Hotel a 5 stelle in Québec, Canada

We had a wonderful stay at Chateau Frontenac. We arrived early and were pleasantly surprised to be offered an early check-in with a discounted upgrade to a king bed room with a view, which was a great start to our visit. The room itself was lovely. It is on the smaller side, but that is completely expected in a historical hotel and only adds to its charm. Everything was well maintained and comfortable. The service throughout our stay was impeccable. The staff were attentive, professional, and genuinely welcoming. The location is unbeatable and you truly cannot find a better spot to explore Old Québec and the surrounding area. It is on the expensive side, but if you are visiting for a short stay and want to make the most of your experience, it is absolutely worth it. I would highly recommend it for a memorable stay in Québec City.

My sister and I just finished visiting my son in Toronto and we decided to visit Montreal. We booked 2 rooms. We had a terrible experience at Royal York Fairmont . We got kicked out from the lobby lounge by Karen over there for voicing our concern for the service being slow. For we had absolutely low expectations for QE. When we checked in there were 3 staff at the counter. 2 of them were engaged in their friendly conversation and one of them stepped up to help us. I thought that was totally unprofessional for the staff chatting among themselves in front of guests. Rooms are basic and clean. The location is central. The staff has showed no warmth and attention. In Asia a hotel of this level will greet u warmly and the better one will remember your name. Services at restaurants in Montreal are top notch. We visited some with long history and the staff took pride to explain to us the history. It is a shame Fairmont has some of best historic buildings in Canada and the staff showed no interest to highlight the history of the buildings. I travelled a lot for me to earn a diamond member here. I will avoid staying at Fairmont and any of their member hotels from now on.

Hanno risposto rapidamente e ci hanno offerto una stanza migliorata per la nostra seconda notte, che ha completamente rivolto la nostra esperienza. L'hotel è in una posizione fantastica, a pochi passi da tutto quello che volevamo vedere e fare.Grazie all'eccellente recupero del servizio, abbiamo lasciato un'impressione positiva e ci sarebbe stato di nuovo intenzione di rimanere qui.

Sofitel was an amazing place! We really enjoyed the welcome service, the location was decently convenient, the hotel was clean, and it was close enough to amenities and restaurants. I do wish it looked more pretty on the outside, inside, and there was a more grand lobby. The lobby area was okay, and it doesn’t feel too premium.

Il Vogue Hotel Montreal Downtown è stato uno dei migliori soggiorni che ho avuto quest'anno. L'hotel era estremamente pulito, ci erano così tanti servizi disponibili e il centro fitness era eccellente. La posizione era incredibile, a pochi passi dalle migliori negozi e ristoranti, il parcheggio valet era ben organizzato e i dipendenti forniscono un servizio clienti superiore. Rimarrei sicuramente in questo hotel quando devo rimanere a centro di Montreal.

Location is the best, in addition to the quite inspiring design of the room. This gave my family an unforgettable experience at Montreal.

We loved our stay at this hotel. The room was nice and quiet. The air conditioning was also very quiet. The bed was extremely comfortable. We loved the huge bath. Breakfast was amazing and every member of the staff working there were super approachable and helpful.
