Costa Rica: hotel con palestra nella provincia di Provincia di Puntarenas

Otherwise amazing hotel plagued by rude staff and tour buses. First, this a hotel is used by Americans in bus tours - expect hundreds of them any given time. Second, the staff is incredibly rude. We had an issue with our keys and the reception employee, Ana Belen, refused to help us or even try to understand the issue. TV turned up by itself in the middle of the night. The toilet flush situation is terrible, there is simply no pressure. The good thing, hotel is nearby the Cloud Reserve, breakfast is good and pool looks good.

Stayed at this beautiful hotel for two nights. Very clean and comfortable and excellent friendly staff. Beautiful swimming pools and tennis courts, also pool tables. For those into fitness there is a Gym on the property with all sorts of equipment for exercising. Ipad size safe in the room. WIFI, breakfast, and onsite parking included. Would definately return someday....hopefully for a longer stay.

El servicio en este hotel fue muy bueno, la comida estuvo okay, el problema fue la habitación las cortinas tenían huecos, las paredes son muy delgadas y puedes escuchar absolutamente todo incluso si en las otras habitaciones están solo abriendo su equipaje se escucha, la ducha está en la bañera y mientras solo nos duchábamos el agua se quedaba estancada, la habitación no es confortable :(

Ottimo hotel familiare. Il personale è molto gentile e amichevole. Tutto il servizio di animazione che hanno è incredibile (giochi, feste, spettacoli notturni, ecc).

Ti hanno messo a disagio qui! Hanno creato un WhatsApp per i servizi degli ospiti e questo lo ha reso più disastroso. Ero al bagno e ho bisogno di ghiaccio per il mio drink che ho portato là e tutto quello che ho fatto era messaggio e mi hanno portato direttamente. Il cibo era un buon colazione, pranzo e cena. Ci fu servizio di navetta gratuito per Agua Azules e la città, che era perfetto perché abbiamo prenotato un paracadute con Agua Azules e ci hanno lasciati a piedi. La stanza era pulita. La proprietà era bella. Dovremmo vedere slot, iguane e scimmie! Le scimmie erano proprio fuori dal nostro edificio hotel (noi prenotammo una suite vista) quando uscivamo.

Un po'di distanza dal centro della città, ma a piedi.Ho usato un passo di notte.Il personale è molto amichevole.La stanza è molto calda, perché è stagione delle piogge, ma non serve.Il bagno e il bagno sono fuori dalla stanza.Per caso è un autobus, quindi voglio andare è davvero bello.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Montverde. Hotel Poco a Poco was a wonderful hotel, quaint, personal and beautiful. The location was great and we enjoyed the restaurant for both breakfast and dinner. We did not use the spa service but did enjoy the walk through the gardens.

Il servizio dell'hotel è stato meraviglioso, ma per pagare così tanto per la notte, ha bisogno di nuovi mobili comuni, le aree comuni profumano vecchi e muffin, ha bisogno di acqua calda nel doccia, nuovi mattoni nelle camere e un nuovo controllo remoto per la TV. L'AC non è scesa al di là di 74.

Отель отличный, уровень не ниже **** звезд, завтраки можно выбирать, персонал старается и у них это получается, тихо, спокойно уютно, менеджер Александра, общается на нескольких языках, включая русский!!! Пара ягуан самец и самка сидели на дереве в пяти метрах от моего балкона, самец позировал, самка стеснялась, потом исчезли. Красивый вид из окна и с балкона внизу бассейн. Рекомендую не пожалеете. На море волна большая не поплаваешь, но можно подсуетиться и наблюдать как растут деревья
