay started off on the wrong foot due to a few issues with our initial room. However, I was very impressed with how management handled the situation. They were quick to respond and offered us an upgraded room for our second night, which completely turned our experience around. The hotel is in a fantastic location—walking distance to everything we wanted to see and do. Thanks to the excellent service recovery, we left with a positive impression and would consider staying here again.

Molto bene.Questa volta vivo nel nuovo edificio, tutto il bagno.Il bagno è molto grande e molto avanzato.Ci sono un monopermeabile di riscaldamento intelligente e così via. Ho vissuto in un edificio principale prima, un po'vecchio, la stanza è piccola.Ma conveniente.Il ristorante della piscina è sotto.
