Hotel a {{star}} a Nuovo Galles del Sud, ({{countryName}})

A fantastic location with great views, a good and friendly staff, though this is a rather large property so there isn’t the same level of attentiveness or distinctiveness you might find at another FS hotel. The room was a bit small but otherwise well appointed. Good food in the restaurant, nice holiday decorations for Christmas. Overall I always enjoy staying here when in Sydney, most especially for the location.

Questa è la nostra seconda permanenza all'hotel Crown e devo dire che penso che il loro servizio sia ora in declino e non così buono come prima. Sono un hotel di sei stelle, ma non hanno un servizio di turndown come un vero hotel di lusso di cinque stelle dovrebbe avere e invece lo offrono solo nei fine settimana. Non sono sicuro del razionale che ne è dietro, ma deve essere collegato a tagli di costo. C'erano anche alcune questioni relative alla pulizia della stanza, ma il credito deve andare al responsabile del dovere, che ha corretto immediatamente lasciandoci soddisfatti.

Questa è una delle nostre migliori esperienze mai. La vista nella stanza dell'hotel era assolutamente stupenda, le persone assolutamente carine e il servizio era eccellente. Molto conveniente, digitalmente consacrato e molto orientato al pensiero. Il Bar blu è anche molto raccomandato. Shangri-La è purtroppo disponibile solo nella parte orientale del mondo, sicuramente lo useremmo più spesso.

酒店在距離小鎮開車10分鐘的隱祕的地方，非常安靜，景色怡人，有山有森林有海灣，酒店裝修的比較復古風，在草坪上看到了袋鼠，洗澡水壓力很大，洗完澡非常解乏。酒店整個環境非常讓人舒服，適合度假，如果有時間可以多住幾天。唯一不足的是房間裏的蚊子有點多，一晚上家人打死了10幾衹蚊子，可否在房間放上滅蚊燈或滅蚊裝置，其他一切完美，非常推薦入住！另外，接待的工作人員非常熱情友好，其中一個稍微歲數大的阿姨非常優雅，另外一箇中國姑娘非常熱情，有點賓至如歸的感覺。

Beautifully appointed rooms, very comfortable and clean, staff are excellent and the restaurant is amazing!

Staff and rooms were great. Extra tours like the sanctuary tour and night zoo tours were excellent. Staying 3 nights tho and the same food every morning was a but much but for an oriental person, suggest to include rice in the daily selection

I was pretty surprised with the location and the beautiful scenery. Kangaroos can be sighted from our accommodation. Such a relaxing stay away from the city.

Seems a bit understaffed, especially in the restaurants. Beach access signage needs to be updated as well as the staff need to be informed when one or more of the gates/access are closed. In general, the resort is lovely and we enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Room is spacious, services r good, gym too small, the biggest problem is the noise insulation is really bad, its so noisy, u can hear cars passing by, all kind of noises are there, next door, or people walking on corridor, they must improve this. Its so disturbing!

Stayed for 13 days at Hyatt Regency Sydney and had a great overall experience. The room was compact but had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I had a drainage issue in my first room, but the staff handled it promptly and even upgraded me to a room with a lovely view of Darling Harbour – really appreciated that gesture! The location is great – quiet enough to relax, but still just a short walk to the CBD, so it’s super convenient. One small thing to note: no dental kit was provided during my stay, so bring your own just in case. Otherwise, service was excellent and I’d happily stay here again!
