Great hotel for families and you can stay, they give free drinks as well as breakfast

After entering our extremely small room, which I found out was called a standard queen I immediately noticed long hairs in the shower and on the bathroom floor, so obviously the bathroom wasn’t clean very well the baseboards, the floor, and just the overall appearance of the walls in the bathroom and in the room are just pretty beat up and well worn. The door knob on the outside of our hotel room was falling off and the TV did not work. When we came back to our room a few hours later the TV was indeed fixed. However, the brightness was on the lowest setting and I thought I could simply adjust it from the remote, however There was no settings that were accessible from the remote to alter the brightness of the picture so no tv that night as I didn’t want someone coming up to our hotel room at 10 PM. Just the overall feeling of the hotel room is very grungy. We were kept awake until midnight when I couldn’t take the noise coming from the neighbors and had to get up, get dressed, go pound on their door and ask them to keep it down. The noise and the slamming of doors all throughout the night is completely unbearable and there’s no chance of sleeping more than 1 to 2 hours at a time before being awakened by slamming doors or people talking so loudly in the hallways. The walls are paper, thin. The hotel lobby, where you can sit and have a drink or a meal is kept absolutely frigid. We just strongly believe for the price there are so many better options of a cleaner, quieter much better maintained hotel. It also appears that most of the servers at the Lobby bar or rooftop bar are so young and inexperienced  and ask the silliest questions and look so perplexed at the questions that they are asked that it lacks such professionalism. While none of them were rude, they were certainly inexperienced. This was our second time staying there thinking that a second visit would provide different results when in actuality the second visit was worse than the first. So that being said, I could not give this hotel a good review at all.

Location : This depends on the guest's purpose of visit, but mine was for business. Having said that, the nearby train rail which runs all day long including late-night and early-morning does not help (You can hear this from the entire hotel). There is a small pizzeria, which seems to be attracting the town's 'night-crowds', and you can hear their V8 muscle engine at late night, which also did not help (You only hear this from one side of the hotel). Other than those two noise issues, the hotel is located at a very quiet and calm part of the town neighboring to many business buildings. Cleanliness : It's been newly renovated not long ago and things are clean and tidy. However, the hotel only offers a light duvet so I pulled out the fleece like blanket from the closet and it had many strands of hair stuck to it. This was my second time staying here and I had this same experience the first time I stayed so it proves that the hotel does not wash these blankets. Service : Check-in & Check-out was smooth and staffs were friendly. Also, the room cleaning service was good. My only complaint is, that it does not offer a in-room slippers. I am fully aware of environmental issue regarding disposable products but this is only thing you really need from the hotel, and is very difficult to bring along &/ buy, when you are traveling. I completely agree with not offering tooth brush, hair comb, razor & etc. but I really wish and expect to be offered a pair of slippers from a premium brand hotel. I think Mariott is big enough to come up with a creative way to offer slippers to its guests for their comfort & conveniency, in a way that doesn't harm our environment. Facility : It has a nice lobby with large TV showing news or sports games. Offers a small snack bar with drinks. All clean and nice. Also has a fitness gym facility and a washing machine / laundry room. I only found out this time (2nd time staying here) but if I am back, I will be using them for sure.

Hyatt Centric è un hotel molto pulito, sicuro e fantastico. Situato in una parte eccellente del centro (solo vicino a un Café Stumptown!). L'hotel è progettato in modo molto lentamente con spaziose e pulite camere. Il personale ha avuto un'ottima esperienza nel rispondere alle domande e nel rispondere a una bottiglia di vino e nel dare dei bicchieri di vino per bere il vino nella mia stanza. Viaggiare come un coppia sposata con i miei genitori.

Are staying was very nice. The room was nice and clean and the bed was really comfortable. So when we got to the Ramada the only problem that we had was is that they didn't bother to tell us and it wasn't posted in the website that they charged a $75 deposit fee that is refundable that time that you leave. And then the other problem was more so a bigger deal so to say because me and my husband were only 10 minutes late cute breakfast they said and at that time it was 9:10 a.m. whenever their hours are posted breakfast hours are from 6:00 a.m. to 9:30am . So the lady working told us that we were too late for breakfast and toast that we missed it and there's nothing that she could do about it to help us. Keep in mind that she was cleaning up all the leftover breakfasts like the sausage and bagels and everything she put it all on the plate and then she acted like she took it to the kitchen just to watch her take the whole plate of leftover breakfast food and she threw it in the damn trash can. Now I don't understand why we can have had at least a leftover food because their hours for the breakfast were marked wrong and we were not late for breakfast as posted yet they still did not give us any thing.. now I'm pretty sure that you know there was no reason for her to be rude like that to guess who paid $80.00 for 1 night and then not even get any breakfast at all. When I saw her put the foods in the trash can after telling us we couldn't have any breakfast made me feel like I never want to stay there again because I paid $80 for one night and I didn't even get the breakfast I paid for it in my hotel stay.

L'hotel ha lasciato un'impressione miste.Nonostante le eccellenti recensioni e non sia la scelta più conveniente, siamo stati delusi. Iniziando con i positivi: Situato in un piacevole, verde e tranquillo quartiere, a pochi passi dal centro della città, ci sono molti grandi caffè, piccoli negozi, ristoranti e bar vitivinicoli vicino. Personale gentile e amichevole al di fuori del desk. Interessante design della stanza. Parcheggio spazioso disponibile per gli ospiti dell'hotel. Camere grandi. Ora i danni: Le pareti sottili e i pavimenti disgustosi hanno reso molto difficile dormire. La prova sonora non esiste. Il giovane coppia che si trovava nella stanza prossima si è divertita con loro, il che, purtroppo, ci ha fatto molto incomoda. Inoltre, il frigorifero nella stanza era estremamente rumoroso, non solo faceva umidità al suono quando correva, ma faceva anche rumore costante. Il colazione era eccezionalmente povera: l'unico oggetto “caldo” sembrava essere il caffè e un lavastoviglie, che, stranamente, era stato posto proprio nel centro della zona del colazione. Nella stanza erano due piccole TV, entrambe molto inconvenienti per la vista, e non erano disponibili servizi di streaming. Il personale di custodia era intrusivo entro un periodo 20-minute, hanno colpito la porta tre volte (e anche cercato di aprirlo una volta), apparentemente cercando di uscire, anche se era ancora prima del tempo di checkout.

Pros: Camere spaziali e pulite. Convenientemente situato proprio lontano dall'autostrada, ma lontano abbastanza da evitare il rumore del traffico a 97.. Il colazione era piacevole, con uova scramblete, patate e una stazione di waffle auto-fabbrica. Cons: rumore di camera severo, disturbante.Per tutta la notte, un intermittente, gotturale, russante wheeze, suona proprio come un motore di auto in battaglia, ci ha resi sveglio. Ciò che ha reso questo particolarmente frustrante è stato l'assenza di una gestione proattiva, e ho presentato una richiesta di tranquillità al momento della prenotazione (che non ha risposto) e l'ho ripetuta al check-in. A mezzanotte, incapace di portare il rumore, chiesemo aiuto e un amichevole membro del personale ci fornì gentilmente con le orecchie extra, ma non erano sufficienti per bloccarlo. Quando abbiamo segnalato la questione a un terzo membro del personale durante il checkout, ha dato una risposta senza emozioni, ha detto di ”prendere nota” e subito si è allontanata. L'hotel non era completamente occupato; il piano superiore era completamente buio, e il parcheggio era meno di metà pieno a 10 pm (Check-in) e 8 pm. Viaggiamo a lungo, sia a livello globale che locale, in luoghi come Bende non l'abbiamo mai incontrato. Se l'hotel mi avesse semplicemente dato un capo o accolto la mia richiesta, avrei potuto portare da casa i miei cuscini industriali.

L'hotel è molto aperto e non tutti confondono, si estende in realtà in 4 edifici in una zona della città. Il tipo di ufficio frontale è stato molto utile e mi ha fatto entrare nella mia stanza presto alle 9:00 e la stanza è stata fenomenale!! Sono sicuro che vale la pena di avere la suite con il jacuzzi e il balcone. Probabilmente la più bella suite esecutiva che abbia soggiornato e mi estendo il soggiorno e ritorno anche un'altra volta. Questo hotel è molto nuovo, due ascensori, e le camere sono piene.Questa volta ho prenotato una stanza personale, mi sento proprio bene e comodo.L'atteggiamento del servizio personale è molto buono.Lo spazio della sala è molto grande e molto adatto per passare in terrazza; la colazione è molto scelta

I arrived to quite late to my booking. The front desk staff was courteous and even offered me a cookie when I checked in. My room was clean and orderly. There were a few stains in the carpet, but nothing too bad. The shower was amazing and had two shower head. There were plenty of outlets through out the room for all of my devices including next to the beds. The room also had a little couch coffee table, microwave, and mini fridge which was super nice. They did charge for the bottled water in the room though. I paid extra when I booked my room to have breakfast included, the breakfast was great. Bacon, Sausage, Potatoes, Eggs, and Waffles. They also had bagels and some items in the salad bar area but I didnt mess with any of that. Overall it was a pleasant stay. My only complaint would be related to the parking. There wasnt very many parking spots to begin with and the spots were super small. It made getting in and out of my car very difficult when parked. The hotel was super easy to find and was right off of I-5. However, I will warn you that the entrance is tucked around on the backside.
