We had a wonderful stay at Chateau Frontenac. We arrived early and were pleasantly surprised to be offered an early check-in with a discounted upgrade to a king bed room with a view, which was a great start to our visit. The room itself was lovely. It is on the smaller side, but that is completely expected in a historical hotel and only adds to its charm. Everything was well maintained and comfortable. The service throughout our stay was impeccable. The staff were attentive, professional, and genuinely welcoming. The location is unbeatable and you truly cannot find a better spot to explore Old Québec and the surrounding area. It is on the expensive side, but if you are visiting for a short stay and want to make the most of your experience, it is absolutely worth it. I would highly recommend it for a memorable stay in Québec City.

La posizione dell'hotel è superiore e la camera è progettata internamente.Ma il ristorante per la colazione è relativamente comune, non auto-aiuto, paga un singolo punto.È possibile scegliere di mangiare fuori, l'altra parte è il centro commerciale di prodotti di latte, molto vicino a tutte le attrazioni.C'è una piccola distanza dalla vecchia città, dove andare un po'.

L'hotel è ancora buono come sempre.Le strutture sono complete, e si tratta di un nuovo hotel locale.Il colazione è anche molto buona. La prossima volta escogite di soggiornare.

Molto bene.Questa volta vivo nel nuovo edificio, tutto il bagno.Il bagno è molto grande e molto avanzato.Ci sono un monopermeabile di riscaldamento intelligente e così via. Ho vissuto in un edificio principale prima, un po'vecchio, la stanza è piccola.Ma conveniente.Il ristorante della piscina è sotto.

La zona è tranquilla e è una buona comunità.L'hotel collega il castello, la storia e la combinazione moderna.Il primo piano offre un brindisi inglese, un pomeriggio e una cena.La stanza dell'hotel è molto moderna, la reception e il servizio di autobus sono molto attenti, e un tour gratuito del castello, sorpresa inaspettata.

My sister and I just finished visiting my son in Toronto and we decided to visit Montreal. We booked 2 rooms. We had a terrible experience at Royal York Fairmont . We got kicked out from the lobby lounge by Karen over there for voicing our concern for the service being slow. For we had absolutely low expectations for QE. When we checked in there were 3 staff at the counter. 2 of them were engaged in their friendly conversation and one of them stepped up to help us. I thought that was totally unprofessional for the staff chatting among themselves in front of guests. Rooms are basic and clean. The location is central. The staff has showed no warmth and attention. In Asia a hotel of this level will greet u warmly and the better one will remember your name. Services at restaurants in Montreal are top notch. We visited some with long history and the staff took pride to explain to us the history. It is a shame Fairmont has some of best historic buildings in Canada and the staff showed no interest to highlight the history of the buildings. I travelled a lot for me to earn a diamond member here. I will avoid staying at Fairmont and any of their member hotels from now on.

La posizione centrale dell'hotel lo rende conveniente sia per i viaggiatori di attività sia per i divertimenti. Il letto più alto, le moderne strutture e la posizione creano un tranquillo ritiro. Il personale va al di sopra e al di là per garantire la soddisfazione degli ospiti. – Molto raccomandato per una splendida esperienza.
