Hotel a 5 stelle in Québec, Canada

We had a wonderful stay at Chateau Frontenac. We arrived early and were pleasantly surprised to be offered an early check-in with a discounted upgrade to a king bed room with a view, which was a great start to our visit. The room itself was lovely. It is on the smaller side, but that is completely expected in a historical hotel and only adds to its charm. Everything was well maintained and comfortable. The service throughout our stay was impeccable. The staff were attentive, professional, and genuinely welcoming. The location is unbeatable and you truly cannot find a better spot to explore Old Québec and the surrounding area. It is on the expensive side, but if you are visiting for a short stay and want to make the most of your experience, it is absolutely worth it. I would highly recommend it for a memorable stay in Québec City.

My sister and I just finished visiting my son in Toronto and we decided to visit Montreal. We booked 2 rooms. We had a terrible experience at Royal York Fairmont . We got kicked out from the lobby lounge by Karen over there for voicing our concern for the service being slow. For we had absolutely low expectations for QE. When we checked in there were 3 staff at the counter. 2 of them were engaged in their friendly conversation and one of them stepped up to help us. I thought that was totally unprofessional for the staff chatting among themselves in front of guests. Rooms are basic and clean. The location is central. The staff has showed no warmth and attention. In Asia a hotel of this level will greet u warmly and the better one will remember your name. Services at restaurants in Montreal are top notch. We visited some with long history and the staff took pride to explain to us the history. It is a shame Fairmont has some of best historic buildings in Canada and the staff showed no interest to highlight the history of the buildings. I travelled a lot for me to earn a diamond member here. I will avoid staying at Fairmont and any of their member hotels from now on.

Tout le personnel était très courtois. Les installation très bien( spa, piscine). Le restaurant est très classe. La proximite avec le ****** offre une expérience d’exception.

Sincèrement, ont a été reçu comme des rois , tout le personnel est au petit oignons avec les clients . On a ouvert aucune porte dans la bâtisse et d auto .Toujours un employé te l ouvre avant . Que faire la grandeur de la salle de bain et de la chambre . Bref ! J ai tout aimé

Sofitel was an amazing place! We really enjoyed the welcome service, the location was decently convenient, the hotel was clean, and it was close enough to amenities and restaurants. I do wish it looked more pretty on the outside, inside, and there was a more grand lobby. The lobby area was okay, and it doesn’t feel too premium.

È un bel luogo che ci piace in tutti i modi. L'alloggio è: - in modo inmaculato, - situata in un punto di vantaggio in tranquillità; - una casa bella e confortevole che mette il pedone nella stessa lega; - squeaky clean; - materassi molto comodi, siete molluschi, dal primo momento che colpiti il sacchetto; Solo uno dei migliori alloggi che abbiamo mai soggiornato!

La nostra stanza era perfetta! Il checkin era senza saldatura. Il personale era estremamente gentile e utile! La stanza era pulita e esattamente come immaginato. Le caratteristiche elettroniche della stanza sono state un bonus aggiuntivo (illuminazione del sensore di movimento e ciechi/giardini elettronici, sensore e bagno riscaldato), la posizione era sorprendente e così vicino a tutto. Il concierge ci ha aiutato a trovare un divertimento a piedi e poi ci ha controllato.

L'ultimo giorno del viaggio di ritorno ha prenotato l'hotel. L'installazione della stanza, l'igiene e l'ambiente sono ancora molto buoni. Il piano di questa disposizione è più forte, non è buono per l'ultima volta, non è grande per l'ultima volta, è stato contattato con un muro bianco, poi è stato contattato con la ricezione e ha cambiato una. E'un po'incomprensibile che tutte le scatole che hanno rivelato la lavastoviglie e la pelle in questa stanza siano vuote. Dopo aver chiamato la ricetta, ha mandato qualcuno per rifornirli, e' giusto.La spada è un hotel di alta qualità, non dovrebbe fare questo errore.

Manque de ventilation, chambre mal ventilée. Bruyant on attend beaucoup les voitures qui circulent meme du 11ieme etages. Par contre piscine spas et jacuzzi parfai

We loved our stay at this hotel. The room was nice and quiet. The air conditioning was also very quiet. The bed was extremely comfortable. We loved the huge bath. Breakfast was amazing and every member of the staff working there were super approachable and helpful.
